WS Photography

t the fun we had with them. Having both of them there also allowed so many small moments to be captured (and most of those moments are my favorite pictures), they even took some beyond stunning photos of our dog! Beyond perfect. It was a rainy snowy day on our wedding but you never would have been able to tell because of how much fun we had with them. AND the turn around time on our entire album was just a few weeks which was another incredible surprise. Absolutely hands down beyond thrilled with our choice to work with WS Photography.

ions leading up to the day, they helped us with our timeline and made sure we had enough time to go to all of our photo locations around the city before the ceremony started. We chose to take pictures on the Kedzie bridge, and Milan and Tamara knew the city so well that they took us to a third (unplanned) location right down the street for addition photos that ended up being some of our favorites! They made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and made sure we were having fun with our wedding party during the photo sessions. We were running a little behind on schedule for our ceremony and it was super easy to be able to ask them to stay an additional hour at the reception to make sure we captured the whole night! After the wedding was over, they even sent us a few 'sneak peak' photos the next day for us to see! We highly recommend booking WS Photography for your wedding, you won't be disappointed in their talent and professionalism!

two photographers which was much needed. They also had more examples of diversity on their website's portfolio so I knew they would be able to get the lighting right for everyone. The photographers were super patient during the wedding even when we were stressing and scattered brained. They directed us with precision and it made for a lot of great shots. Highly recommend!

truly loves what he does. And the pictures came out awesome!

y comfortable during all of the picture taking! The photos we have to forever look back on of our very special day are amazing!

e first thing I did when I got engaged because I felt that it was one of the most important parts of the wedding... I wanted to forever be able to relive it in all it's glory and they beyond exceeded my (very high) expectations. You can trust that WS will capture everything you need and then some. We are OBSESSED with our photos, each one better than the last! We are so thankful for their professionalism, artistic eye, and attention to detail on our special day.

What's more impressive was how efficiently they whisked us around the city to 5-6 different locations (tuned to our preferences in a prior meeting) for a TON of shots, all within the hour or so between the end of the ceremony and the start of the reception. Incredible value, and a laid-back and knowledgeable team to work with. Definitely recommend for anyone in the Chicago area!

ble and fun to work with, and we received our online photo album within just a few weeks--the photos turned out beautiful! Can't recommend them enough!

mention, Tamara was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and also gave us a ride to the venue when we had an issue with the limo company we hired. We are so beyond amazed with the quality of our photos! Thanks so much to WS for making our day memorable!!!

Photography. Working with Milan was so much fun and we could tell immediately that he had vision, expertise and a unique artistic style when shooting. We are thrilled with our photos and cannot recommend them enough!

njoy our day without rushing us from location to location. They helped us stay on schedule and found great scenic spots for photographs. Ana who helped coordinate prior to the big day was very easy to work with and informative. We could tell Ana had our best interest at heart. After the wedding, they sent us a preview of a handful of photographs and they are beautiful. The final album turned out beautiful. We are grateful to have found WS Photography and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing photographers would will capture beautiful photos of their special day!

remony and reception to not be intrusive. The pictures are gorgeous and our friends and family cannot stop talking about them.

t incredible photos. We've received so many comments about how our wedding photos were the best they have ever seen and asking about who our photographers were. We also had to reschedule our wedding twice due to Covid-19 and WS Photography was incredibly accommodating to reschedule. If you are looking for a high quality and price competitive photographer(s), look no further than WS Photography. You'll be glad you did!

E session shorter than anticipated. They offered us a second session to finish our E shoot photos. Second, WS photo was so flexible and kept us organized throughout the ups and downs of planning a wedding during the Pandemic. Our plans had to be updated and changed constantly, but Ana was very responsive to our calls. Also, they returned our wedding photos fully edited within two months of our wedding. We HIGHLY recommend using WS photo for your next event!

g day. We wanted lots of candid shots and overall our wedding was relatively low-key and simple, but with a lot of guests. We loved the final products, and would hire WS Photography 100x over!

ly easy to work with throughout the entire process, and have an unbelievable eye for beauty. Not to mention they are very kind and fun people to hang out with during photo shoots. During the wedding, they helped keep everything on schedule, assisted with transportation, and were always ready to capture every special moment. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

same without them. It downpoured ALL DAY for our wedding, and it was planned to be an outdoor wedding on a farm, with lots of outdoor shots with the leaves and beautiful fall colors. Obviously that didn't happen, but we could not be happier with the photos we've gotten back so far. Milan has a way of finding the best, most artistic, beautiful shot to make you look like you just stepped out of a magazine. We barely recognize ourselves in these photos, in the absolute best way possible. Milan is a real artist, and we could not recommend he and WS Photography enough. Incredible service, incredible talent - SO worth the price. If you want photos of your wedding that are more art than photo, this is the photographer you're looking for.

