I have been a customer of Wilhide's since I was in high school and needed flowers for my homecoming and prom. I met with their wedding consultant, who guaranteed me quotes in a ti...mely manner. After three weeks, several emails trying to contact her, and an email directly to the owner, she finally sent me the quotes. During this time there was ALWAYS an excuse as to why she didn't send me the quotes. She guaranteed that she or a sales associate would call me that afternoon to make sure that I got the information. Another few days went by with NO phone call, so I wrote back letting her know that I will not be doing any business with Wilhide’s, and copied the owner.
A bride should NOT have to continue to track down the business; the business should be making attempts to track down the bride for their business. I find the way that I was treated very unprofessional, and the owner should have contacted me to apologize for the way that I was treated. I will not do business with this company in the future.
