AY from ordering anything from them!!!
I have very mixed feelings writing this review. I can not deny that the product itself turned out excellent. My wedding bouquets and boutonnieres are exactly what I wanted and they...
are beautiful.
However, I can not recommend them until their customer service improves. The product is beautiful. The way they handle their customers is not. If you want specific information, continue reading.
However, they're customer service was very bad. I placed my order on 3/14/19 and asked that they be shipped by 6/1/19 (my wedding date is 7/13/19 and I wanted some wiggle room, just in case). On 6/5 I contact the company because I hadn't heard anything from them. I received a response that said "We are working on your order and we´ll be shipping soon." A week later, on 6/12 I emailed again because I still had not received a shipping notification. On 6/13 I called because i had still had not heard back. I finally got an email back on 6/14 saying "I´ll check the status and get back to you. " On 6/17 I still hadn't heard back from anyone so I called, then emailed and continued to call hourly until I finally received an email back 3 hours after my first phone call saying som3one was looking into it. I didn't hear back from them for another 2 hours until I emailed again to follow up. They were not quick in their responses until this point and tried to blame the delay on it being "busy season", which duh, it's wedding season and you're a wedding flower company. They should have been prepared for that.
My product finally shipped 6/19 and arrived 6/24 (I requested they expedite the shipping due to their delay). So i got my flowers less than 3 weeks before my wedding, causing A LOT of undo stress. And more stress is something no bride needs

sive whether it was by phone or email! My order was beautiful! It arrived on time and I didn’t have any issues customizing my order. The flowers are beautiful in person and I’m very pleased with the order!

If you are looking for your flowers to last forever, get them here. We had a fall New England wedding, and they were perfect. No one knew they were "fake", and had to touch them to...
believe me. It saved us about $900, and they'll last forever. The bouquets looks amazing, and she offerers different styles to go with every look.
The flower girls had wands instead of pedals and they were adorable. It truly completed the polished look of our wedding and I loved them.
Thank you!
Was sent plastic flowers instead of silk flowers for some of the flowers/leafs. Spoke with owner about how upset I was and they didn't do anything to compensate me or listen, just ...
spoke about how they never have complaints. The colors were bright and vibrant and did not match what I had asked for. I ended up spending money out of pocket to fix the bouquets and boutonnieres.
My flowers were beautiful and perfect. BUT their customer service is terrible. It was not worth the stress. I was supposed to get my flowers in March after I ordered months earli...
er. In April, I contacted them to find out the status of my flowers and they told me that it would be a few days because they were waiting on a few flowers. They finally sent me a picture of my bouquet and told me that the rest of the pictures would be coming soon. After several weeks and many unanswered emails and unreturned calls, I still hadn't gotten anything else. They do not answer their phone- it always goes to voicemail. Finally, my dad called and left a voicemail telling them that if I didn't get my flowers he would be contacting an attorney (I had already paid). Then they promptly emailed me my photos. I approved them and again waited and waited for them to be shipped. It took another call from my dad to even get a status update. I finally got my flowers in May right before my wedding.
While I loved my flowers and they looked beautiful and I have them in my home now, it was not worth the stress and I would have ordered from someone else.
I ordered a bridal bouquet for my destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I also got succulent boutonnieres for the guys and small flower clips that I attached to wicker fan...
s for the bridesmaids. The colors were great and really looked great with the beach setting. They packed the arrangement for easy transport. Many of my guests thought the bouquet was real!
I went to Wedideas local shop(Coastal Bloom & Wedideas) and was greeted right away. They were extremely nice and helpful. I had a bridal bag made with my to be last night name and ...
a custom bride shirt made as well as a star fish hair clip that they custom made into the clip for me from a broach. Everything came out so well! I am extremely happy and can't wait to use them!
I bought my entire flower order from Wedideas.com. This included corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets and center pieces. I received my order 3 months after placing the order. Boutonnie...
res were broken and flowers are PLASTIC (not silk or natural touch!). The seller did not send me replacement boutonnieres until 2 days before my wedding. It was insane. One of the sales women, Steph, at WedIdeas called my mother in law and myself liars, called us rude and yelled at us on the phone. My bouquet and my maid of honor bouquets were ordered to have sunflowers in them. This was to symbolize my grandmother, who has passed, since they were her favorite. They did not have sunflowers at all and I was devastated. None of my centerpieces were the same height even though I had included the height of my vases with my order.
I did get a refund for my bridal bouquet and 2 corsages though. That did not fix all of my issues with my order but it did help.
Do not, repeat, do not do business with them. I ordered 4 arrangements with them and one specifically came in with colors that were not in the description. I initially asked for a...
n exchange because I was never aware of dark brown flowers coming in a boquet that stated champagne and beige. Instead of allowing me to exchange they sent me flowers to do it myself. I was irritated by the situation, but had to accept because it was my only option. When the flowers arrived that I had to now put together myself, they didn't even send flowers that were able to replace the brown ones! I had a cascading boquet and they sent me massive, straight stemmed flowers. Now being a month away from my wedding, I sent them all back requesting a refund for the horrible customer service. Not only did they deny the refund, but also then stated that I did not receive the proper RETURN AUTHORIZATION. All of a sudden they offered returns!?! No respect for customers at aall

