I am so glad we booked our wedding at Wellerhaus! It is the perfect venue for a couple wanting a small, outdoor wedding with 50 or less guests. We got married in the garden, which ...
was very romantic and made for wonderful pictures. Leanne, the property manager, was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions promptly and making sure to take care of the little details. I recommend the package that includes flower decorations and color linens as they were both good additions. There’s so much else included in the wedding package, including a two night stay and the breakfast served in our suite was so delicious!
5 Stars isn't enough. This was such a beautiful venue and Leanne was amazing to work with. She is experienced with holding weddings, the decorative options that come with the ven...
ue are plentiful, and the night staying at the BnB is breathtaking (Jacuzzi Tub- enough said). We looked at several venues and this beat everyone hands down. You can not go wrong here for weddings, showers, or just a nice getaway. We will definitely be coming back!
My mom had a bridal shower here for me in April of 2018. It was fantastic. Great price and the garden was beautiful. So nice it had multiple bathrooms and kitchen(so we could bring...
in our own food which cut costs a lot). We got great photos outside and it was perfect for our rustic garden themed shower. The guests had a blast. Main room was perfect for games and presents. Would definitely use again. Owner was great with responding to emails and texts.
I used Weller Haus for our rehearsal dinner for our wedding. The space is so quaint and beautiful and really wowed our guests! It fit our 45 guests comfortably with tons of room to...
move around freely! We were able to bring in our own caterer, drinks, and alcohol, which saved us a ton of money! Leanne was so sweet and friendly and even let us come in the night before to set up, which saved us all time and stress! Such a great spot and would be perfect for a bridal shower, too!
I have used the Weller Haus Event Center for several events, including two surprise birthday parties and a fundraising dinner. Here are a few things I love about the space:
Flexibi...
lity of space - For the birthday parties, we used the main space as a dance floor and had the food, bartender and gifts in the adjoined room. For the fundraising event, we filled the main space with enough tables for a sit down dinner for 50 and set up a buffet table for the food in the bar area. Great movement for guests.
Courtyard - There is a beautiful courtyard just outside the event space. You can use this space for a band, bonfires, cocktails, etc. It's beautiful and a nice complement to the interior space.
BOYB/F - Best of all, you can bring in your own alcohol, food, caterers, etc. You are not tied to any F&B minimums, a select menu of caterers or overpriced drinks. Bring it all yourself.
I would highly recommend this space for fundraisers, small parties (under 100), corporate retreats, rehearsal dinners and more.
The Weller Haus is the perfect venue for any special occasion! My most recent event at Weller Haus was a fall Alice in Wonderland Tea Party, celebrating my daughter's upcom...
ing nuptials. With 55+ guests, we had just the right amount of space for all of our games and activities, while maintaining a very personal and intimate setting.
The beautiful garden area added to the charm and provided guests a place to escape the party and relax. The space was very versatile and accommodated all of my guests and their needs very comfortably.
The staff at Weller Haus was courteous and attentive. Their communication with me assured that the space would be arranged as expected, and that I would have sufficient time for decorating and setting up. I really couldn't imagine having a bridal shower anywhere else. It was truly a magical day!
As an added bonus, we got a peek of the breathtaking rooms at the B&B. They were so impressive that we had guests book those for the wedding weekend! I HIGHLY recommend Weller Haus in Bellevue, KY.
This is a beautiful, semi-outdoor venue. The courtyard is perfect for a unique, tranquil and more intimate wedding service, especially when all the plants and flowers are in bloom....
There is a beautifully-decorated, raised canopied gazebo-type stage where the marrying couple exchanges vows and all guests have a good view. The indoor event center would be ideal for a small catered wedding dinner (tables can be set for approx. 50 people ). Leanne, the B&B Manager, was wonderful - very easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests/needs. There are 5 very well-appointed rooms at the B&B for the married couple and a few guests to stay overnight. The Dream Suite and Margaret's Porch rooms are our favorites! The full breakfast the next morning was simply awesome! We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. If you are looking for a wonderfully-unique and affordable wedding, we highly recommend the Weller Haus B&B and Event Center.
The Wellerhaus was the most amazing choice for my bridal shower. We loved the intimacy of the space as it was perfect for close friends and family. We were also able to enjoy the f...
lexibility of being able to use the indoor event center as well as the gorgeous gardens outside. The gardens are like something out of a magazine. Great for pictures! We especially loved that we were able to bring our own food and alcohol. Parking was easy and close. The staff was very accommodating and exceeded high above our expectations. I would definitely recommend Wellerhaus for your next rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or even your wedding!
