If you are looking for a company that will do the right thing, please look elsewhere. I hired Krista late last year for day of coordinator services for our August 1, 2020 wedding t...
hat of course did not happen due to the pandemic. I decided to hire her (even though she was a little pricier than other options) since she is the owner of her business thinking that she would show greater pride and commitment, but I was wrong. Once we signed the contract, I started to notice that she wasn’t as responsive as I thought she would be and sometimes would take a few emails to remind her to send me things. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as it was around the holidays and she shared with me she was going through some personal changes at home. I tried to be patient and understanding. Fast forward, the pandemic starts and we of course have to make the difficult decision to cancel due to many reasons, not wanting to expose our loved ones, state mandated restrictions (which were still in place on 8/1), and us being out of state. She refused to return any of our deposit that she definitely had not earned. We offered to pay for any services rendered (at this point one meeting...and few planning worksheets she sent over), 99% of the services would essentially be on the day of! She refused because she said that by booking us it took away her opportunity from other business (which is fair if we were cancelling simply because we changed our mind) , but then said would reconsider as the date got closer. It is now a few weeks past what would have been our wedding date and 2 unanswered emails. The gathering/wedding restrictions were still in place on 8/1 so we do not believe we took any business that she would otherwise have had. We are so disappointed at the lack of empathy, we understand the pandemic has taken a toll on the wedding industry but it has also impacted wedding couples who are now out of thousands of dollars for something that is beyond anyone’s control. So please just be aware of all of this if you plan to hire her.
June 15th was the absolute best day of mine and my husbands lives thus far. Krista helped coordinate the wedding we had been dreaming of for so long. The day was perfect, from the ...
time we entered the venue to her telling us our car had arrived to take us to our hotel. I know there is definitely no way we could've pulled off such a smooth day without her. Forever grateful for you and the memories we have gained. Thank you Krista!!

ired Wishes for day-of coordination, but she was instrumental in the planning process months in advance whereas other day-of coordinators won't even talk to you until 60-ish days before your wedding. Krista was always very responsive in the months/weeks/days leading up to our wedding. She had an answer for everything and even helped us get our venue to give us some stuff for free when negotiating our contract. She made us think about things we hadn't even thought of and she also put us in touch with the guy we ended up hiring as our DJ and he was great as well (shout out to Skip at HeadSmile DJs!) Since the wedding, so many people have asked me if we had any issues during the ceremony or reception. If there were any issues, I'm not aware of them, which is the entire point of a wedding coordinator. We were actually able to enjoy the day and night without worrying about a single detail. If you are reading this, you should definitely hire Krista and make sure you book her NOW because she is the best and if you wait too much longer, she will surely be booked. You won't regret it.
Krista is amazing, she took all the stress out of the last minute details. We were able to relax on our wedding day and trust everything would be perfect! I highly recommend Krista...

Krista was amazing to work with. For having only hired her for day-of coordination, I felt like we received so much more. We booked her early on in our engagement, and she kept in ...
touch periodically in the months leading up to the wedding to answer any general questions we had and provide advice based on her extensive experience coordinating others’ weddings. She met with us in-person prior to the wedding to hash out the specifics of our wedding day timeline and our thoughts on how we wanted the venue set up. She was extremely organized, and prepared us for things we hadn’t even considered or realized we had to consider. She was attentive and was fast at responding to our emails. She attended our rehearsal and helped walk us and our wedding party through the ceremony. On the wedding day, Krista and her husband arrived early and got to work immediately, working with the equipment/decor rental company and venue staff to prepare the venue to our design. They were instrumental in making sure everything was set up perfectly, without either of us having to lift a finger. She helped make sure everyone involved in the ceremony were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. She kept to the timeline and made sure the preparation flowed into the ceremony, and that into the cocktail hour and dinner. The night as a whole progressed seamlessly, so I’m certain there are plenty of things that Krista did that day that neither my husband nor I will ever be aware of. She was key to making our wedding about as stress-free as it ever could be!
I absolutely loved working with Krista! She responded promptly to all of my questions and made sure we covered all of the important details during the wedding planning process. My ...