ent, professionalism, and beautiful photos. From the moment I first called them to inquire, my worries went away. I immediately felt that they know what they're doing and that I could relax and let them do their thing. When we met, they were very friendly, open, and relaxed which in turn allowed me to relax and enjoy my day. The editing was done quickly as promised, and the photos are amazing! It will be difficult to choose just a few photos to print for an album because they're all unique and beautiful.

ry regard with them. They take truly beautiful, thoughtful, personal, artistic photos, and do it with an efficiency and level of professionalism that should be the gold standard for any wedding photographer. For both our engagement session and our wedding, Milan and Tamara thoroughly scouted out all the locations we gave them, meticulously planning each shot in advance so that when the time came not a single moment was wasted, and every shot was spot-on. And yet, somehow, we never felt rushed or uncomfortable even for a moment. It was an incredible relief to know that we could trust our photographers 100% and we didn’t need to worry about anything on the big day. When we first received our engagement photos, my then-fiancé and I were floored. They so far surpassed what we were expecting in terms of artistry, technical skill, and overall quality that I could hardly believe these were photos of us! For our wedding photos, we knew now the level of quality to expect, but we were still thrilled when we finally saw them. Every shot was frame-worthy, and our friends and family (many of whom are photographers and videographers themselves) were all seriously impressed. On top of all of this, Milan, Ana, and Tamara are the nicest people. I can’t recommend them enough!

hers we were considering, and the photos are amazing! We just got our photos back (earlier than expected) and they are fantastic! It seems like Milan and his team were everywhere and nowhere at our wedding at the same time - we never really noticed them once the actual wedding got started, and yet they captured all the important moments and so many spontaneous moments with beautiful and lively photographs. We chose them because we saw a sense of fun and adventure in their photos, and that same essence really came through in our photographs! We couldn't be happier! Highly highly recommend!

every profile on WeddingWire and the Knot, before booking WS Photography. When deciding on a photographer, Ana and Milan were very kind, accommodating, and responsive. And aside from them being great to work with, Milan's an absolutely incredible photographer. We did an engagement shoot with Milan and Ana a year before our wedding, and they were very fun to work with and helped us get comfortable getting our pictures taken. We were blown away by how gorgeous the pictures were, and excited for WS to shoot our wedding. On our wedding day, Milan and Tamara were our photographers. Even during the day, you could tell they were so efficient and always planning the next shot. They caught moments we didn't even realize photographers were shooting. They are true professionals and were exceptional the day of the wedding. We received our photos about a month after our wedding, and we were absolutely stunned at how wonderful our wedding album turned out. We've gotten so many compliments on the quality and variety of our wedding album. Their style is crisp, vibrant, natural pictures, which is exactly what we were looking for. Even better, we didn't ever feel awkward or staged. The photos truly captured the joy we felt on our wedding day, and we'll cherish them forever. We just can't say enough good things!

and we love our photos. They took advantage of what the venue offered different settings and it turned out amazing.

for our wedding. You always look back at photos, and our photos are timeless and beautiful. I fully recommend WS Photography if you're looking for a top notch photographer. Bonus: We got some absolutely BEAUTIFUL shots of our 1 year old daughter, and neice/nephew; they were so great with kids!

we had the best shots possible. We were not sure where we wanted to do our wedding photos and they went out and found a beautiful spot in the area we were getting married (we did not know the area at all). They had scouted beforehand and found several options for us and worked hard (at one point Milan physically lifted his second photographer) to get the perfect photos. During the reception, they were everywhere and nowhere (they got all the shots but were never in the forefront of the wedding/reception). All of our guests noted just how hard the two of them worked. Even more impressive, we received a sneak peak of some photos just two days after the wedding and then our full set of photos much earlier than our contract stated. The quality was outstanding and the lighting (our venue was a bit dark so we were worried) was perfect – they knew how to work in so many different environments. Overall, if you are looking for a photographer that will get the job done – WS is certainly who you should go with!

