About this vendor
Based in Dallas, GA, Your Best Guest is a wedding planning company. From having a hand in the proposal to sending the wedding party down the aisle, this company wants to design your perfect wedding. Whether you want classic romance or vintage glamor, they want to instill every celebration with the passion they have for their work.
Owner Hannah Guest has been coordinating weddings and events in some capacity for several years. This company was founded in June 2018, but, prior to this, Hannah was the manager of an event venue on the outskirts of Athens, GA. Through this position, she witnessed many weddings, all of which were entirely unique and had completely original needs. Her services are available for weddings in Athens, Atlanta, and the northern Georgia area. She and her team can, however, assist with weddings outside of these regions for an additional fee.
Hannah’s years of experience are invaluable in coordinating the technicalities of each event. Her creativity, meanwhile, is allowed to flourish through designing the decor of events, including flowers. Each celebration is thought of as a representation of the couple, whether it’s through their favorite colors or a signature song. Your Best Guest can even go the extra mile and design completely original pieces of event furniture. Their main focus is allowing the couple to put their own spin on the day.
Together with this experienced team, couples oversee every detail of their wedding to ensure that it is true to who they are. Meetings are held at the company’s headquarters, ensuring that the clients know exactly what they want, and what they’re getting, from Hannah and her staff. Carefully thought out floor plans make optimal use of the venue’s available space, maximizing the comfort of every guest, as well as any attending staff. Constant communication between the couple and their coordinator can ease any pre-wedding worries. Couples can add extra services to one of Hannah’s predesigned packages, tailoring the service to fit their needs.

Hannah is truly THE BEST, and hiring her for full-service planning was the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she co...
nsistently went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even know we would need.
From the very beginning, she kept everything organized, structured, and manageable. She was incredible with budget management helping us prioritize what mattered most, keeping us on track, and making sure we were making smart decisions along the way. I always felt confident that we were in good hands.
Even with my continuous questions and the occasional random phone calls, she was endlessly patient and reassuring. She always made time to ease any concerns and let me bounce ideas off of her. Having someone that responsive and supportive during wedding planning is priceless.
On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. She coordinated vendors, managed the timeline, and handled all the behind-the-scenes logistics so smoothly that I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. If anything went wrong, I had no idea which speaks volumes about her professionalism.
If you’re looking for a planner who is organized, calm, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making your vision come to life (while keeping you on budget), Hannah is the one. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

cation and organization were exceptional, and she made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Even when we felt overwhelmed with decisions, she was calm, patient, and reassuring — a peaceful presence we didn’t realize we would need so much.
Hannah brings ideas to life with incredible precision and care. I gave her a vision and a detailed design document, and she brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have dreamed. Every detail — from the layout and décor to the florals and atmosphere — reflected us perfectly.
By the morning of the wedding, I knew Hannah had every single thing handled. She managed the entire day with grace and confidence, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment.
Everything looked stunning, ran seamlessly, and felt completely “us.” If you’re looking for someone who will make your vision a reality and your planning experience joyful and stress-free, look no further than Your Best Guest. We are endlessly grateful for Hannah and the magic she created!

As a wedding videographer, I've had several weddings with Your Best Guest, and I have not once had an issue with anything. You will be blown away with the help Hannah and her team provide for your wedding, making it as stress-free and well-run as possible.
Hannah was cheerful, helpful and creative. She did a great job managing my event and I truly felt like I didn't have to worry on my big day. Recommend!
We looked high and low for place setting rentals for our wedding day that wouldn’t break the bank, and Your Best Guest saved the day. I really appreciated that they had transparent...
pricing on their website so I knew what to expect before reaching out. Hannah was so easy to talk to and was so responsive to our questions. We also live further away from their store, so they were so flexible with us to ensure that the pick up and drop off times (they also do delivery) worked for our schedule without adding stress. The items themselves (chargers, plates, flatware, water goblets) were all in great condition, exactly as described, and packaged in a way that made it really easy to pick them up. This team was full of truly kind people who love what they do, and I would 100% recommend them!