ugh each detail for the wedding. She orchestrated our rehearsal flawlessly and helped ease each person's anxiety. This included our officiant, a friend who was officiating a wedding for the first time. She answered all our questions and is the definition of "grace under pressure". Everything ran on time and as planned the day of because of her. She worked with all of our vendors very well and everything came together beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Krista to any engaged couple looking for some peace of mind on your wedding day!

h an incredibly detailed timeline, suggesting great and affordable vendors, helping out when there was a tragic circumstance for one of our vendors a month before our wedding, to making sure the day itself was absolutely perfect and smooth. Like any wedding, there are always unforeseen circumstances and Krista and Eric are so amazing at their job that they solve them quickly and make sure the bride and groom and all the guests have no clue whatsoever and just enjoy the day carefree. Krista was also so great at making the entire wedding party feel at ease and aware of expectations, from toddlers to older grandparents to wild groomsmen. Coming from someone that is very organized, I am so impressed with Krista’s attention to detail. I felt so relaxed all day knowing that my day was in Krista’s very capable hands. My wedding truly would not have been remotely the same without Wishes! Thank you Krista and Eric! You rock!!

zed, calm under pressure, easy to work with,. She took care of EVERYTHING that other vendors did not do for us. There were things that went wrong that we had no idea about, Krista thinks of things you have no idea you needed. The wedding was wonderful and we will always be grateful to Krista and her husband Eric for making it stress free!
We hired Krista to be our Day-of-Wedding Coordinator. I didn't think we needed one, but we're so happy that we did! Krista helped the day run smoothly and she made us feel at ease....
Her personality is super fun too and her energy was great. She was definitely worth it! Thanks, Krista!!
Krista doesn't need yet another amazing review online but singing her praises is really the least I can do. I hired her for planning and day of coordination and she was worth every...
.single.penny...and then some. Just the amount of time I saved searching for the perfect florals, venue, desserts, DJ, officiant, etc. was worth it but she also knows where to get the best prices. She is the master at figuring out what the bride is asking for, what the bride really wants, and where there is overlap and where maybe there isn't. A rare skill and invaluable skill.
I have a very complicated family with a lot of opportunities for awkward moments, general unpleasantness, or a scene. She was sensitive to that and deescalated every potentially troubling situation with perfect tact. I can't recommend Krista enough.
As our day of coordinator, Krista gave my husband and I peace of mind throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are so happy that we found someone we could trust and we fe...
el she really helped our day run smoothly, everything went off without a hitch (as far as we know)! Krista was always available for questions and references and we would have been much more stressed if we didn't have her to help us. Having a professional available during our wedding and the time leading up to it made us feel much more confident in what we were doing and we can't imagine what it would have been like without Krista. She communicated well with us and our vendors and never overwhelmed us with anything. She was very accommodating and we appreciate everything she did for us. Thank you Krista for helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams!
I can not say enough nice things about Krista at Wishes! She made a tremendous impression on me when we first met, I literally didn't meet with any other coordinators. Krista is so...
organized, calm and has her stuff together! She has so much experience, you and your partner feel so at ease every time you talk to her! She was always SO available, which was huge for me and my husband. Extremely communicative and friendly every time we met. On the day of our wedding Krista was available but out of our hair enough she never hovered. She had the most calming presence the day of and had everything under control, we didn't have to worry about anything! Her husband even offered to take our dog who was our flower girl to the boarding facility we booked her at! I can't recommend Krista enough!
We were so incredibly happy with our decision to hire Kat! We would've been lost on our wedding day without her. She was instrumental in keeping our timelines, vendors, and familie...
s in check. It was so nice having peace of mind on our wedding day that Kat was there to handle anything that went awry. Kat was so organized during our meetings, asked all the hard questions, and thought of all the details. We also loved her assistant/husband, Chester. They work amazingly as a team; they even jumped in the photo booth at the end of the night! I would recommend Kat to anyone who is looking to keep all their day-of details in check.
We hired Krista at Wishes! Wedding Coordination as our day of wedding coordinator and it was probably one of our best vendor decisions. She is a calming presence on your day, and h...