On our wedding day, it (very unexpectedly) SNOWED in late April, causing us to have to re-plan our photo locations the day of. But Ana, Milan, and Milan were experts in this regard and already had a contingency plan in place. They seamlessly took us to different photo locations around Chicago, capturing the city's beauty while ensuring that we were protected from the elements (including Ana always kindly holding my dress to make sure it didn't get wet). It was definitely was a fun adventure driving around the snowy city with them and a great way to kick off our wedding day (we did a first look, so we had photos before the ceremony). All of our photos (city pics, ceremony, and reception) turned out amazingly and we were incredibly impressed. WS has a beautiful artistic vision for their photos and we were in awe of some of the creativity and lighting in many of the pictures. In particular, Milan captured a photo of us standing under an umbrella at the end of the night with snowflakes swirling around us in front of the cityscape that pretty much everyone we know has said is the most amazing wedding photo they've ever seen (which is certainly a kudos to Milan and not us haha). Overall, I would highly recommend WS Photography, They are seasoned professionals, they're simultaneously incredibly prepared and also flexible (an ideal wedding day combo), they are veritable photographic artists with a beautiful vision, and they come at a very reasonable and well-worth-it price. We're so happy we chose them to capture our day!

and his team are so talented. My whole family cannot stop talking about how beautiful all the pictures are. My husband and I didn’t do a first look and I was so worried about being able to get everything in - but we did! We have solo shots, wedding party shots, and family portraits. My favorite are all the candids from the reception. Milan did a wonderful job capturing so many different people having fun. There was so much I missed (it goes by so quickly!!!!) that I’m so happy he captured everything! I can not recommend them enough :)

d and assertive the day of the wedding and the sneak peek of pictures they sent were amazing! They captured so many angles and pictures that I missed in person and ones that I was SO thrilled that they got. For the quality and amount of pictures we got their price was unbeatable. I would recommend ANYONE getting married in Chicago to use WS Photography.

g and artistic shots they were able to get. There are all of the traditional wedding photos I could want, plus fun ones, artsy ones, and genuinely impressive ones. They sent me the photos online and on a flash drive sent in a wooden box with our names carved in it. I wish I could attach some of our photos here because I want to show the world how talented these photographers are. Book them now!

ur questions very thoroughly. Milan and Tamara arrived promptly on our wedding day and jumped right in. They made the entire bridal party feel comfortable and captured all the important moments of our fusion wedding. They sent us our sneak peak photos within a day or two and sent us all of our photos on a USB drive in a beautifully crafted keepsake box. We have received so many compliments on our photos already. We absolutely love our wedding photos and couldn't recommend WS Photography enough.

date and venue set. There were an overwhelming number of photographers in the Chicago and finding the perfect one wasn't easy. Once we realized we wanted to go the more artistic candid route, we found that most photographers that did it well were extremely expensive and the cheaper options had a less than appealing portfolio. After meeting with Ana, we were able to customize a package that fit our needs and budget, WS was so flexible and accommodating. Milan and his team's style covered every aspect of our day without being in your face or taking our attention away from the enjoying our special day. Within just days of our wedding, we received a preview of several edited photos. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the team was able to turn around our full album so we could share them with family and friends who were beyond impressed (as were we)!

l you how much I LOVE our photos. I might be biased, but I think they were better than any of the examples that we saw when we were first exploring photographers. Ana was fantastic to work with – she always responded and did so in a timely manner, helped figure out the right locations, and was overall collaborative. I am very much an “A” type, and I had a lot of “must shoot” pictures in mind. However, as I look back at the pictures, some of the ones I thought were “awkward” ended up being some of our favorites! Trust Milan’s eye – he has an amazing skill in being able to set up the best shot! Nem was great as well, and his pictures were just as spectacular. I have several friends who occasionally shoot weddings as a profession, and they even commented on how amazing the pictures were. I would recommend the WS Photography team to anyone!

ld tell he was always thinking of the next best shot and is a master at his craft. When planning a wedding there are a lot of moving parts and you have to depend on your vendors to follow through. WS Photography is an incredible and dependable vendor who will capture your big day and those precious moments without you even knowing it. Best of luck! Xo

re professionals, i have never worked with people like them. They are open for anything, they are creative and positive, they know what they are doing. Their work and photos are different than others. We had engagement session, we could not chose which photo is the best one.. every single one is special and speaks for it self. Everyone loved them. You will receive so beautiful and quality photos.. WS team is so easy to work with. I feel like i know them my whole life. Do not hesitate, you will not regret. Thank you, WS team! Hvaaala!❤️

spondence that I had with WS Photography and Ana was a positive one, they were extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and helped me organize my day of schedule which helped reduce wedding planning stress. Milan was our photographer and we could not be happier with the quality of photos we received and that professionalism and creativity that he and the team exhibited on our wedding day. I love that they give you the rights to all photos and make it easy to share with family and friends.

friendly, courteous, and professional. And, presumably of utmost concern, they take fantastic photographs. We immediately had feeling of comfort in working with Ana. This feeling was confirmed when we met our day of photography team of Milan, Tamara, and Jelena. On a hot summer June day when we were reluctant to stay outside in the heat for any longer than necessary, each of the photographers were politely persistent in encouraging us to stay outside to get the shots that, in the long term, we will be immensely grateful to have (even if, in the short term, we were uncomfortable). While we are waiting on the final set of photographs to come through, we have been thoroughly impressed with the sample of photographs that we have seen. Our overall experience with WS Photography has been excellent. We recommend them without reservation.

