Your Perfect Ceremony

hough - I am Hindu and my husband is Jewish. We knew we wanted to have one ceremony, blending our cultures and religions together. I found David on The Knot, and in the first meeting we had with David on Zoom, we looked no further. We connected so well with him and he understood the vision we had, showing enthusiasm around a blended ceremony. We met him in person and talked for hours, and we felt like he really took the time to understand us as individuals and as a couple. David took the time to research and write the script for our wedding, sharing it with us along the way to ask if there was anything we wanted to change. When I say planning the ceremony was stressing me out the most, I was not kidding, but David truly made all the stress melt away. We felt very cared for and seen, and we are beyond the moon that we had David as our officiant. So many of our guests have talked about how beautiful and educational they found our Hindu/Jewish ceremony to be, and how well David illustrated all the details for all as we went through the 45 minute ceremony. If I could give David 100 stars here, I most definitely would. He is an amazing person, and I highly recommend having a chat with him if you are looking for an officiant. Thank you for everything David - you truly made our wedding day memorable and filled with love :)

arried 3 months ago and planning was definitely stressful since we had to plan within 6 months. When I found David through the app Knot I wasn't too sure if he was going to be available due to planning so soon but fortunately he was!!! The detail and time David dedicated to plan for our ceremony with us was impeccable! He took the time to know us personally on an initial interview, wrote plenty of notes and gave us peace of mind. David was dedicated and made our ceremony just THAT more SPECIAL! He was very detailed oriented, brought authenticity, was very professional and even cracked some jokes. Thank you David for making our ceremony one-of-a-kind and catered to US! I highly recommend hiring David in a heart beat, you will not regret it!

ed for. His attention to detail, warm and personable nature, and genuine effort to understand our story made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant and highly recommend him to anyone looking for their perfect ceremony.

ant vendor we shouldn’t have waited on. As soon as we had the initial meeting with David, we KNEW he would be an amazing officiant and just what my future husband and I were looking for! Someone easygoing, genuine, and can still crack a couple of jokes and make us laugh. We were so lucky that he was still available the day of our wedding! He let us know that he had other inquiries that day but nothing solid yet, so we snagged him right up! Since we live out of state from where our wedding was, we finally met him in person when we were down in CA for a week and that’s when he truly got to know us. He made the entire experience of learning our love story so comfortable and flow so easily! Since he worked with our wedding coordinator before, the rehearsal went so smooth! Then the day of came, and it truly went without a hitch! My dad even messed up during the ceremony and David made it easy and humorous that it didn’t deter from the ceremony whatsoever! Thank you, David for everything you did for Tim and I! He 100% did make our ceremony perfect! If you are lucky enough to have him as your officiant, it is money so well spent!

know us and made sure every detail of the ceremony reflected our story. Our guests were so impressed and couldn’t stop talking about how great he was! He even found a sweet and creative way to incorporate our kitties into the ceremony, which we absolutely loved. I honestly can’t imagine our wedding without him!

compliments from our guests about the ceremony he performed. Definitely reach out to him if you're looking for an officiant who is approachable and understanding. He also stays on top of communication which is SO important when you're planning a wedding. Vendors have a tendency to go quiet once they get a deposit, but David is a true professional and will check in and keep you informed every step of the way!!

fted a beautiful ceremony that perfectly reflected our relationship and values. He was professional, warm, and such a joy to work with throughout the process. We can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for an officiant who genuinely cares and creates a heartfelt experience.

ish traditions, and he wove them together so beautifully. Everything flowed seamlessly and felt personal to us. David is professional, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. From the planning process to the ceremony itself, he made sure everything was carried out just the way we hoped. We highly recommend David!

nd David crafted something that was personal, heartfelt, succinct, and genuinely entertaining. We received countless compliments afterward, with many people asking how he knew us so well. From our very first conversation, his professionalism and warmth stood out. We interviewed a few officiants, but we connected with David right away. What impressed us most was that he never pressured us into booking—he encouraged us to explore other options to make sure it was the right fit. Of course, as soon as we hung up the call, we already knew he was the one we wanted to officiate our wedding. On wedding day, David’s eye for aesthetics and details made all the difference. He ensured we were perfectly centered under our arch, gave us subtle tips on how to stand, hold hands, and exchange rings so everything photographed beautifully, and moved to the side before the first kiss so he wouldn’t be in the shot. He also comes dressed to your specifications, blending seamlessly into the overall look of the ceremony. If you’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, genuine, and truly committed to making your day special, look no further—you’ll be in the best hands!