e was wonderful! From the very first meeting we had, she gave me so much helpful advice and tips to make sure our wedding day was flawless - she is truly an expert. She is very responsive, detail oriented, and put together a detailed timeline to keep all our vendors on track throughout the day. Our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Kat! It was so nice not to have to worry about anything that day. By far some of the best money spent on our wedding!
I was the mother of the groom and it was my first time planning a wedding for the busy couple from out of State. I hired Krista to provide "day of" services so that I could enjoy ...
the day and make sure everything was taken care of from out of town. Krista provided support and guidance throughout the whole planning process, and recommended excellent vendors. The wedding day was perfect, and all of us truly enjoyed the day. Krista took care of everything back at our venue so that I could enjoy the entire day.
Kat is seriously phenomenal. I appreciated our meetings prior to the wedding, she always came so prepared and had great questions that I hadn't even thought of. Our venue was our f...
amily private property in remote Western Washington. She traveled there, with her husband and assistant, for our walk through a couple weeks out and they also were available for the rehearsal night. Though I know this was outside her contract, when my rentals were arriving much later than they had stated and my wedding party and I had to get to the rehearsal dinner, Chester and Kat were willing to stay late and wait for them to arrive, literally saving a family member from having to miss the dinner. So she is so much more than a day of coordinator, which is what I thought I was getting, I didn't even realize in how many ways I would need her help outside of just the day of. Now, for the day of, I can not speak highly enough of what a fantastic job the two of them did, all while smiling and making sure my new husband and I had drinks of choice in hand! From the beginning of the day when they arrived, they got right to work setting up the entire venue, literally everything. They did not bother me ONCE with a question about how something should be placed or where something was. That was one of my big fears of having the wedding at our own property is that I wouldn't be able to relax and enjoy the day, but with Kat in charge, I was 110% able to do just that. There were so many logistics involved with our wedding, shuttles, different locations for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, but they handled it all flawlessly and also worked really well with my in-laws who owned the property. I truly can not speak enough to the amazing job Kat did, I would recommend them to anyone!

ything. While she did a great job with details, I also appreciated her advice and recommendations throughout the planning process. With her managing everything, I was able to relax with a glass of wine on my wedding day, knowing that she had it all under control!

use of her. She solved problems before they were even problems. If you are on the fence about day of coordination...do it...and hire Krista with Wishes!

f and there is not an ounce of me that regrets spending the money - I was totally able to enjoy my day stress free. Krista was organized and thoughtful, and had relationships with many of my other vendors (she was in fact recommended to me by my photographer.) She took care of the all of the small details, including multiple things I didn't think of. I cannot express how glad I was to have Krista there on my wedding day. My number one piece of advice is to have someone the day of and for the rehearsal at minimum. Her calm presence and organization allowed my husband and I to completely focus on each other and family - I had bridesmaids and family comment on how great she was. She seemed to be everywhere at once and made sure our wedding ran perfectly. Krista was very reasonably priced and I highly recommend her! Having her coordinate the day was one of our best wedding decisions.
Kristra had lots of tips and tricks for a smooth wedding - even without booking the "planning" package (as I felt I had that pretty under control), she still remained available to ...
help with questions which I really appreciated. She went out of her way the day of the wedding to ensure I was not stressed and to allow me to relax with my girls rather than obsess over what was going on outside! When I got to see all my decor in place, it was exactly how I imagined it and it was a huge relief knowing she had my back. She brought two helpers when she saw the amount of decor I had because she wanted to make sure everything was done quickly.
She also took care of mailing off the completed marriage license which took a huge pressure off so we could enjoy our honeymoon! Krista was a great investment!
Krista was super attentive to detail and got everything done in a quick manner!
Krista was great! My husband and I were planning a wedding out of state, so we knew that a planner was going to be key in helping us stay organized and also get a variety of optio...
ns in terms of vendors. Krista was personable, knew a ton of great potential vendors, and kept me up to date as the wedding date got closer. Our timeline for the actual wedding day was FLAWLESS and everything went exactly as planned. Krista was also able to reach out and negotiate with vendors when I either wasn't able to or wasn't comfortable doing so. My husband and I truly had an amazing wedding and Krista made sure that we could fully enjoy our day/night. I would highly recommend her!