us all day and captured each moment PERFECTLY!!! They split up during certain parts of the day so that we could get pictures of both the bridesmaids and the groomsmen getting ready. Our wedding was on NYE in Chicago. It was freezing. And I wanted to take pics outside. (crazy but worth it) And they still paid extreme attention to detail and made sure they got every single shot. Talk about dedication! I knew of a few shots that I really wanted to get and they were more than accommodating. Even before the day of, working with WS was such a great experience. Ana coordinates everything and she was amazing to work with! She answered all questions in a timely manner and was dedicated to making sure everything was perfect for our big day. WS was without question to easiest vendor we worked with. Without question!!! If you're still looking for a photographer(s) who is - no doubt - passionate about their job and to give you some of the most beautiful and creative work of art, then I highly recommend choosing WS Photography.

and offered to meet and discuss our wedding plans in person. I am really glad we met because they provided a lot of useful information about the whole wedding planning process. They even helped with our preliminary timeline. Our wedding day went smoothly, we were lucky to have a great weather(it was cold but sunny). Our wedding photos are amazing!!! Milan is very creative, I was truly surprised with some of the photos! We shared our wedding gallery with lot of our family members and friends and they love the photos! Great photographers, we highly recommend them!

creative eye and flexibility for accommodating a rushed request is unparalleled. I am so grateful for his support and cannot wait to work together again at the wedding. I'm not sure there's anyone that works so fast, efficient and at an amazing rate. THANK YOU SO MUCH, MILAN!

aptured the most amazing candid shots and chose amazing places around downtown Chicago to shoot. They really captured the emotion in each person to the point where I can live through those photos. They also created an incredible album for uas afterwards. I HIGHLY recommend and would easily use them again!

in need of photography for their wedding/event. They were so easy to work with!

ng day. WS Photography was very efficient and took many beautiful pictures of our wedding day. It makes it hard to choose our favorites for a photo album! They were very interested in knowing what pictures we want taken and where and did their best to accommodate our needs on the wedding day. I highly recommend this vendor and the value is truly unbeatable!

ull review just know - the WS Photography team were my FAVORITE vendor of my entire wedding and you just need to hire them now! If you do have time to read my full review, read on for more details. When I first found WS photography, I couldn't believe that such an amazing photographer was A. available for my wedding date and B. such an affordable price. I was in such disbelief that I showed their work to two of my friends who are professional photographers and graphic designers and they reassured me that WS was an excellent choice and had stellar portfolios. From our initial talks, I learned that Ana and Milan had only been in Chicago for a short time but have been shooting weddings around the world for years. Ana was so accommodating during our first talk and even sent over a mock timeline to help me with my decision making. After I hired them the communication was still amazing and we settled on a timeline that worked for all of us since my husband and I were doing a first look and shooting all the photos beforehand. Ana even helped me talk through saving time and money by letting Milan scout out places to take cool photos outside the venue instead of trying to get everyone on a shuttle to go downtown. The day of the Wedding, WS did not disappoint. They were on time and friendly from the beginning and got straight to work. They gave great direction and made everyone in our bridal party feel so comfortable. When we didn't know how to pose or what to do, they gave us direction and sometimes even moved us into the ideal places we needed to be! I think WS will be one of the busiest photographers in Chicago very quickly so do yourself a favor and get on their calendar NOW! The work and service are unmatched and you'll be extremey happy to have them capture your big day!

y photos and gave me great advice/recommendations for the shoot. Milan is very creative and helped me to envision exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé and I booked them right away and set up the date for our engagement shoot. Our engagement shoot was a ton of fun and it was nice to have a photographer who was not only talented, but had a fun and positive attitude the entire shoot. It is important I feel for the photographer one chooses to not only be talented in photography, but also a lot of fun to be around since they are sharing your wedding day with. When I got the photos back from our engagement shoot I could not believe how beautiful and cool the pics came out. The day of our wedding Milan and his assistant showed up on time and ready to have fun. The entire day was a blast and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Our photos came out even better then I ever thought wedding photos could look and once I posted them on Facebook my friends/family went crazy over the photos. The photos literally looked like they had been pulled out of a magazine. Milan exceeded my expectations and I am so happy that he was there on my wedding day to capture our special moment.

raphers. We brought our dog along with us for pictures and they were so patient with him, and made us feel at ease on such a whirlwind day. Ana is a breeze to work with on the important details. The final product is to die for! I'm currently having a hard time putting our wedding album together there's so many amazing pictures! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