ur florals and rentals for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. She was absolutely AMAZING. We worked with her for a full year to plan our wedding and she truly brought my vision to life. She was extremely organized, communicative, and on top of everything. She managed all of our vendors and came with us to various appointments. She really cares about her clients and went as far to build us a bar for our cocktail hour because we couldn't find one to rent that we liked!! The florals were stunning, and it was so nice to have Ashley and her team there the day of to set everything up. Her coordination on wedding day was amazing, and she made sure everything ran as scheduled and that my husband and I were able to enjoy our day. Ashley truly became a friend this past year, and I can not recommend Your Best Guest enough!!!
Hannah and her team were simply amazing! When I initially started reaching out for coordination services, most vendors gave me a brief 10 minute phone call, but Hannah spent well o...
ver 30 minutes discussing my vision with me - and even helped me figure out the best ceremony time by looking up the time of the sunset on my wedding date. I knew she was the right person for our special day from the first phone call!
Hannah's attention to detail made our day flow seamlessly - I wasn't stressed at all on my wedding day because I knew I was in great hands. We also used Your Best Guest for floral and decor and our wedding was absolutely gorgeous - it looked better than anything I could have dreamed! Look no further than Your Best Guest if you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect!
My daughter chose Hannah Guest of Your Best Guest as her wedding coordinator and I can confidently say that she chose wisely. Hannah is a genuine person. She truly cares about the ...
bride and every detail. Everything ran so smoothly and stayed on schedule from the morning of wedding day until it was all over late Saturday night. I know the job starts long before wedding day and has to be stressful, but there was a sense of security in everything getting done and being done well with Hannah’s talent and display of confidence and calmness. I’m not even fully aware of everything Hannah did but I know it was a lot and I know it requires a lot of time and planning and she didn’t miss a thing. Any bride might be naturally nervous on wedding day, but bride and groom can relax about everything getting done, running smoothly and looking beautiful with Hannah at the helm. The other staff from Your Best Guest, who helped make it happen on wedding day, were great too. The venue was flipped between ceremony and reception and it was all done beautifully during the cocktail hour, just as Hannah assured my daughter it would be. I couldn’t believe it looked so pretty and perfect in just an hour. It was a lovely wedding and my daughter and her husband were extremely happy. I know my daughter is thankful for finding Hannah and would highly recommend her and Your Best Guest and so do I. I don’t see how anyone else can be any better.

ght questions to ask my vendors to make sure we were all set for our day. She was very thorough in all our planning meetings. I remember telling her, “I know nothing will go wrong on my big day with you helping me plan! And if it does I 100% trust you to fix any hiccup!” She’s such a great coordinator, there were no “hiccups” on our big day! I highly recommend Ashley and Your Best Guest! I used their floral designs as well, they were gorgeous and so reasonably priced! I also rented most of my decor from them, and they decorated my wedding just as I envisioned! Best Guest for our wedding decor which turned out wonderful. Ashley truly went above and beyond not only to make us feel comfortable but to really help our vision turn to life! I also enjoyed their organization and the use of their client portal. Communication was smooth even during the height of wedding season and Ashley was very accommodating of all of my requests, even the last minute ones. I highly recommend to any couple looking for a great wedding planning experience!
SUCH a talented florist + kind human!!
Hannah was the florist for our wedding celebration on 7.23.22 and she was phenomenal!!!
We had hired a florist for our Covid-impacted elo...
pement ceremony in 2020 and had such a disappointing experience. Our flowers weren't at all what we wanted and even worse, we could see some of the structural elements that were supposed to keep the flowers up. Going into our wedding celebration this year, I definitely had some reservations/hesitations because I didn't want to have the same floral experience from 2020. I mentioned all of this to Hannah when we spoke on our initial Zoom call and she sympathized with us. She was understanding when I asked questions about the designs and never judged me for asking numerous clarifying questions. I always felt heard and understood by her throughout the many Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails. I had a very specific floral vision and Hannah brought it all to life - literally from a sketch to reality! Hannah also offers a bridal preview as part of her process and it was a perfect way for us to make changes and feel even more confident about the day of. We ended up making a few changes at the bridal preview which made the florals and décor stand out even more on the wedding day!!
I wanted a very floral heavy/modern/contemporary floral aesthetic with minimal to no greenery and she DELIVERED!! The centerpiece flowers were BEAUTIFUL, her candle décor was spot on, and the huge arch installation in our venue was a true "wow moment"! It felt exactly how we wanted; a romantic, beautiful floral style with candlelight ambiance! We could not have been happier with the florals + candle décor that Hannah and her team provided!!! I also met her older sister when she dropped off our personal bouquets and she was just as sweet as Hannah! I was SO incredibly happy I found Hannah!! My husband also appreciated the patience she had with me through my many questions and truly loved the look of our reception! Thank you Hannah for making it all come together!! If you are looking for a florist who will listen to your vision and follow through on their promises, definitely hire Hannah and her team!!! - Lupe & Chris
Hannah is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her services more. I am so thankful that I had a friend use her the year before and recommended her to me. She provided the florals...
and decor for our wedding at Daisy Hill. As a bride I felt very laid back and indecisive, but she took the time and walked us through picking out decor and florals. She offered ways to repurpose ceremony decor to reception decor to help save money. Even in the middle of the move of her business location, she maintained communication and brought our vision to life.

