Your Perfect Wedding Day

y perfect! We had a magical wedding, and we couldn't have done it without Katie and her team!

ths before the wedding as well as helped us navigate through our website for different ways we could RSVP. The weekend of the wedding she was very efficient and kept everyone organized and on schedule. She contacted all the vendors the week before the wedding to make sure everything would come together smoothly. She helped w cleanup, tipping , flowers, table organization etc etc. We can’t recommended her enough!! She’s the Best!!

r date, Katie reached out to get all of our vendor information. She then contacted all of our vendors to let them know that she would be their point of contact for day of information. Katie put together a clear and concise timeline of events for our entire day and made sure everything and everyone was in their places at the right time. Our day would not have flowed as smoothly without Katie! She was extremely communicative and respectful, and made us feel special and listened to. Katie made sure to advocate for us and ensure all of our vendors performed their jobs and roles exactly how we wanted and expected. We loved working with Katie!

and we are so grateful for her work!

like recommended vendors and day of timeline. I was having trouble finding a certain vendor and when I reached out if she had any suggestions, she provided a whole list for me to look over! She kept everything flowing the day of the wedding, including providing direction where needed, helping set up and break down and making sure, as the bride, that all things were good to go. It was so nice to have someone trustworthy helping with all of the details. I did not feel an ounce of stress that day and owe a lot of it to Katie. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator!

g and helped us with vendors if we were undecided. She is a great resource for vendors, has a lot of experience from other weddings and wedding planners and is so resourceful! We met a couple times before the wedding and she was helpful with our timeline, details of the day and following up with vendors. She also introduced us to a great website where we were able to upload our contracts and contact information to keep everything in one spot. She helped me before the wedding know what I needed to bring day of... tips for vendors, dietary restrictions, etc so that I had all of that done before the actual wedding day. She came to rehearsal and helped with the order of events and communicated with the venue and the people in the wedding party to make sure everyone knew their responsibilities. Then came the wedding day! KATIE WAS AWESOME! She was prompt, stayed until the end, loaded my car with everything we needed to take home, took care of the gifts, cards, etc, calmed everyones nerves, helped with direction, helped with set up, kept in touch but didn't bother me with tiny unimportant details, and made sure everything in the bridal area was cleaned up before we left. She has a sense of calm and has enough experience to know exactly what needs done. She also helped with flowers and where those were going at the end of the evening. There was NEVER a time I couldn't count on Katie during the whole year long process, She returned every email and phone call promptly and answered every question I had. I was beyond pleased!

ip the decor from the ceremony over to the reception and honestly I couldn't even imagine how stressful it would've been if we didn't have her!

e on some of the tasks and give me direction! She handled so much leading up to and on the wedding day. She is fantastic and I got to enjoy the wedding stress free! Could not recommend Katie enough to any bride!

endations on vendors and helpful tips and tricks. She was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. She always seemed to have a plan B for me whenever my plan A fell through. Her years of experience were such an asset! It was really important to me that my family, friends, and I be able to relax and enjoy the big day - and that's exactly what we did. Katie took care of everything: picking up my favors and stuffing them in bags, setting up decorations and my guest book, picking up my flowers, staying in contact with all my vendors, and much more. It was a stress free day because of her!

er. There were lots of moving parts throughout the day and Katie handled them all with grace. I felt like she was my friend that just happened to keep the day flowing perfectly. I’m genuinely happy she was there to celebrate with us. She is so professional and nice and you can tell she loves her job. She also coordinator my sister-in-laws wedding last year! Other than deciding to marry my husband, hiring Katie was the second best decision of my life.

anned and then planned again for two separate weddings. Both times she asked all the question we hadn't thought of, helped us get in touch with vendors, pulled off all of the little details we asked for and helped resolve issues. She is such a joy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to any couples looking for a coordinator. Thank you, Katie!

not have to worry about one thing all day. It let me stay in the moment and enjoy the day to the fullest. She handled all of the little details, and even was the one coordinating the clean up at the end of the reception. The weeks of work she put into our wedding certainly did not go unnoticed! I would recommend Kaite to anyone trying to plan their upcoming wedding!

ding planner was necessary, but I tell every bride a day-of-coordinator is. As the first to get married in the family, Katie was on top of all the little details I had never even considered in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, I was able to sit back and enjoy while Katie worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went according to our plan. No vendors or people called me - they all called Katie, which allowed me to enjoy the day. Another thing many brides don't think about - this benefits everyone in my wedding party. My mom, bridesmaids, and family did not have any added responsibilities or little tasks. We all got to enjoy. Katie was punctual, detailed, and a pleasant person to be around during my wedding day. I would highly recommend Katie and her services!

