If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with amazing, knowledgable, experienced, professional, kind, and caring staff, look no further than West Milford Farm! Chad, Thomas, and Mary...
are wonderful human beings that are here to help you make your dreams come true. Thomas does a phenomenal job at up-keeping the property and making it pristine for every event and tour. Chad has the eye for all the details and works diligently to have everything in its perfect place and timing. Plus he does the floral arrangements and each one is a masterpiece! And Mary - the most wonderful day-of coordinator. As someone who is super type-A, Mary was the person for me. She will take all your worries away and give you her experienced perspective and help you through anything. When she says "trust me", you better trust because she knows what she is doing! This whole team is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. These are the types of people that mean business and get everything done, but they do it with a sense of care and know that this is the special day for YOU and they take as much pride in making that special day happen even though they do it week after week. So like I said before, if you want an easy-breezy, beautiful wedding, look no further because you have everything right here.
We just had our wedding here, and it was the perfect place! The views are stunning and the greenhouse is just gorgeous. Many of my guests said it was the most beautiful wedding the...
y have ever been to. Chad, the owner, was amazing. He answered all our questions promptly, helped us set up communications with their vendors and made everything a little easier. I liked that they offer packages, it really took some pressure off. The wedding day of planner was a super hero and nothing went wrong! The space is great for all types of guests, we had some staying on the dance floor, some were sitting in the dining area chatting, some were playing lawn games and some were enjoying the gorgeous greenhouse and views. We are so so happy we had our big day here, we want to do it all over again!
My husband and I got married there last week & all I can say is WOW. West Milford Farm made our day sooo special. I honestly can't even imagine us getting married anywhere else. We...
were planning our wedding in another country (which was very stressful), but Chad, Mary, and all the other vendors helped put our minds at ease. All our guests couldn't stop talking about how perfect and beautiful everything was. Chad & Mary we can't thank you enough for all the hard work helping our vision come through and making everything perfect. It was truly the best day ever. All the vendors were 10/10!!!

first class. We were made to feel like THE most important people on the planet. The food was amazing! Everything was well thought out and the ceremony went off without a hitch. I highly recommend considering West Milford for your next event! Thank you Chad, Mary and the whole team!

se were just a few of the initial items that are top of mind. It was their dream venue, and we were totally blown away by every aspect of West Milford Farm. Mary, the wedding coordinator and Chad, the owner were amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they use on site, which made the process seamless. We heard from our guests that the food was the best food (Thank you Oakley’s Provisions as their caterer) they ever had at a wedding and so many were blown away by the entire day. The location is intimate and warm. Gorgeous surroundings and sunset views. Truly was a dream wedding for the couple!
There are not enough kind words for me to adequately portray how impressed and happy we are with West Milford Farms.

n/space it was from our very first tour, and we haven't stopped talking about what an incredible venue and team it was since our wedding. Chad, Thomas, and Mary made our planning process absolutely seamless and are the primary reason we had such a perfect wedding day. You can tell their efforts for each and every wedding and event is a labor of love, and it shows in the quality of events and weddings they produce. They are easily worth double or triple the cost of the venue.
Deciding to host our wedding at West Milford Farms was the first and best decision we made in our planning process, and I cannot recommend or praise them highly enough.
The venue: breathtakingly beautiful no matter the weather; the amenities: everything you need and more; the team: really what seals the deal on what an incredible venue West Milford Farm is.
100000/5 stars.
I would recommend this venue 100 times over. They made our day perfect and easy. From day 1 Chad’s attention to detail and laid back approach was such a joy. He has picked the best...
vendors and made this so painless.
I enjoyed every part of the planning process with them. And their in house wedding coordinator Mary is literally the best! She handled every detail on wedding day. I probably will never know everything she handled that day but it was seamless and I got to just enjoy the day.
If I could give 10 stars I would.
Our wedding planner, Mary, was so incredibly helpful in making decisions on what other vendors matched what we wanted as well as making sure everything went smoothly on our big day...
! Especially by introducing us to our photographer, Sydney @ Loveleigh Co. Chad and Missy were patient with me in helping with flowers and the perfect bouquet. I knew what I wanted although I wasnt sure how to translate everything. They communicated what I had in my head and transformed it into everything I wanted and helped us stay in budget!
My husband and I are so happy we found West Milford Farm our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning, and it’s so customizable. There are a lot of really unique amenities – like ...
old wooden doors you can have set up in the field to serve as the beginning of your aisle, wine barrels that can serve as tables, and a gorgeous vintage couch that can be moved around for pictures.
The venue is still relatively new and has a few growing pains, but it’s super affordable and the owners, Chad and Thomas, and the day-of coordinator, Mary, are very friendly and easy to work with. Mary really cared about our day going smoothly, and she worked really hard to make sure it did. My husband and I wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding at West Milford, and we’d definitely recommend them to other couples.
I cannot say enough great things about Chad and the team at West Milford Farm. They beyond exceeded any expectations I had for a wedding venue. Not only is the venue absolutely stu...
nning, but the staff and day of coordinators were beyond helpful in making our day totally perfect. The venue has stunning views no matter where you look, and have beautiful antiques and a green house that make for exquisite pictures. If I could give this venue more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Still obsessing over the day!