king sure I was satisfied with my floral arrangements before they were shipped. They sent me pictures of all the bouquets before hand and I was very happy that they were exactly what I wanted. It was hard to believe that the flowers were silk, because they looked so realistic. They did a wonderful job at creating such stunning arrangements and I am so happy that I chose them. They were well worth the price and the quality is amazing!
I cannot rave enough about my silk flowers. I wanted Calla lilies and tulips for my wedding, neither of which were actually in season. On recommendation from a girlfriend of mine, ...
I checked out wedideas. I couldn't tell that my silk flowers were not real (except by the smell, but that's latex...) and they played beautifully for the camera. I didn't have to worry about refrigeration, or the flowers wilting while in the heat for photos, etc. Best part is, I have my bouquet to keep forever!
Service and pricing was also great. The ladies at wedideas were able to put together my dream bouquet and all the corsages and boutonnieres for the entire wedding party without costing me an arm and a leg.
The flowers were beautiful and a great deal. I asked for flowers that looked almost identical to the sample pictures. The only issue I had was they switched out the bridesmaids' bo...
uquet parts when I wanted that part only on my bouquet. We wanted to switch the white stephanotis for the rhinestone ones in my bouquet only.
It takes a while to get a response for changes and to get the pictures. Overall though, they delivered in plenty of time and the flowers were beautiful. Mary is very nice and will help as much as she can. The flowers were a very good deal when it comes to price without sacrificing quality!
I ordered all of my bouquets and most of my centerpeices from wedideas.com. They did a custom order for me, and they turned out just beautiful! When my son saw my bouquet, he asked...
if he could smell it! He really thought they were real. Highly recommend ordering your flowers thru them if you are looking for the most real looking fake flowers I have ever seen. I am excited to use the centerpieces around my house, and to have my bouquet look beautiful forever! They only thing that I knocked off for service, was that they told me that they would ship my flowers in December, but they did not come until February. My wedding was not until March, so it was still a month in advance, but I started stressing a little because we still had to find vases for them. But when they arrived, it made it all worth it for how beautful they were!

order with huge, silk anf very fake looking, roses. The company just kept telling me they were more expensive than the ones I wanted, but that wasn't okay with me! I wanted a specific type of flower, which they promised, and then failed to deliver. They offered a small discount to make me happy, but really, I just wanted perfect flowers!

is company!!
I loved the flowers. The looked real! My only complaint is that I think they should have been a bit cheaper, or have a free throwing bouquet for cheaper purchases.
I chose this company because they were willing to dye natural touch flowers, as I was struggling to find the right color of natural touch rose for our wedding. They were friendly a...
nd dyed them the perfect color. I got 6 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, three 7 inch bouquets and one 9 inch bouquet, with shipping for less than $400
My photographer was astounded, she said they were the most realistic artificial flowers she'd ever seen. Nobody knew they were fake, except the few people I'd told. Natural Touch flowers are the way to go! I am so pleased with this purchase.
I elected to use silk flowers instead of live flowers for my wedding ceremony. For five bouquets, a pomander flowergirl ball, plus corsages and boutonnieres, the entire cost was u...
nder $300. In the middle of the process, I decided to make some changes to my color scheme, and therefore needed to change my bouquets. The ladies at wedideas.com were wonderful to work with, responded quickly to my emails, and ended up making the most gorgeous arrangements for me. I highly recommend using this company!
Wedideas brings another dimension to the "natural" flower. Our entire wedding venue was decorated with their flowers which were amazing. They looked and felt so real but by being ...
"natural" were guarenteed to not weather! So pleased. Thanks Stef.
The best service from someone I have never meant. The flowers were real touch silk, absolutely beautiful, one time, great customer service. Not to expensive. Great job.

