To make a long story short, I booked a Silver package from them that allows "(5) 4x...
6 Photo printouts per session " but their Mirror Booth & their photo printer broke down at least twice during my 4 hours event…because of that, now only up to 3 pictures are printed out for each session after they troubleshooted the issues. When I reached out to them about not fulfilling our signed agreement, they just apologized and nothing else.
Now I have some guests asking me which photobooth company I have used for my event and I told them that I hired Williams Way Mirror Booth. When I tried to forward Williams Way Mirror Booth’s information to my guests, I found out that I was blocked on this company’s Instagram account and my review on Google was deleted. Very unprofessional.