eenhouse was stunning, and full of pretty plants. We had a late afternoon/evening wedding and the whole place felt magical! The staff there were a true pleasure to work with. We highly recommend you using their preferred vendor list and in-house options that they provide. Our flowers were gorgeous as well! There aren't enough great things to say about this venue!

ride and groom's wants first which was extremely evident when we saw our venue set up on the day of the wedding! West Milford also did our flowers which were beyond gorgeous! Chad took the pictures I gave him and made them come to life! This venue was a complete dream for us! As soon as we stepped onto the property we knew this was where we wanted to get married! It was just a bonus that we later discovered how great Chad was to work with!
Every single thing about this venue is amazing and all the people on site were nothing short of incredible! It required minimal decorating as it's already beautiful and they allow ...
to use their decor too. I couldn't be more happy that I chose West Milford Farm as my wedding venue! Cost was affordable, military discount, wedding planner included, beautiful for pictures, and the greenhouse is TO DIE for!!!! Highly recommend to every bride!

venue to us with open arms. They are such generous people who saw our vision through until the big day! They were also there for us every step of the way. From preplanning to helping us make for the most beautiful day we could have ever imagined! The venue location is absolutely stunning. The greenhouse, the barn, the awning - all of the usable spaces have such a phenomenally creative, unique & cozy vibe. It was absolutely magical. The property and the in house flowers we used were more than I could have ever dreamed! Everyone affiliated with the farm went above and beyond for us and Nick and I will be forever grateful for them. They are all such good hearted people! All of our guests are still hooting and hollering about what a fantastically, beautiful evening it was (even when we had a random summer shower hit us smack in the middle of our ceremony - it made it that much more gorgeous & an added memory for the day :) !). Words can’t express how thankful we are! We highly, HIGHLY recommend booking them - they make you feel like you are a party of the family & that you are home!!
Booking West Milford Farm as our wedding venue was the best decision we made during our wedding planning! This venue is BEAUTIFUL, affordable, and they go above and beyond to make ...
your wedding vision come to life. One of the best parts about this venue (besides how pretty it is!) is that they are so accommodating of your budget, and there is so much included for the price! Not only do you get access to venue for the whole day, but the venue also includes all tables/chairs, plenty of on-site decor, a day-of-coordinator, AND allows you to source your own food/drinks. You can also book Chad (owner) for all your flowers as well, which we did, and he totally made all my Pinterest pictures a reality!! The flowers were absolutely stunning, and half the cost of what I would have paid to an outside vendor! When I first started researching wedding venues, I was so concerned I wouldn't be able to get everything I wanted within our budget, but West Milford Farm really did allow us to have our dream wedding at a cost we could afford! At the end of the night, my husband and I just kept saying to each other how PERFECT the whole day was!
Chad and Thomas are the most wonderful and accomadating of hosts and the setting could not be more beautiful! Our daughter's in-laws gave the most incredible rehearsal dinner here ...
and it was perfect in everyway. The décor of West Milford Farms allows you to add your personal touch to create a fabulous party. The west facing pavilion makes your photographs magical and the venue and outbuildings provide the perfect backdrop for a true farm atmosphere yet elegant, classic affair. I highly recommend this venue for your next party, wedding or reception! Enjoy!
My husband and I got married this past October on this little piece of heaven that Chad has created. Not only is it a dreamy venue but the staff is out of this world. Chad and Tom ...
go above and beyond to help with making your day a dream come true. They run their business like a well oil machine and their passion for what they do shows in the quality of this venue. Also Andrea is an incredible asset who assists with day of planning and keeps you as a bride at ease and able to enjoy your day. I even had a small rain shower at the end of my ceremony and they made that go smooth :) I highly recommend this family owned venue to anyone who is looking for a unique space for any event.
We got married November 2017 and I can’t say enough good things about Chad and West Milford Farms. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so well decorated that you don’t even need ...