nning behind on scheduling vendors & several other items. Hannah was even keeled all the way through. Offering solutions & helping us work through it all. We hired her as a day of planner. Besides meeting up with us & getting us thru the planning phase she was at the rehearsal the night before, meeting wedding party members, and picking up items to deliver the next day to the reception. She was with us all day for the wedding ceremony, reception, & even loading us out at the nights end. Hannah kept track of every detail choice we had made. I would highly recommend her.

rs. Hannah has a ton of experience in both florals and event planning/coordinating, and she had so much knowledge to share with us about our venue, our layout, and the overall schedule of our wedding day. At our meeting with her about a month before the wedding, she considered every single detail and helped us work through every question we had. On the day of the wedding, she was punctual, professional, and just overall an amazing vendor to work with. Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL and even better than I imagined. We also hired her team to help flip our ceremony space for the reception, and they did an absolutely amazing job. If my day-of coordinator had a question about the venue or needed help with setting up some piece of decor, Hannah and her team stepped up to help. They went above and beyond. I just can't recommend them enough! Thank you Your Best Guest for helping make our wedding day perfect!!

nating, flowers and decor. Hannah captured exactly what we wanted even though my wife and I gave very vague answers and descriptions of our vision. As our coordinator, she made the entire process so smooth and seamless. She even managed to get our wedding party coordinated, which was a task similar to herding cats. The flowers at our wedding were stunning and one of our favorite details. Hannah and her crew made us feel so comfortable and celebrated. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of because we knew we were in the best hands. I can’t recommend Your Best Guest enough- truly our day would not have been our dream come true if it were not for all the amazing work of Your Best Guest. They get all the stars, all the recommendations, and all the thanks from us!

ist. She truly poured her heart into our wedding and through it all, became a wonderful friend. Not only did she bring my wedding vision to life with the planning, design and florals but she kept me calm throughout the whole wedding process which really allowed me to enjoy planning our wedding. Hannah and her team at YBG were a dream to work with and I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and family. If you’re looking for someone who truly takes the time to get to know you, your fiancé and what you would like your wedding to be like, hire Hannah and YBG. You won’t find another planner who isn’t as kind, professional, hardworking and compassionate as Hannah and the rest of the YBG team are. We are so thankful for Hannah and the YBG team! We love and miss you guys!!

ths that my husband and I worked with her did we feel that she wasn't 100% on top of everything. Her organizational skills are top notch and she is very detail-oriented, which made the entire wedding planning process so much easier. My TOP priority for the wedding day was for it to be stress-free for my family and I, so we could truly enjoy the day. Hannah over-delivered on that aspect. If anything went wrong, I have absolutely no idea about it and neither does my husband or anyone in our family. For that, I cannot thank her or her team enough. Everyone from Your Best Guest was amazing, and clearly worked very hard to make our day a dream. Hannah also did our florals and design for the day... and, wow. I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. It was "Pinterest-worthy" and then some, and THEN some more. I still have all of my bridesmaids bouquets at home, drying, because I cannot bear to throw them away. They are breathtaking. So, needless to say, If you are looking for a wedding planner/designer to make your wedding dreams come true, look no further. Hannah's your girl.
Hannah and her team at Your Best Guest is hands down the BEST option around….there is a reason they are named “your best guest”! From our initial phone call, to planning meetings, ...
a planing portal on the website….it all was so reassuring and stress free. Hannah even brought up soooo many things I would have never thought about. She, and Ashley, definitely have your back! We did a ton of DIY decor and we were able to drop it off at Hannah’s warehouse so they could store it and haul it to the venue on the wedding day…talk about a weight off a busy bride’s shoulders! Our wedding was flawless! We felt so comfortable with the events of the day thanks to a detailed rehearsal with Ashley the evening prior (she even wore her rain coat to make sure the rain would pass before our outdoor ceremony the next day! Lol) . Hannah and Ashley created a perfectly thought out timeline and had it printed for everyone in the wedding party. Everyone was on the same page. Our vendors were confirmed with and told all about the details about time/location, etc. Another HUGE weight off! Most of all, these ladies are PASSIONATE about their work. There is no question about whether their hearts are in it, it is simply expressed in their work and extreme eye for detail. The way they set our DIY decor made all my wedding visions come to life. My husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing Hannah and Ashley had us TOTALLY covered. They even prepared snacks for us to eat after photos before going in to the reception! We were sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the evening. They truly are the BEST guest you will have at your wedding!

