Anna and her team recently did all the florals and planning for my wedding - and I cannot rave enough about her and her team!! From the beginning of the planning process, Anna was ...
attentive and detailed in her creative process, and insanely generous with her time. She delivered proposals that helped my vision come to life, and she sat patiently with my parents and I as we tried to navigate the budget and the large size of the wedding itself.
Anna held my hand through every process, including picking out linens, meeting with the caterer, and putting me in touch with a day-of coordinator. She did walk throughs with the venue staff when I didn't even know about it, and she pulled strings in directions I didn't know was possible.
She arrived on my wedding day with a team as hard working as she is, and despite being under the weather the whole day, she pulled out the most magical floral arrangements, and transformed a large meeting room into a magnificent, romantic, winter wonderland world. My friends and family told me it was one of the most beautiful rooms they had ever seen. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks. Thank you Anna for the most magical and beautiful day!!
We loved our flowers from Willows and Sage! Anna helped to bring our vision to life of bringing greenery and more glowing light into The Arcade. The table settings, decor and bouqu...

We especially loved our chuppah on the grand staircase!!! Thank you to Anna and the entire team for making our wedding floral dreams a reality!!

Avoid Anna at all costs.
1. She charges double the price of any other florists in Cleveland.
2. She tried to pawn off my microwedding to her florist friends because my wedding “wa...
s going to cost resources, time, and money for [herself]” (a direct quote from her email)
3. She ghosted me for 6 weeks before cancelling 30 days before my wedding and wouldn’t responded to any of my requests (email, phone) to put down a deposit.
Anna, because I know you have been waiting for this review and will try to respond with some baseless defense including blaming my mother for “shouting” and “disrespecting you,” you need to understand that you blatantly disrespected me, my fiancé, and my wedding for the last 6 weeks. To use your words, “the right and kind thing” is being transparent with your customers, not offering microwedding or “low budget” florals if you don’t care about them, and accepting criticism and feedback from your customers in business. She also blocked me on Instagram to avoid negative feedback. Sorry hun.
Anna and her team at Willows and Sage made our floral dreams come to life. I gave her rough ideas which just included “looks” and colors and she nailed it. We had 6 bouquets for ou...
r bridal party, 4 corsages, 6 boutonnières, my bridal bouquet and my now husbands boutonnière, florals and candles for the reception tables and a flower arch for my ceremony and reception.
Everything was so beautiful and seamless.
One change that I would suggest is using safety pins or having some on hand if you are unskilled with putting on boutonnières.
The flowers on the day of the wedding were beautiful, and we were very happy with the end result. They were able to match our vision exactly. The only reason why I couldn't give 5 ...
stars is that I had made several Zoom appointments with them to discuss the floral wedding plan, and no one from the team showed up. I think I rebooked 3 times before I received an apology. That being said, it all worked out in the end and it was beautiful, but if communication is very important to you, keep that in mind.
Working with Anna was an absolute pleasure. I will forever be so thankful I connected with her through an Instagram giveaway. I knew at that moment she had to be our florist for ou...
r wedding. Her creative eye and passion for what she does shines through the work she creates. My wedding bouquet along with my bridesmaids bouquets and the groomsman boutonnières were absolutely stunning. She worked closely with me to get an understanding of what my vision was and she made it come to life. I highly recommend Anna not only for events but for her subscription delivery program. She is simply amazing!