to add much. Chad does everything he can to make sure his brides are happy and was always available to answer questions and accommodate. We had about 100 people and there was more than enough room inside the barn for dinner and as well as on the porch for dancing. My husband and I had the absolute best night of our lives and we couldn’t picture having our wedding anywhere else.
We did have one issue though that although did cause me a great deal of stress throughout, does not reflect my view of West Milford Farms or Chad. When you sign your contract you are assigned an on-site coordinater. We were assigned Jill and she did nothing but cause us stress. She continually tried to get us to chance our caterer, which upset my husband. A week leading up to our day she had told my other wedding planner that our reception was ending at 8:30 (we were planning on leaving at 10:15) and when I tried to reach out to clarify, she would not call me back. I couldn’t get a hold of her until the day before our rehearsal. She was rude to our minister, told our photographers that she was going to start dinner while we were still taking our bride and groom pictures, and ignored me the ENTIRE day of our wedding. We received several complaints from our other vendors as well as friends and family that interacted with her. Honestly, we just would have been better off not having her at all.
Once again though, we loved everything about this venue and would recommend it to anyone out there on the hunt for the PERFECT location for their special day.
Get married here; you will not regret it!!!!
West Milford Farm exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding venue. My wife and I were referred by an acquaintance who was married at West Milford Farm, and I was initially hes...
itant about considering a venue where someone in my circle had their wedding, but after seeing the photos of the property I couldn’t resist scheduling a visit! We ended up driving out to the farm after dark one night, and I must say even at night West Milford Farm was absolutely breathtaking. We were greeted by the owner of the venue Chad Milford. He was incredibly warm and inviting and was happy to accommodate our last minute evening appointment. When you first approach WMF from the road you can see the beautiful picturesque landscape and the gorgeous buildings that frame the property and overlook a breathtaking pasture. Everything was lit up and accented by strings of Edison lights and the barns were so provincial yet elegant. It was our exact aesthetic and we knew our style would fit seamlessly. While touring WMF Chad answered our extensive list of questions thoroughly and made sure we left feeling like we had a very up clear picture of pricing and inclusions. We were elated to know we had the option of bringing in our own vendors, although we ended up going with their florist and one of their caterer options because not only were they well rated but much more affordable than most of the others we researched! I HIGHLY recommend using chad and his florist Misty for your floral arrangements. I had a very particular vision for my arrangements and they went above and beyond my expectations. They were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and no where near the price of competitors. I can admit that I was a bit of a bridezilla and the folks at WMF never made me feel like I was asking for too much or being annoying with my requests, questions and repeated visits to the farm. I truly felt they cared about every detail and wanted to actualize my visions for the day. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that run WMF. Our Wedding was supposed to be outside overlooking the pasture but when it rained Chad and the crew were ready to go with plan B which ended up being more beautiful than I could ever imagine. We got married in front of their gorgeous fireplace in the main barn and even had access to a GREENHOUSE filled with beautiful and lush ferns and succulents for photos. The rain was not even a factor!!! I truly believe no other venue could have turned that around so seamlessly. On top of all of that, my father in law lost his Wedding Ring the night of our wedding somewhere on the property, and they found it two months later and contacted us because they remembered we were looking for a ring!!! How much better does it get??? You’ll have to experience how amazing this place is for yourself but if you’re even considering a farm style wedding, do yourself a favor and check out West Milford Farm. They truly gave me the wedding of my dreams. 💕💕💕💕

erty. Chad and Thomas were a brides dream come true with how they take pride in their venue, jump in to help, and want only the best for everyone involved. I have made life long friends with Chad, Thomas, and Katie who is the event coordinator/ the most lovable girl EVER! My wedding was truly a dream, I have received compliments from friends all over the country (attendees and not, via pictures they have seen).
If I ever host a large event, I will only book this amazing, place in the rolling pastures of "Gods Country".
Thank you all for what you've done, 20/10 rating, without a doubt!