htfulness, and genuine presence brought such a special energy to our day. It felt like a close friend was marrying us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our life together. Thank you, David!

rafted a ceremony that was so heartfelt and personal, it truly felt like he had known us for years. His “get to know you” questions and our in-person meeting struck the perfect balance of being relaxed yet incredibly thoughtful and thorough. The entire process felt natural and easy, and it’s clear that David has been doing this for a long time. One bonus was that David was already familiar with our venue. He gave us thoughtful tips on where and how to stand during the ceremony to help our photos turn out beautifully, something we never would have thought about ourselves.

hout an officiant. We were devastated that they could no longer attend our wedding and frantic to find another officiant on such short notice. We had a rather intimate day with our closest friends and family in mind and really wanted someone who knew us and our story. Dave exceeded expectations over and over again! He reached out to us on his personal vacation time to answer questions and graciously agree to officiate for us. He took the time to get to know us, our relationship, our story, and what we value most and crafted a beautiful ceremony for us that was short, sweet and to the point. It was everything we wanted and more! We got numerous compliments from our guests saying how unique and refreshing our ceremony was and we loved how Dave incorporated details specific to our relationship. He was extremely kind and kept us calm and steady in a moment full of nerves and big emotions while continuing to handle everything like the absolute pro he is. From the bottom of our hearts: thank you, Dave!!!

a full hour before the wedding to really get to know us—our story, our values, and what we envisioned for our ceremony. The result was a completely custom and beautifully personalized ceremony that truly felt like us. David captured our relationship so thoughtfully and delivered the ceremony with grace, heart, and perfect pacing. The ceremony was heartfelt, warm, and full of love, with just the right touch of humor and sentiment. Our guests are still telling us how beautiful and unique it was! If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to create a ceremony that’s special, personal, and deeply moving, we couldn’t recommend David more highly. He was an unforgettable part of our day!

met with David over the phone before booking him. There he explained his whole process. As soon as we hung up from that call, we both knew we wanted him to marry us. After booking with David, he set up an in-person meeting to get to know us in depth. We spent close to 2 hours with him explaining how our relationship began, gone through challenges, our passions, our hobbies, and so much more. Throughout this process, he was taking notes to be able to craft such a beautiful and personal message for our ceremony. We had so much fun spending that time with him. David was also a huge help when getting our marriage license. He told us when to get it and helped make sure we got everything in order before our wedding. He also provided a lot of help when we wrote our own vows. He had a very in-depth guide/tips for writing our vows. He also proof-read them for us (without changing anything) to ensure we were on the same page for tone and vibe. David attended our rehearsal to ensure we knew what to expect for our wedding day. There he got to see our close family and friends for the first time. David's message during our ceremony was perfect, hitting the nail on the head. You could tell he is very passionate about this by how personalized it was, using so much information he gathered from our in-person meeting. David also did a great job of coordinating with our DJ to ensure the sound was perfect and timing was on point. He is a true professional. David was our "Perfect Ceremony" and we are so glad we found him! He cares so much about his role in your wedding and it shows by how much time and energy he put into our wedding. He was so detail oriented that it felt like he has known us for years by how personalized our ceremony was.

is job. By far one of the best people we booked for our wedding in Temecula, our ceremony was beautiful!

rted the process by having a zoom call with us to better understand our backgrounds and what aspects and traditions from each of our religions we wanted to have included. Closer to the wedding day we had an hour call with him where he learned our love story so that he could create a custom ceremony for us that speaks directly to our story, how we fell in love, and what keeps us in love today. We really loved the fact that this ceremony was smooth, melded our traditions seamlessly, and felt extremely personal and customized. Not only that, but David handled the entire process signing our marriage license and getting it submitted correctly. We would recommend David to any couple getting married.

ime to get to know us through multiple in-person and Zoom meetings and tailored the ceremony to reflect our unique love story. He also came to our rehearsal the day before, explaining what we would be doing, what he would be doing, and ensuring everyone in the wedding party was confident about their roles. David's calm and reassuring presence helped us feel at ease on our big day, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and personal the ceremony was and many thought he was a personal friend of ours based on how well he knew us. We couldn't have asked for a better officiant!

each and every couple he meets, and made us feel extra special when we talked to him. We knew it was a no brainer to book him as our officiant after our first meeting. His process is very easy and started closer to our special day. We told him our story in detail, and he was able to translate it to the most beautiful speech at our wedding ceremony. His kind words highlighted so many moments in our relationship seamlessly and made us & our attendees feel comfortable our entire ceremony. My wife & I are so thankful to have had David officiate our ceremony, and we recommend him to the highest regard if you are considering him for your wedding!