tor but after working with Hannah and her team I can't imagine planning my wedding without her help. She was able to take my vision and turn into something even better than I could've imagined. One of the best parts of working with her is the floral preview. I was so nervous to spend thousands of dollars on flowers and decor and not being able to see them until the day of my wedding, but her floral/design preview allowed me to see how all of my flowers and decor would come together on the big day. The floral/design preview calmed my nerves and reassured me that wedding would be exactly how I wanted it to be. On my wedding day the Your Best Guest team went above and beyond. Ashley helped keep my whole day on schedule and ensured that all of my decor was set up perfectly. Ashley and the other team members were so friendly and enthusiastic I felt like they truly cared about me and my big day. The Your Best Guest team is truly one of kind, they are so talented and can make all of your wedding dreams come true at an affordable price. Hannah is so kind, professional and extremely talented. I am so glad I made the decision to hire her and her team to help make my day vision come to life.

e wedding planner, she also brought my wedding dreams to life with her floral and design services as well and became one of my most treasured friends. She was quite literally a life saver throughout my entire wedding planning process and made sure that we were able to enjoy every second without having to worry about a thing. Hiring Your Best Guest to help make your wedding day perfect will be the best decision you will make (outside of marrying your best friend, of course!) We love you, Hannah and we are so thankful for you and the YBG Team!!!

our ideas and brought them to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. The day of the wedding, Your Best Guest was the real MVP. From the ceremony backdrop design, to the table arrangements, and all other decor, Your Best Guest outdid themselves. We are still getting so many compliments about how beautiful and elegant it all was. The coordination for the event was even more amazing, as well as Hannah Guest and her staff being so incredibly organized and professional all the way around. Your Best Guest is a company that is FOR the bride and groom on the big day. Throughout the entire weekend we kept saying how glad we were to have booked with a wedding coordinator, but more than anything just how grateful we were that we booked with Your Best Guest. Without them our dream day would not have been the best day of our lives!

Hannah was an absolute life-saver. She cares so deeply about her couples and puts so much time, effort, and energy into making your dreams a reality! She was incredibly organized, professional, and attentive to detail. From planning meetings months out, documents and timelines, countless decisions, and a bridal preview - everything was done with intentionality and for a purpose. Hannah led us through planning in a way that not only took stress off of us and was enjoyable during the process, but made for a seamless wedding day. We are so grateful for the ways she went above and beyond - in everything we did see, and all she did behind the scenes to make our day a dream come true. She is so sweet, energetic, creative, quick to listen, positive, and out-of-this-world talented. I remember my jaw dropping on our wedding morning when Hannah brought the bouquets up to where my girls and I were getting ready - they were GORGEOUS! From florals to decor, it was everything we dreamed of and more. We would not have changed a single detail. Our day was absolute perfection, and Hannah was an integral part of that. Hiring Hannah was one of the best decisions we could have made, and we couldn't recommend her more!!

ked in with me often, always reminding me about the little things and answering my endless questions. She kept all my vendors and I on track and ironed out pretty much any wrinkle before it could even exist. By wedding weekend she had already gathered every little detail from me (and believe me- I was very indecisive and back and forth on a lot of things) so not once did she have to ask me anything wedding related. She just told me where to go when and that’s all I had to worry about. She and her team know exactly what they are doing and I’m pretty sure they know exactly what everyone else should be doing as well. I am an incredibly anxious person and she made my day carefree. When I say I didn’t have to worry about a single detail wedding weekend...I mean it. She had everyone and everything so organized that I couldn’t point out a single mishap on our wedding day. HIRE YOUR BEST GUEST.
I couldn’t finish this review without mentioning her amazing design work as well. I hired your best guest for my coordination, design and florals. I did not get to see my venue until I started walking down the aisle. I felt like I was walking into my Pinterest board. They NAILED my vision. It was even better than I could have ever imagined. It was so enchanted and beautiful. I cannot wait to get pictures back to stare at them. The amount of compliments we have received on how our venue was transformed from bare to something so beautiful is countless. Best of all, it didn’t cost me my entire life savings (although Hannah and her team are certainly worth it). I thought I had it all together..but I don’t know how I could have pulled it off without Your Best Guest.
Hannah was such a blessing when it came to our wedding! I discovered Your Best Guest when a friend got married. The bride, groom, and the vendors all raved about how professional, ...
and detail oriented Hannah was. That’s when I knew I needed her help with my wedding. From the flowers, decor, and coordination, Hannah made sure everything was perfect. Hannah was only given 3 months, but she gave me the wedding of my dreams! We love her and recommend Your Best Guest to all our newly engaged friends!