r ceremony, reception and cleaned up after the reception. She is amazing and so organized! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the wedding day or the weeks leading up to the wedding. She handled it all! Wish we could hire her for other big events! Thank you so much Katie!

lly smooth and I was able to enjoy the day stress free. I hired Katie as a day of coordinator but was in communication with her months prior to help plan and we had a few meetings before and she was always a txt or email away. She contacted vendors weeks prior to ensure everything was going to plan. She also helped run the rehearsal! 10/10 would recommend.

ace and in a laid back manor that made it easy to be the Bride. Many of my friends and bridesmaids were wanting her to travel in for their weddings because she was that great, noticeably great! I would highly recommend Katie (also can I mention our wedding was during covid and she still managed to make our day perfect and stress-less).

ould have fun and not worry about a single detail the day of!

in both the original and re-planning processes. Even though we went from a large venue to a smaller backyard gathering, Katie went above and beyond to make sure that I did not have to worry about a THING on the day of the wedding. She is organized, a problem solver, patient and flexible. She thinks of every single detail and executes to perfection. Do yourself a favor and book Katie for your wedding day!

Day Weekend to setup decorations to make sure everything was picture perfect! She exceeded my expectations and brought my wedding vision to life. I seriously cannot recommend her enough!

halfway through my wedding planning before thinking about getting a coordinator…I thought I could do it all myself. I spoke with A LOT of coordinators and they reaffirmed that I could do it myself. I had one person left on my list and it was Katie at Your Perfect Wedding Day. After our conversation, I realized that it wasn’t that I didn’t need a coordinator, it was that I needed a Katie and I signed the contract that night. I called, emailed, and texted at all times of day and night and she always got right back to me with the best advice. Our second face to face meeting she actually made the trek to my house so I could show her some of my décor and we could figure out where it would all go. Having Katie on my side was like a thousand pounds lifted off of my shoulders. She ran my rehearsal perfectly, gathered all of the guys together easily, and made us feel so comfortable. When I woke up at 3am the early morning of my wedding day, texting her with additional thoughts, she already had it covered. Katie handled all of my vendors and had conversations I didn’t want to, put up décor, packed things up, made sure we were where we were supposed to be at all times, and was definitely my person to turn to if I needed anything on one of the most important days of my life. I’ve already recommended Katie to everyone I know getting married, but for those I don’t know, you can’t go wrong with her and making this new friend out of someone you thought was just a wedding coordinator. This woman gets things done! Katie, thank you so much for everything you did to make our day perfect!

ped in as our day-of coordinator. She was a pleasure to work with and took so much stress off of our plate on our wedding day.

!! Instead, I was able to enjoy every moment of the beautiful day 😊 Thank you, Katie!

nties, and Katie had so many recommendations that helped us make the day special. She was so eager to help at every point along the way from the planning to the rehearsal and through the ceremony - she even helped my mom bustle my dress! If you're looking for a super down to earth, easy going but also on top of her game coordinator - definitely give Katie a call! I'm glad we did!

and has the ability to blend into the background so a guest would never even know you had someone running your day!

dors and putting together schedules! She was very responsive and so organized. She helped set up our venue with vendors, ran our rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour & reception and helped keep our whole day on schedule! She is also very creative and has an eye for decor. She enhanced our decorations by rearranging some things, adding extra decor where it was needed around the venue, and working with the florist to make our tables look perfect! She made our wedding day so easy! We knew we didn't have to worry about anything because Katie was on it!!! We highly recommend her for any event!

ng day, she made everything run so smoothly! We did not notice one thing that went wrong - it was incredible! I felt so at ease and knew I could count on Katie to keep the details straight so that I didn't have to worry about them on my wedding day. We HIGHLY recommend working with Katie!

le the night of the event. She checked in with us often making sure that we were having a good time and seeing if we needed anything. She even made sure that my glass was never empty! 100% would hire her again!

I had a completely stress-free wedding, keeping her calm during every moment of our day. She is not only an amazing wedding planner, but also a great person that was so eager to help with anything we needed. I can honestly say I don't know how I would have survived the wedding craziness without her. I am so grateful that we had such a talented wedding planner for our special day!! We had an unforgettable wedding, and everything came together so perfectly. I highly recommend her!!

e was a pleasure to work with as well. Would highly recommend her!

wers but she got it together and made everything look beautiful!

ns that I had leading up to my special day. I did not have to deal with the other vendors two weeks before the wedding and that was amazing. I could relax a little while she contacted everyone to make sure it was all going to come together the day of. She was there for my rehearsal to get us all ready for the ceremony and then back again on Saturday to set up for our reception. The wedding went smoothly because of her and moved perfectly right in to the reception. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with those extra details you don't think of! She truly was a life saver for our big day. We appreciate her more than she probably knows!