y was perfect and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful experience all round - don't hesitate to book him for your big day!

ow down to earth and funny he is. I love to joke sometimes I take it too far and he was all for it. David is the way to go if you want someone who is fun but serious when it comes to business. He made us laugh and our guest which is always a plus. Thank. You David Culter for your great service. Mr. & Mrs Castro

ceremony. Not only did we feel it was exactly what we wanted and needed, we heard after that guests came away feeling like they had an even better sense of who we were as a couple. David's process really worked for us. He took so much time and care in getting to know us, asking hard but helpful questions to pry details out of us for the ceremony, that we felt like we had a friend up there with us. He was also incredibly professional when reviewing run of show, managing the marriage license process, and advising on ceremony etiquette and preferences.

all he's a great man! Would highly recommend him for any couple who is looking to get married.... he also will educate you on the process. He really cares! Thanks David, you rock!

attentive, and very talented! You can clearly see he truly enjoys what he does!

or a few months before the wedding and had the best conversations. He truly cares and wants to make sure that he knows all of the important things about you and your relationship. All of my family and friends have been raving about our ceremony and there was not a dry eye in sight. David, thank you again for everything. It was the best day!

to our unique wishes and situation. Our guests raved about him and we, of course, are very grateful. Look no further.

ere running late. The groom was having an unforseen minor medical issue. David jumped in and helped with set up around the gazebo (making sure the memorial table was perfect). He also helped my grandson with his boutoneir. He was like one of the family and everyone thought he was wonderful. Considering this was a DIY wedding and not coordinator, we got very lucky that we chose David. He took the time to help with knowing when to walk down the aisle. David really took the time and paid attention to detail. The groom is particular when it comes to the details and David didn't disappoint. So many things went wrong on our wedding day. The ceremony was not one of them. That means the world to us. Forever Blessed, The Kulvicki's

our months of wedding planning was our "interview" meeting with David. He asked intentional questions so that he could truly get to know us and our relationship. It was SO much fun to reflect on the entirety our relationship and to relive some of our favorite memories with each other. It even brought us to tears at certain points. We walked away feeling re-centered on & excited for our upcoming marriage. Part of David's services included coming to our rehearsal the day before. While wedding ceremonies seem relatively simple in nature, he provided such great advice on things we weren't even thinking about, so we felt super prepared going into the next day. He also had our witnesses sign the marriage license during the rehearsal to avoid the chaos that follows the ceremony during wedding day. This was so very smart & appreciated! On our wedding day, we were blown away by how beautifully crafted our ceremony was. He articulated our relationship perfectly. It was so personal that many of our guests asked us how we knew David - they thought he was an old friend of ours! We couldn't have dreamed up a better ceremony. Finally, David was very helpful in making sure we knew how to secure a marriage license and also how to purchase a certificate after he completed the form and mailed-in to the registrar. If you need an officiant for your ceremony, look no further than David Cutler!

was over it was a rude awakening to think we wouldn't be 'hanging' with him again, he had become a friend. A true professional - the guests all said the same. Highly recommended!

ever he now says it was the best decision we made! David LOVES his job and loves love. He took the time to get to know us over two zoom meetings and at the rehearsal and by the time the wedding rolled around it truly was like a dear friend leading us in the ceremony. He was helpful with all of my questions, with wrangling the bridal party and made everything flow really smoothly on all accounts. He totally understood our light hearted funny vibes and ended up even saying some things in his portion that we BOTH said in our vows, thats how well he gets to know you in the process! He was a beautiful addition to our day, to our experience and our guests experiences-I cannot tell you how many people came up to me to say "I LOVE YOUR OFFICIANT". He made us laugh, he made us comfortable and he lead our wine ceremony wonderfully. Absolutely hire David!