s and didn't have to worry about them wilting or being the correct color as I would have with real flowers!
WOW- you cannot tell the difference between these flowers and real flowers, but you pay for what you get w/o worrying about them being crushed or withering so I loved them, now her...
e goes the other part, ordering on the website is not as user friendly as I would have liked and I got the final proof only a few days before the wedding and one of the colors were not right, even though i sent a pic and swatch to them which happened to be Davids Bridal malibu blue and fushia pink (to confirm the exact color)and still we had an issue, after several emails and phone calls. I just had to settle with close enough, (which was pretty close) but it still turned out beautiful and i can keep my bouquet!!!
I heard mixed reviews about this vendor but if you order more than 4 months in advance you should be fine. I also told them my wedding was about a month before the real date and I...
was glad I did. If your patient they will return email and get back to you but it takes a few days. The flowers were great quality and a lot cheaper than going to a florist. Many people were shocked when I told them the flowers were fake. Great vendor for the quality and price.
I chose to have calla lillies and tulips for our wedding. Getting married at the end of July, those flowers were very hard to come by. All the local florists basically laughed at...
me when I told them my choices and quoted me prices $1000+. I found wedideas online and had reserves initially. However, once I saw the flowers, it was the best decision I made. Our bouquets were beautiful. They did take a long time to be made and shipped, but it was well worth the wait. Everyone, including my photographer, couldn't believe that my flowers were not real. They looked beautiful all night and even when people touched them, they thought they were real. And the best part is that I can keep my bouquet for years and years to come. It's a great keepsake at a 1/4 of the price that florists were telling me I would have to spend.
We traveled for our wedding so I wanted to use fake flowers so that I could get them back home again. Wedideas totally customized everything, and they looked real! For best results...
, be very specific about what you want- and send a fabric sample to match. We didn't send a sample so the colors were a little off, but they still turned out beautiful.
I found wedideas.com through an internet search. I live in Melbourne and was able to stop by and talk with them. They were very helpful in helping me to pick out colors and flowers...
to use for my wedding. The whole process was an enjoyable experience. Since I put in my order in plenty of time I was able to pick my flowers up early. They matched my swatch almost exactly! I was very pleased with the wonderful job they did and people could not tell if the flowers were real or fake!
My flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and had countless complements from people who couldn't believe they were fake, but I would not use this vendor again and would never reco...
mmend them! They only prepared half of my order bc they were going off an old email and not my actual order that was sent with the payment, and sent them 2 months after requested delivery date (ordered 6 months in advance)! They were rude when we told them about the issue and then when they finally made good on the order and sent the final bouquets, THEY DIDN'T MATCH!! Buyer beware...you're in for a stressful order!
I ordered my flowers from Wedideas.com. Saw them on Facebook and was impressed. I ordered silk for 2 reasons. 1. Way cheaper than buying fresh flowers. 2. You can keep the bouquets...
forever. Everyone thought the flowers were real, they even smelled real. I had plum, lime green, and white calla lilies and orchids. The flowers were beautiful and were a good value. My only complaint: I ordered 8 months prior to my wedding to avoid stress (they recommend 6 months). My flowers were supposed to ship April 7th and didn't actually ship until May 8th even though my order was paid in full. I had to email 2 different people 2 times each before getting a response. After the email they did overnight ship my order without charging me extra. Overall I was happy to order from them because of the beautiful flowers, but it was a little stressful in the end. My recommendations: Order very early to avoid stress.
Getting silk flowers from wedideas.com was great! I knew exactly what the flowers would look like weeks before the wedding and I didn't have the stress of waiting til the last minu...
te. Everyone thought they were beautiful and they couldn't believe it when I said they were silk. I would never have been able to afford such elaborate bouquets from a regular florist.
This was a great find online. The bouquets were beautiful and perfect, no one could tell they were silk. They looked like fresh, hand-tied bouquets. I ordered specific colors of...
gerbera daisies and they accommodated them wonderfully. It was also a great value.
I would have given them 5 stars, but the corsages were awkward and I ended up getting different ones for our mothers.
I loved the way the flowers turned out. They looked good, arrived quickly and now close to 2 years later I'm still using them to decorate our home.
My end product wedding party flowers were magnificent. I had to tell people they were fakes. I didn't like the photo proof of my bouquet when it first arrived, but the girls at Wed...
ideas, worked with me by email and phone non-stop until it was (to me) better looking than the example photo I ordered from. For my bouquet, his bout., 2 corsages and another bout. it cost less than getting just my bouquet in fresh cut flowers. That's mind-blowing. The colors, quality and overall aim to please attitude made working with them so easy! There aren't enough stars here to express how great they are!