Kat and Chester were amazing! Everything was perfect and ran like clockwork thanks to them. No detail slipped past them, and they are great and fun to work with. Thanks, guys!

r planning process. Kat offered expert guidance and insight for details we had not considered. Even though we kept our event small, I underestimated how much work it is to make a wedding happen. Kat made sure that ours went beautifully and we are so glad we chose her!
Kat was everything I could have possibly wished for in a wedding coordinator. If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, get Kat.
Krista was everything we could have asked for and more! I didn't grow up dreaming about my wedding day and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. She was able to guide me through...
the planning process and make sure I was on track and organized. On the day of the wedding everything was beyond perfect. We were actually 30 minutes ahead of schedule! I loved being able to just hand everything over to Krista and her husband and just let them run the show. I would book Krista again in a heartbeat! If you want a super chill, highly organized planner, then she is your girl.
Words and Stars cannot express what an awesome job Krista did for both of my girls weddings! I am so glad I found her...or rather my daughter did. You won't go wrong with having ...
her help you with your whole wedding or just the day of.
Kat and her team are truly fantastic! They help you along the way of the planning and remember many details that I didn't! Thanks for making our day great. We love you guys!
Kat was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! Our wedding went so smoothly and I was completely stress free because of all her hard work.
Krista was hands down the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for! My wedding was executed flawlessly and it was all thanks to Krista. She met with me multiple times months...
before my wedding and always responded to emails with even the tiniest of details. The day before my wedding I found out that my band was not providing a device to play the music for our grand entrance/cake cutting/in between music sets etc and Krista made sure it was all taken care of, I didn't have to stress at all. The best part of having Krista as my day of coordinator was that everyone had a great time and did not have to worry about any of the details of the wedding, everyone got to enjoy themselves and be present. Don't even think twice about booking Krista, just do it!
Being in weddings prior to our own, we knew that we wanted to hire a wedding coordinator. We had a pretty solid idea of our special day but hired Krista from Wishes to help keep us...
on track during the planning process, execute all of decoration details, and coordinate the day of. It was hands down, the best decision we made concerning our wedding.
Krista is extremely valuable. And for her level of experience and dedication, a wedding coordination package with her is very reasonably priced. As a couple who wanted everything to be personalized, Krista was a major help when we wrote our own ceremony and vows. She was also generous enough to allow us to use some of the decoration hardware she has collected over her years of coordinating. She was very detail-oriented. Even though we had planned everything down to the smallest detail, there were some things that Krista brought up that we hadn't thought about. Communication with her was reliable, quick and easy. We always felt supported, even during the crazy wedding season.
Knowing that Krista was there was very comforting and allowed us to enjoy the wedding. Even though there were some hitches on the wedding day (such as realizing that I left my veil in the hotel room 5-minutes prior to the ceremony), Krista handled it flawlessly. And we can truly say that we were able to enjoy it to the fullest with worrying about the behind the scene things. We cannot sing her praises more highly. Hire Krista!

he gave me referrals to local vendors and told me about her experience with the top professionals in the wedding industry. I didn't have a worry in the world the day of our wedding because I knew that whatever came up, Krista would be there and take care of it. en responded to my wedding emergencies close to midnight! Krista makes sure you are taken care of and all your needs are addressed! On the wedding day, she made sure we stayed on track for time and I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I had several (4) dress changes and she helped coordinate the timeline perfectly so the transitions were smooth.
After the wedding she even helped me get started on the name changing process!
Thank you Krista for being part of our special day!!
Krista was our day of wedding coordinator and probably our best investment of the entire wedding! I wanted my family to be able to enjoy the day and not be bothered or stressed by ...
all of the little glitches or vendor's questions. Krista made sure of that and so much more! She handled everything on the day of and made everything happen without a sweat (at least that's how it appeared!) She is confident in what she does and knows how to make things happen but is always pleasant to work with. I absolutely loved working with her and will recommend her to all of my friends with upcoming weddings. She's amazing!

