Williamson Caterers

ent all out with amazing food and details. Their food is absolutely amazing and our guests are still raving about it to us. Rick and Brooke allowed our menu to be tailored to exactly what we wanted, and they are so budget friendly. We were so blessed to have them at our wedding and can’t recommend them enough to our friends and family! Thank you for such a positive experience!

, plated salads, and buffet dinner and dessert and it was a perfect setup and affordable package. We received lots of compliments on the food! The bartenders were friendly and professional.

appetizers to dinner to dessert, and they were great at accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. The staff was so kind and professional all night. In today's wedding environment, they are very reasonably priced for the amazing food they provide, cannot recommend more highly!!

re out the logistics to make it work! He was so helpful in guiding us with the table seating and food selections, and he was always readily available when we needed him. And then there was Brooke! We worked with Brooke for months before the wedding – she always answered our emails quickly, she always had a patient and friendly demeanor, and after a while we started to feel like she was a part of our event! The day before our wedding we ran into a little problem (our fault, not Williamson’s), but Brooke was there to fix everything for us, and alleviated all of our worries quickly and efficiently. Brooke is an extremely valuable employee and a wonderful representation of Williamson. On the day of the wedding, the servers and staff were professional, polite, and friendly to all. They seamlessly catered to 135 people without a snag, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend Williamson Catering!!!

my fiancé and me, and when we found Williamson's BBQ package, we knew they were the perfect caterer for us. Everyone at our wedding raved about the hors d'oeuvres, especially the mini cheesesteaks and short rib potpies. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, and our guests couldn't get enough. We also requested corn on the cob, which we knew might not be possible in April. But on the day of the wedding, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw corn on the cob on our plates. We have no idea how they did it, but we're incredibly grateful. What sets Williamson apart from other caterers is their willingness to work with their clients to provide a unique experience. They helped us create the layout of the buffet and bar exactly how we wanted it, even though it wasn't a traditional set up for the venue. They also provided enough staff to ensure that the dinner and drink service ran flawlessly. Rick and Brooke went above and beyond every step of the way. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our wedding day perfect did not go unnoticed. We couldn't be more grateful to have had them as our caterers. If you're in the market for a caterer, we highly recommend Williamson. You won't be disappointed!

ofessional and food was delicious. Great to work with from start to finish.

th Rick and Brooke!! Everything was seamless!

through the stress of wedding planning! We had so many compliments on our food from our guests, and we loved everything we chose! 10/10 recommend!

veryone loved it. They made our wedding exactly what we wanted!!! Thanks again to everyone involved!

were so impressed that we immediately knew we wanted them to cater our wedding! Everyone at Williamson was so helpful with answering all of our questions and their prompt email responses. Brooke especially was extremely helpful and made sure that all of the details for the meals and desserts were correct and to our liking! Having the opportunity to keep track of our guests RSVPs, meal options, and seating arrangement on AllSeated was a huge extra bonus! The food was delicious, the service was on point, and everything was set up exactly as we wanted it to be during the reception! Brooke checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were good and if we needed anything else. We also added the Donut Wall option for dessert and it was such a big hit with our guests! We're still getting compliments on not only how tasty the donuts were, but also how cool the idea of a donut wall was! Thank you again Williamson Caterers for making our wedding day so special!!

to any requests or ideas we pitched to him and provided so many different unique and delicious food choices for us to choose from. We really felt like we had the flexibility to create a food menu and experience that worked best for our wedding and Rick always made it seem like anything was possible. In addition to that, the food itself was INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests have commented on how great the food was. One of the highlights that everyone commented on was the mashed potato bar with the potatoes served in martini glasses – it was a hit. Going with Williamson Caterers is a full service option, especially if you are doing a backyard wedding – they will provide linens and table settings, food, service, alcohol and bartenders for a reasonable price and great service. If you are searching for a caterer for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed with Williamson!

to completely re plan our wedding in just a few months. Williamson caterers made our wedding day so incredibly perfect from start to finish. We are three months past our wedding date and we still have people raving about our food!! Thank you Rick for all of your flexibility and everything you did to make our wedding day worth the wait!

ng was perfect for our new 2021 date. We cannot thank him enough for his patience and kindness over the past year. The food and drinks day of were great and the staff was accommodating and friendly. All of the tables were beautifully set and our cookie table looked amazing! We truly appreciate all of the hard work and behind the scenes work that Rick and his team put into our big day. Last but not least, I was to give a BIG shoutout to Devon! My husband and I were blown away by her. She was always by our side and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we wanted or needed. We cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of us! If you are looking for a caterer, you will not regret choosing Williamson!

