and guest count. Loved getting to work with them!

s and assisted me by making sure I had all the other most popular choices. Our event was on private property so they were free to help guest who brought their own spirts as well. They went above and beyond in many ways. Verinda helped tidy up tables continuously, she saved me by even having extra trash bags when I was short. Small thing but so huge to this first time wedding planner lol. Truly grateful we chose them and I plan to use them for any events we plan in the future. Personal or business. We Tend Bar saved us money and time. Very personal friendly service! Thank you so much to We Tend Bar!! Very happy grateful customer!!

ence throughout our event. Because we didn’t have a wedding planner, having someone knowledgeable and organized was essential — and Verinda stepped up in the best way. As a regular bartender at our venue, she was familiar with the space and helped us stay organized, keep things running smoothly, and anticipate needs we might not have thought of ourselves. Her experience made a huge difference and brought so much peace of mind. She also went above and beyond by providing a busser, which helped us keep costs down while still maintaining great service. That level of thoughtfulness and flexibility was so appreciated and made the entire event feel seamless and well-managed. On top of all that, Verinda is simply a wonderful person — kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. She made guests feel comfortable, kept everything running efficiently, and was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Verinda was just as incredible as all of our other vendors, and we are so grateful for the role she played in making our wedding such a success. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for bartending services and event support, and would happily work with her again.

artenders kept the drinks flowing, handled our guests with ease, and brought such great energy to the reception. The setup looked amazing, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a bar service that’s organized, personable, and guaranteed to impress your guests, We Tend Bar is the way to go. We can’t recommend them enough!

y, keeping our guests happy all evening. We went with the Old Fashioned Package, and it was a massive hit! The large cocktail ice cubes and Luxardo Cherries added a touch of class and became a talking point among our guests. Verinda was fantastic at guiding us on what we truly needed and what we could skip, saving us from overbuying. Her expertise made planning a breeze. We’re still hearing rave reviews about WeTendBar’s homemade margaritas—they were unforgettable! Another standout feature was their convenience. They handled picking up all the ice, mixers, and garnishes. These seamless services allowed us to enjoy the event stress-free. We highly recommend WeTendBar for any occasion. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail make them the best in the business. We’ll definitely be using them for all our future bartending needs. Thanks again, WeTendBar, for making our event unforgettable!

beverage station with tea, water, and ice tea for 6 hours. They make drinks quickly, are great with guests, would alternate my groom with a drink and then water and have it ready for him, would notice if it looked like I needed water, etc. Very attentive and so sweet!

g day with what drinks to go with and all of the other details. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about them!

oughout our reception. Their services are affordable for those aren't looking to pay significant up-charges and fees through a specific catering service and they are two of the kindest people to work with. Veronica and Greg, thank you so much for your hard work and incredible service during our reception!

nd professional at our event, and even took on a clean-up role for us as our food truck caterers were gone by the end of the night. The bar was set-up in a breezeway, just outside the reception hall. It was a popular place all night for people to stretch their legs, get something to drink, cool off, have a quieter conversation, or chat with a friendly bartender. Thanks so much to WeTendBar for helping to make our event problem-free and fun. 100% recommend.

f the groom who brought the wine and wanted to be very sure that it would be properly served. We highly recommend!

wedding we didn't have issues with. (WePicYou was picture perfect too, their other company I went with as well!!!) Greg was amazing. I was having a meltdown about my caterer. He stepped up and helped us out so everything started on time. I cannot honestly thank Greg enough. He always wore a smile, made me laugh, and ALWAYS kept my glass filled. Best service ever. Money WELL SPENT in our eyes! THANK YOU WeTendBar & WePicYou!!!

r their information for future weddings! I never saw a line at the bar and yet there were drinks in everyone's hands! I would highly recommend WeTendBar for any event being planned in the Austin or surrounding area!

specially) to all my many questions, great recommendations for amount of alcohol and mixers to purchase; give an option to have them purchase and deliver ice; and an option for them to provide coffee, tea and water, which was a big plus for us. Reliable, friendly and professional staff. Affordable prices. I highly recommend We Tend Bar for your special occasion!

accommodating to my husband and me during the reception, always making sure we had a (full) drink in hand. They also helped us with handing out our koozie favors, and made sure people weren't getting more than one so we didn't run out :) Great quality service and easy people to work with!!

ed to add some additional services a few days before the wedding. She really worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Greg was our bartender and he was so nice and professional! Our guests were very happy with his services and he made sure I got to try the "Bride's Choice" drink. Overall, great service, super friendly folks, and a great deal! Definitely Recommend!