ning process and provided a lot of sound advice that influenced a lot of our decisions; at each meeting she made sure that we were on track with our planning. She took on all the errands and work on the big day that allowed our family to simply enjoy the day, which was important for us. She was professional, calm, and trustworthy. My fiancé and I knew that our wedding was in the best of hands. We could not recommend Krista (and her amazing husband!) enough.
Krista is such a professional wedding day coordinator. After we finalized our vendor list, she took over the job of coordination, designed a detailed timeline for us, and contacted...
every vendor, making sure they arrive at the venue on time and get all equipment they need. Even though our wedding is small (less than 60 people), there were still many things which can go wrong in our eyes. Krista scheduled a few pre-wedding meeting with us, we went over the timeline and every detail several times. She also had back-up plans for the ceremony in case it rains. We're very thankful that we had Krista on our wedding day. She made the whole day stress-free for us and everything just couldn't be better! She also knows a lot of fantastic vendors, you can just tell how happy they're when they work together. I would recommend her to any marrying couple! You can't go wrong with Krista!
My husband and I booked Krista from Wishes for our wedding on Aug 27, 2016. We could not have been happier! Krista did an amazing job taking care of all the details on the big day....
We just sat back and relaxed. Krista took care of all the logistics! I received multiple complements from my decorator, wedding party, mother and mother in-law on how fabulous Krista was! Krista made what could have been a stressful day seem stress free! We would recommend Krista to all of our friends and family for their upcoming nuptials.

ur vision and what we wanted to accomplish. She checked in regularly with me in the months leading up to the wedding, helped us make some tough choices regarding complicated families and their placement during the ceremony, and at the reception, she kept us on track with our duties but gave us lots of time to dance and enjoy our party. She also made sure we ate (a lot of my friends said they never got to taste the food at their own wedding - so we were very appreciative!) At the end of the night she was a rock star and helped get everything packed away. I didn't worry about a thing. She is truly wonderful!

I hired Krista as a level 1, day of wedding coordinator for my wedding in August 2016. Krista was amazing to work with and is incredibly talented! Krista made sure every detail was...
taken care of on my wedding day, helped coordinate vendor deliveries, set up, and made sure everything was on track with our schedule for the day. Thanks to Krista’s help, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we were able to enjoy the day and trust that Krista had everything planned! The day ran smoothly, we had zero issues, all vendors were on time and prepared, and the wedding looked amazing! I highly recommend hiring Krista as a wedding planner for your wedding!

e perfect person for me to partner with to plan our wedding. Krista kept me organized with monthly to do lists. She recommended vendors that she knew would work well with my husband and my personalities. Every vendor we worked with were amazing. Krista's day of support was truly amazing! To this day, if there were any glitches on the wedding day I do not know about them. I got to enjoy my wedding day because I trusted her and knew she would make sure it was the day I had envisioned. I couldn't have asked for a better planner to work with!
I don't know what I would have done throughout the planning process without Krista's guidance. It was wonderful to have her managing the day-of wedding activities as well. Thanks...

inators Krista was open with communication and never made me feel like I couldn't email her with a question. I had researched and spoken with other coordinators who charged for email services and were outrageous with pricing. From the moment I met her I felt more relaxed about my wedding planning. She met me at Starbucks for a no charge consultation, when we both decided it was a good fit I did not waste any time booking her. Even though she was my "day of coordinator" I truly felt like I had a full time planner. She saved the day when the person who was responsible for my seating chart called out sick before finishing the calligraphy. I called Krista and she had a calligrapher for me in a matter of minutes.
The day of my wedding was very smooth and Krista was there telling me where to go and made sure the wedding I had worked so hard on was perfect. And it was! Thank you so much Krista!!

elps with the things the venue provides, not setting up anything that vendors provide.
I frantically started looking for day of coordinators because we did not want to have to set up or tear down anything. We have been to weddings in the past where we have had to and it is not so fun. In my searh I found Wishes! and Krista. She responded to my email same day, we met with her the same week and hired her the same day we met with her. We are so happy with our decision.
Krista was amazing! We had a lot done by the time we hired her but she helped keep us on track, made sure we had everyhting done and most of all made our day run smoothly and our venue look amazing. I could have not asked for a better day. It looked amazing, things flowed well and everyone had an amazing time. If it was not for Krista I don't think it would have gone so well.
We did not have to touch anything for set up and all we had to do at the end of the night was make sure everything got into my parents car which we did not have to do because Krista was still there but we were the last ones there so we helped out a little as well.
I would recommend Krista to anyone. She is truly amazing and our wedding would not have been what it was without her.