, as well as our guests, were taken care of. Every detail went smooth to the point we didn't have to think about anything the entire day. Our guests had great things to say about the food and the service. Williamson Catering are true professionals!

absolutely RAVING about the food, drinks, and cocktail hour. For all the weddings my family and friends have been to multiple people had said it was the best cocktail hour and service they have ever had. Would 100000% recommend.

elicious, everyone was always willing to take our calls, handle last minute details, and provide so many options to make our wedding perfect.

nd the filet, I could’ve eaten a whole other steak if I didn’t have to fit in my dress nicely that day lol.

amazing to work with. From start to finish, they were flexible and accommodating. The food was stellar from the steak to the ice cream bar. We've gotten so many compliments from guests as well. Devon was there the day-of and she was wonderful! She made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and food on our plate the entire night. She even went above and beyond to help with my complicated bustle! I highly, highly recommend hiring Williamson for all of your catering needs.

enue.

sh we had them from the start. With the weird position they were in they made everything go as smooth as possible and it turned out great!! All I can say is they truly are amazing!!

and your ultimate goal. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

nd desserts. He also worked with me to make signature drinks and order in specific craft beers we wanted. They all around were so great to work with. Most importantly we had our wedding during this coronavirus mess and had to postpone which they made such a stressful time so seamless. I called Rick told him we had to move the date and he made it work with no hiccups or stress! I can't thank their team enough!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Rick is the best in the business. He is professional, creative, helpful and provides the most delicious food. The food presentation is perfection as well. We had lots of challenges due to the pandemic and had to change the wedding date but Rick never missed a beat. Rick was able to help us pivot to a much smaller affair than we originally planned on and offered so many great ideas that made our day perfect in every way. We highly recommend Williamson Caterers for your wedding and we will be using them again in the future! THANK YOU RICK and TEAM!

lliamson. The staff was amazing – everyone from the bartenders to the folks serving food. They were really flexible when working with us and our budget. We did a donut wall with them, and people are still raving about the donuts over a month later. During the planning process, we worked closely with Lindsay and the day of we worked with Rick. They were both so easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. There were so many food options to chose from, and they were also flexible around drinks choices with us. We did a food tasting with them far in advance on the wedding, and Lindsay was also always available to chat on the phone for any questions or assistance that I needed. THANK YOU Williamson!!

nicest people and actually care about your day and try to help with anything they can (even non-catering related). Their service is exceptional and the food is amazing! They also were able to customize menus for us and were just so warm and welcoming. Thank you guys for making our wedding everything we imagined and with flawless execution!

with our favorite things and elements meaningful to us such as our favorite beer (from NC!) and a popcorn machine. We were happy that their services can also including bar services, linens, etc.! What more could you ask for?! Would recommend 100%!!!!

a station style wedding which supplied a good variety of options to our guests. The price was affordable and alcohol was included per person. I would highly recommend Williamson Caterers to anyone!

absolutely perfect. In addition, the staff on-site at our wedding were some of the hardest working, sweetest people that I've met. They made sure my husband and I were fed, hydrated, and having the best time ever. I'd recommend Williamson without hesitation to anyone looking for catering for their wedding!

ure that every detail was taken care of. Day of they did everything from setting up the center pieces and tables, to cleanup, bar tending, to serving a great meal that all of our guests loved. We can not recommend them enough to anyone looking to have a great day.

cider that guests could get while waiting. After the ceremony (not even 5 minutes) we had waiters offering us appetizers while taking photographs because they wanted to make sure we tried everything. During cocktail hour, they had drinks prepoured so the waiting time was a lot less for guests. The waiters were on us all night making sure we had everything we could ever want or need. The service was so above expectation and all the waiters were so sweet and attentive. They were ready to adjust immediately when they heard we were moving speeches around to make sure the attention was on our MOH and Best Man. I also barely ate so they wrapped up a few different dinners for me to take back to the hotel. I was so hungry at the end so when I saw a huge catering tray at my sweetheart table I could've cried. Before the wedding, Rick even came to our house for our tasting and he made us so comfortable, gave us tips that we never would've thought of, helped with the timeline and just served us delicious food. 100% recommend. You can't go wrong.