ant to run the show on our wedding day, so we needed a wedding coordinator to execute our plans. Whether you planned every detail or not, a wedding coordinator like Katie is worth every penny. She let us borrow some hurricane candle holders, which saved us hundreds of dollars. She also guided us through the ceremony details when we didn't know where to start. I've been part of some weddings where the wedding coordinators were not friendly or helpful but that was never the case with Katie. You will not regret hiring Katie as your wedding coordinator!

aisle to, Katie had great resources. There were SO MANY details and I was so relieved to have her help with a jumping off point and her guidance along the way. Her creativity, great taste, experience and supportive approach made her crucial to our wedding day!

d in the week of to make calls, confirm final details, and ensure every "T" was crossed and "I" dotted. The day of my wedding among other tasks, she acted as the liaison between myself and the vendors and oversaw the time schedule. She was poised and professional, always with a smile on her face. I reflect back on my wedding day and know that I would not have been able to simply enjoying being the bride had it not been for her. Top-notch! I'd wholeheartedly recommend her!

et us while we were in town) and she was incredibly responsive to email questions at all times. I'm a bit of a design control freak so I set up mock ups of our table layouts and she did not bat an eye or call me crazy and she followed the pictures I took perfectly. Where my designs weren't possible, I had complete faith in her to do what she needed. I tended to plan certain things fully and totally forget about many details, but Katie kept us on track so nothing was left out. She even had her equally wonderful husband help us with setup when we told her we needed to assemble a big ol chuppah on site for our ceremony. All these details were immensely appreciated, but the most important thing to me was that she calmed my parents so much and made sure they enjoyed the day just as much as we did! Icing on the cake...my husband and I missed the chance to eat any of our carefully selected pies during the reception, but this lady had hidden a pie away just for us to make sure we got to enjoy one the next day! I cannot say enough great things about Katie and all she did to make a hectic process as fun and easy as possible. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

t enthusiasm. She really cared about us much. It was not just another job for her. We are so glad we asked for Katie's services. Her expertise was very much appreciated.

hat she was just as invested as I was in ensuring that all went well. I will recommend Katie 100 times over!

of allowed us to enjoy our day trusting that every detail would go flawlessly. Katie was so easy to work with and was much more organized and prepared than the venue coordinator was. I highly recommend Your Perfect Wedding Day!

dding was PERFECT!

e stresses of planning everything long distance completely overwhelmed me. Katie immediately calmed my nerves and was my saving grace throughout the entire planning and day-of process. Building up to the wedding - Katie gave me recommendations for every single vendor that I needed - all of her recommendations were right on par with what I wanted and everyone she suggested to me did an amazing job. Katie also helped me think of all of the little things that I would have never thought of and freaked out about the day of the wedding - from making sure my bridesmaids had lunch at our salon the day of the wedding (which she voluntarily personally ordered and delivered!) to making sure there was a card holder for cash and check gifts the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding - Ceremony: Katie had walked us through our entire ceremony the night before the wedding at the rehearsal (and thank goodness she did because it would have been a disaster without her!). On the day of the wedding, her smile and ease immediately calmed any remaining nerves I had. She made sure that everything was perfectly in place, set up the candy bar, and made sure that the ceremony went off flawlessly. Because of her - I had nothing to worry about - I knew I was in good hands! Candy bar: I don't even know where to begin! We really wanted a candy bar at our wedding, but I was overwhelmed at the prospect of figuring it all out. Katie took care of all of the bags (which were personalized!), the jars, the candy, the labels for the candy, the lights to surround the candy bar (which she thought of!), and the setup - needless to say, it looked incredible and I got a million compliments on it! I would recommend Your Perfect Wedding Day (specifically Katie Mulchek!), hands down, to any bride!

300 people headed there the next day! Needless to say it was a stressful morning when we received this news! I thought I had to worry about everything but Katie took care of it all! She spoke to the event coordinators at the venue and helped find a new location, get everything moved from previous location. I mean EVERYTHING! She made sure the candy bar, all the signage, place cards, table numbers, baskets of flipflops etc., made it over. She rerouted the chair delivery to new venue, printed directions to new reception location for each program at the church, all while getting the word out of the change to guests! She contacted all of our vendors, florist, cake, driver, hotel shuttle, etc.! She was AMAZING! You would think this would be a brides nightmare and ruin her big day but NO, Katie made this seamless! I had no idea so much was going on! She made my day perfect when it started out so terrifying! She literally saved my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better day of planner! I highly, highly recommend her services!