stood out to us about David was his genuineness, great listening skills, and his ability to really captivate and engage us in conversation. We could also feel his positive energy and empathy over FaceTime. We knew he would be absolutely amazing in front of a crowd of all our loved ones! David really spent time getting to know us and answering all of our questions. He did all of the heavy lifting by writing a personalized 15-20 minute ceremony for us. All we had to do was chat with him a bit and do a sheet of "homework", which we went over with David on a call about a month before our wedding. During this call, David got to know us even better and knew exactly what questions to ask us to get us talking. I also had a lot of specific questions for David about what happens in an emergency, what he'll wear, whether or not we should do public or private vows, etc... and he was always super patient in answering them. He's extremely detail-oriented and thoughtful--he even matched the tie he wore on our wedding day with our wedding colors!! On our wedding day, the ceremony went so smoothly (and a huge part is because of David). My husband and I were so nervous at the altar, but looking at David and hearing his calming voice was very reassuring to me. We wanted an unplugged ceremony and I loved how David kindly reminded our guests about this. Many people complimented David's officiating and how he inserted our personal anecdotes into his speech. Outside of officiating, David is an awesome person and we loved getting to know him a bit. He is seriously one of the most personable and kind people you'll ever meet. We 100000% recommend David to anyone who is getting married in San Diego county!

here he took the time and asked the right questions in order to truly get to know us. You'd never expect that he hadn't been close to my wife and I with the way that he delivered on the day of. 10/10!

good fit, but after we decided to go with Davis he took time out of his day a few months later to sit with us and really get to know us as a couple. Our ceremony was so personalized based on our conversation with him and everyone at the wedding thought we’ve know. Him for years and years and he knew us personally. Thank you David for everything. You’re a true gem of an officiant and you really care for your couples. 10/10 would recommend David if you’re getting married in the Temecula/SD/IE area!

all the paperwork needed. Our get-to-know-you interview with him was pleasant and it felt like catching up with an old friend. The ceremony he crafted for us felt very personal and checked every box we could have thought of. Many of our guests said it was the best and most authentic ceremony they have attended! You will not regret choosing David as your officiant!

’ve also never heard of an officiant wanting to know the wedding colors so he can correspond his suit to compliment so he doesn’t stand out in photos- that’s taking it the extra mile. No details are missed with him and he really holds your hand throughout the entire process. I will definitely be referring him to any and all engaged couples. Thank you for everything, David!

to really get to know you as a couple and create a ceremony unique to you. He is there to answer any questions and incorporate anything into the ceremony that you want. He has a great sense of humor and everyone told us how beautiful our ceremony was. The ceremony really does set the tone for your entire day and we loved how his was short, simple, and sweet (just what we wanted!). Thank you David for being a part of our big day. You’re the best!

s, provided advice on applying for our marriage license, writing our own vows (which was optional), and he checked in with us frequently. He was always so responsive, kind and professional. Our ceremony was beautifully conducted by David, he shared our love story with our guests, and personalized our ceremony to fit our needs. All of our guests could not stop commenting on how flawless it was, and we don’t think there was a dry eye in the audience! We highly recommend working with David as your wedding ceremony officiant, he made the whole process enjoyable, special and memorable for years to come.

completing a questionnaire, we had a second Zoom meeting with him in which he asked us questions, took notes, and got to know us both individually and as a couple. He also came to our rehearsal and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in making sure we knew what to do when so that our ceremony went smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking - thank you David!!

gh the entire process, David was timely and helped guide us through the motions of gathering information to make his officiating of our wedding custom tailored to us and our story. He truly made our day special and I can't think of anyone more I would recommend to make your day special. Thank you, David!

d 6 premarital coaching courses with David and it was one of the best decisions we made! It allowed him to get to know us on an even deeper level and it made our ceremony even more special. The coaching courses also truly helped us as a couple and gave us amazing communication tools to use in our relationship! David customized the most beautiful ceremony speech that was extremely touching, funny, and definitely drew tears in the audience! It wasn't a rinse and repeat speech either - it was perfectly fit for us! He was extremely easy-going to work with, detail-oriented, gave us instructions for everything regarding our marriage license, reviewed our vows, attended our rehearsal, and never missed a beat! We wanted an officiant we could truly connect with, who guided us in the path of God (he can do both religious and non-religious ceremonies), and who took the time to get to know us, and we got it! TRUST ME (I work in the event planning business), you want to hire David for your wedding!! You won't regret it!

erfect ceremony for us. David took the time to sit and really get to know us as a couple and made us feel comfortable opening up to him. If you need an officiant for your wedding, look no further! Thank you, David! Dean & Megan Bostinelos September 11, 2021

r feelings towards each other. He is so genuine, easy to work with, personable, and a great speaker. If we ever renew our vows, we would hire David again in a heartbeat. All of our family and friends commented on how wonderful he was to work with at the rehearsal and how impressed they were with the personalized ceremony on the big day. David helped us feel at ease, and we could not be more appreciative for his effort. Thank you!