us drinks and apps while we got our pictures taken so we didn't miss out on the cocktail hour. :) Lindsay was my go-to person who I could e-mail often and get a quick response. Thank you all so much for a great day!!! The day would not have been possible without all of your hard work. Great team to work with.

inish. My family and I felt listened to and valued as customers from our very first phone call and that level of care remained consistent throughout the entire process. Rick put us completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. He made himself available to us through phone conferences, emails, and food tastings, to to ensure that we felt confident that he understood exactly what we wanted and was going to make it happen. He went above and beyond, offering to communicate with my DJ, florist, etc. to make sure every detail of our wedding was perfect. That kind of individualized attention and service is so rare and absolutely did not go unnoticed. Rick runs a fantastic business and his love for what he does shows through in every detail. The food at our wedding was incredible and exactly what we wanted, and our guests are still calling us to rave about it. The staff was professional and thoughtful and did a wonderful job throughout the evening. I have no hesitation in saying that aside from the beauty of our venue (and of course, marrying my husband!), Williamson Caterers was by far the best part of my wedding. I will continue to speak of my fantastic experience with Rick, Lindsay and the entire staff at Williamson Caterers to anyone who will listen for years to come!!

cious and our bar/signature drinks were perfect! Lindsay and Rick worked directly with my husband and I to create and execute our special day, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have had them facilitate such an important part! I trusted them and never looked back. Hire them for your wedding or event and you will NOT be disappointed!

s they provide, different wedding packages, and prices! And their prices listed on their website are REAL, no surprises when you go to book with them. Right from the beginning of the booking , Lindsay was easy to communicate with, especially the weeks leading up to the wedding when you have a million questions. The quality of the service they provide the day of the wedding is top notch. Their wait staff is efficient and professional. They set up and clean up everything, and even help us move wedding decorations around as needed. Lindsay made sure the groom and I never went hungry and always had a drink in our hand. And most importantly, the food is AMAZING. We chose the BBQ buffet package, and no one was disappointed or hungry at the end of the night! There was a constant flow of passed hourdouvers, the main course was plate cleaning quality, and our guested loved the ice cream bar! If you are wise enough to choose Williamson for your big day, you will not be disappointed!

d and service were the day of our wedding. They offer many price points and really work on accommodating all requests. Little touches like ice tea and lemonade before the ceremony for guests and making sure drinks were being passed as soon as guests arrived made all the difference. Williamson Catering delivers on every level and they personally are invested in making sure that the wedding of your dreams becomes reality. Book them yesterday. You will not regret it!

zing and we got so many compliments on it during the wedding and after. The wait staff brought us hors d'oeuvres down to the bridal suite during cocktail hour and were constantly checking in with me and my husband throughout the night to see if we needed drinks or anything else- we wanted for nothing! It even started raining at the end of our ceremony and they helped run umbrellas out to us! Every detail we planned with Lindsay beforehand went off without a hitch, and I’m just so thankful we found this company- recommend 100%!

Lindsay and Rick were very accommodating at meeting with us, planning, and discussing details to make it a perfect wedding. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the food was very tasty. I can't thank Lindsay enough for recommending the wedding venue and for working with my daughter to create her dream wedding!

us feel at home. They were more than willing to answer questions, and even connected us to a program "All Seated" that provided us a visual layout of the venue. This was a great asset when trying to decide on seating arrangements for the guests. This company met our every need from food selection, signature drinks, delicious appetizers( guests are still praising those beef tips), as well as the amazing desserts. The staff was always checking in to make sure both myself and husband had some type of food and drink during our busy evening. Rick was very respectful and mindful of those guests in attendance who needed special accommodations. If anyone is looking for an honest caterer who takes pride in their work, I would recommend Williamson Caterers.

-inclusive package. The fact that everything (linens! bar! tax & tip! the friendliest staff this side of the Mississippi!) came with the package meant way fewer details for us to track / manage / book. We have some big eaters in our crew but there was more than enough food to go around. Crowd favorites included the pulled pork, corn bread, and chicken & waffle bites. They made sure all our centerpieces were set out and did an amazing job arranging our homemade cookie display. There were a few small delays in email communication in the months leading up to the wedding and I felt like I frequently had to start the conversations about next steps. But overall, we had a positive experience with Williamson and would recommend working with them.

Lindsay were extremely accessible whenever we had questions, they coordinated rental items for speciality glassware for us, which was amazing not to have to worry about the day of! The food was also amazing - everyone at our wedding has been raving about it. I highly recommend Williamson!!