oul, and cares so much about her brides. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, especially with the changes that COVID threw our way. I had multiple guests, bridesmaids, friends and family tell me how great Hannah was or how helpful she was to anyone who had a question or needed something. My husband said she made him feel like he was the only person who mattered when he would ask a question or need something. She's attentive, professional, so so kind and knows exactly what she's doing. I could not have done it without her! Not to mention the STUNNING floral arch she created for us! Hire Hannah, you will be so glad you did!
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator or florist you MUST book with Hannah Guest and Your Best Guest.
We hired Your Best Guest to do Day of Coordination, Florals and Decor f...
or our wedding.
First of all, if you have not considered hiring someone for day of coordination at least, I urge you to do so. I am very type A and a total planner and so many things came up which we ended up benefiting from Your Best Guest for coordinating. Hannah executed our event to perfection. She thinks of every detail and planned all aspects flawlessly. This being said, we ended up needing to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and Hannah Guest and her services ended up being INVALUABLE.
Hannah and her team are a pleasure to work with. Hannah is extremely talented and professional. She makes you feel like you are her friend and the only client she is currently working with and I know this is absolutely not the case. She even sends sweet surprises along the way which make all the planning very special.
I would encourage you to also book florals and decor with Your Best Guest. Her designs are so gorgeous and tasteful. She even plans a preview session where you get to see samples of her work for your event. The florals at my wedding were the most beautiful I have ever seen. Hannah also made small arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and dropped them off for us prior to the rehearsal dinner.

ding and day of the wedding when things started getting crazy. Gosh, this girl really knows what she is doing, and her calm, gentle spirit was exactly what I needed on the day of my wedding. My mind was so at ease knowing Hannah had everything under control. She had every detail I had ever dreamed of and asked for down to perfection, and I don’t know how she does what she does. It was absolute perfection! Hannah is also a one stop shop which made it extremely easy when it came to wedding planning. She took care of my florals, decor / design, and coordination. She replied to all emails for me and coordinated with all of my other vendors up until the wedding (which is the part that got very overwhelming to me, so this was priceless). I could go on and on about Hannah and Your Best Guest. My day would not have been the same without her, and she is so easy to work with. She is based out of Dallas, GA, but travels. For example, my wedding was in Athens, GA and she traveled to Athens the Friday before and it did not cause her to skip a beat. Do not not hesitate in hiring Your Best Guest! Hannah is simply AMAZING! My entire family was so at ease with Hannah in control.
Your Best Guest's services are invaluable, yet her cost is far below vendors of lesser ability and creativity. She works tirelessly to give everything a personal touch, always resp...

reamt of her wedding since she was 6 and was VERY clueless about decor and the the wedding planning process in general! Hannah was very patient and helped me figure out exactly what aesthetic I wanted-- I also appreciated how she helped come up with more affordable solutions that still looked oh-so lovely! I am a bit of a control-freak, so it was so nice and relaxing to have someone else (for a change!) in charge of making sure everything ran smoothly (which it did!) Her team did an excellent job, everything looked even more gorgeous than I imagined, and I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends!
Hannah was very on top of things and was willing to get creative to help achieve whatever vision we had in mind. She was relaxed and easy to work with while also being assertive t...
o ensure everything would be in place for the wedding day itself. I’m so thankful we got in touch with Hannah and that Your Best Guest was in charge of our coordination, decor, and flowers! I can’t imagine a better company to work with! Hannah’s experience in the wedding venue industry was very apparent, as she was always aware of any sort of thing that might make a difference in how the wedding day went, and she had every moving part under control. Hannah also did a great job building relationships with my mom, husband, and me, and I never felt like I was just another one of her clients. The normal stressors I was afraid would accompany my wedding planning experience weren’t there thanks to Hannah’s hard work!
If you’re a type A bride with no time to plan, you need Your Best Guest! From the first email I sent, Hannah worked so hard to bring our vision to life! Her team designed and decor...
