About this vendor
Spoiler alert: I didn't grow up daydreaming about weddings. Instead, I grew up on shaky home videos and weathered family albums—so I know how important it is to keep memories alive.
The problem? The internet is overflowing with photos that focus on trends over authenticity. That's why, in a world filled with filters + fads, I'm here to capture every real moment of your wedding day.
So, instead of walking into a wedding day with a cookie-cutter shot list to add to my portfolio, I'll get to know what (and who) matters most to you. That way, when I deliver your final gallery, it'll be more than pretty pictures—it'll be the perfect reflection of how your wedding day *actually* felt.

Chelsea was a dream to work with! From our first meeting, it was clear we were in good hands. She strikes the perfect balance of creative eye and meticulous planner, making sure we...
had a clear plan going into the day while staying flexible should things go awry. Case in point: when we met for our engagement shoot, it stormed, but we were able to tuck away in a cafe to chat and still capture beautiful photos once the rain passed!
As two very camera-shy people, it was really important to find a photographer who made us feel comfortable, and Chelsea was exactly that. You spend as much (if not more) time with your photographer on wedding day as anyone else, and we could not have picked a more perfect person to invite into ours.
On the actual day, she made everything feel effortless. Our motto for the day was “In Chelsea we trust,” and we couldn’t have put our faith in a better person. She made a big day feel relaxed and fun -- even when taking photos in the middle of downtown traffic! Throughout the day, she took the extra time to arrange things just so, and the love and care shine through in our photos.
If you're thinking about hiring White Quill Creative: do it. We couldn't recommend Chelsea more!

d family. She put everyone at ease and was not intrusive in private moments. She was also fantastic when it came to turning around our videos in a timely manner and creating the perfect highlight video. We can't recommend her enough for the entire process, from planning to the final product.
P.S. her second shooter Phil was great to work with as well.

ed or over-posed, she just captured the day as it actually happened and made it look beautiful! She’s also so fun and easy to work with, and she has great suggestions on all things wedding - from where to take engagement or wedding photos to which vendors to work with! I highly recommend White Quill to anyone looking to capture the real feelings and emotions of their wedding day! I’ll treasure our wedding photos forever.

ld be worth it. Let me tell you - with Chelsea, IT IS. From the moment we met I knew she was perfect for us. She is so easy to work with and so fun to be around. She has the most calming positive presence and is just someone you want around you on your wedding day. She is * extremely * talented, and somehow you forget she’s even there filming?! We haven’t even gotten all our footage back from her, only a sneak peek and we are BLOWN AWAY at how good even the sneak peak is! Her pricing is so reasonable for the quality that she produces and her packages include a ton of footage. She’s a gem of a human. 1000000/10. Book her. No questions asked. She’s perfect. THANK YOU CHELSEA ❤️

I first met Chelsea of White Quill Creative at Indie Wed event in Chicago. She was handing out champagne gummy bears and was just letting her work speak for itself. She didn’t try ...
to sell me or pressure me or ask a million questions. I was comfortable with her and making a bride feel beautiful and comfortable on her wedding day is what you want! Chelsea & Jamie were exceptional! We met to discuss timelines and talk and they were so professional yet I felt like I was just hanging out with friends. They were more like guests at our wedding, they blended in, there was no lag time they came up with shot after shot and buzzed around the party almost unseen. We had some last minute additions and Chelsea even offered to have us pay her AFTER the wedding! Unheard of. I just received my first “sneak peak” and once again, the work speaks for itself! Thank you ladies for capturing this special day and making it seem so effortless! Hire them!!!!
