Well Wed Montana

When my daughter got engaged in late September, and wanted a July wedding in Bozeman, MT barely nine months away, I knew I needed help. Most Bozeman vendors I had contacted were either already scheduled for my date, or didn’t even return my calls. Fortunately, a good friend of mine recommended Joe at Well Wed Montana, and, miraculously, he was available for my date. I immediately engaged Joe for the full wedding package. I cannot say enough positive things about Joe. He knows the Bozeman and Big Sky market from years of experience, and, therefore, has sway with all the local vendors. He has handled weddings big and small, and he listens. It was our wedding from the start, not his version of our wedding. He helped every step of the way, offering guidance and good humor. Planning sessions were well organized and professional, and I appreciated that he thought of all the little, as well as big things, I maybe would have not known or overlooked. But Joe’s real value came the day of the wedding when a severe storm took dead aim at our wedding venue. No worries…we had a plan and he executed it to perfection. The outdoor ceremony was quickly moved indoors, and the ceremony started exactly on time. It was magical! I’m even sure that Joe arranged for the storm to blow through as the ceremony ended so that we could enjoy cocktails on the patio, with mountain glow and double rainbows! Joe handled all of this so that my daughter had a stress free wedding instead of a nightmare ordeal. Maybe if everything goes perfectly and you have plenty of time to plan, you might think you don't need a wedding planner. But when you don’t have plenty of time, or things don’t go perfectly, you will be grateful that you do have a wedding planner as exceptional as Joe. Five stars from this happy MOB!

We’re so glad we hired Joe and Well-Wed Montana. Another wedding planner referred us to him, and from our first call, we could tell he knew what he was doing. He asked about details we hadn’t even thought of yet, and as fellow East Coasters, we also appreciated his sense of humor. Joe gave us great recommendations throughout the planning process and made sure nothing was overlooked, down to figuring out whether the caterer or bartender was bringing the pitchers for the water glasses. On the wedding day, Joe and his team handled everything. It was windy when guests arrived, so they found ways to weigh down the bud vases and cocktail tables before anything blew away. They solved problems as they came up without bringing any of the stress to us. The ceremony started exactly on time, down to the minute. Joe and his team were working constantly behind the scenes, but they were so unobtrusive that our guests barely noticed them. We were able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew they had it covered. We’d absolutely recommend Joe and Well-Wed Montana.