e in the desert that is Las Vegas. I found one site for silk flowers that lead me to find another called wedideas.com. They specialize in Natural Touch & Specialty faux foliage that look, feel and even smell like the real thing at a fraction of the price. I got married in September and I placed my order in July which they recommend ordering them at least 4 months in advance (these ladies are in high-demand) I went ahead and placed a custom order for a 10" Natural & Specialty bouquet for my self with hydrangeas, peonies, and roses for myself and (5) 7" orange roses with orange peonies for my girls. I also grabbed a few (10) boutonnieres & (2) corsages for the moms for UNDER $400!! They look amazing in real life and even better in photographs! You can easily fool your guests into thinking you spent thousands! I was amazed! My flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL! The best part is you get to keep your bouquet in the same condition for as long as you wish! Order early so that you have time to make changes, I had a few mix-ups with mine, but was able to 2nd-day the order just in time. They also have centerpieces, ring pillows, and can customize to your specifications!
We ordered all the flowers for the wedding from Wedideas. They were absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend getting the natural touch. No one could even tell they weren't real. ...
The only minor issue I had was the bouquets did not come wrapped in the ribbon color I chose. Luckily they were wrapped in white so it wasn't a big deal. They flowers were packaged. The silk flowers were ideal for our out of state wedding and they traveled with out a problem.

My flower were beautiful and everyone thoguht they were real. Had issues with the bridesmaids bouquets and the approval pictures not matching and company was hard to get a hold of.

dditional worries on my wedding day and opted for silk flowers (even as petals to walk on!). They are THE BEST. I got to get my flowers in advance and I loved them!!! It was VERY inexpensive compared to what I know others have paid.... we did our own centerpieces and just got bouquets and boutineeres! My only pout about the whole thing is that my mom's flower was not on a bracelet so she didn't wear it as it tugged down on her dress. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but that was incorrect in the order. Otherwise, everything exceeded my expectations! My mom's dress just happened to be a certain kind of fabric that the pin-corsage flowers didn't work well with. The groom and groomsman pins were great! =) I love this group and would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to others already! This way, you get to keep your flowers forever!!!
flowers were falling out of the bouquets, and i ordered ivory, and there was a few white flowers stuffed with the ivory which clashed with dress so had to remove.
I live in Phoenix AZ and got married in the dead of summer! Florist that I talked to were leery about some of my flower choices holding up in the AZ July heat and I felt very limit...
ed for all of the money they were asking! I went online and found these beautiful fake flowers and was sold! I got to design my bouquets and everything for a PERFECT price! I was sent pictures for confirmation and they shipped to my front door in perfect condition! My bouquet was roses and gerber daisys with bling rhinestones in the roses and bling wrapped around my handle! I loved it! I also got an big value for little price: 6 bouquets 10 boutineers 2 corsages and a free toss for well under $500! They looked real and beat real price by $1000!
My bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone couldn't believe that they weren't real! The corsages left a little to be desired as they fell apart at the end of the night.
The flowers were beautiful but the customer service is not very good. Also before the ceremony even started all of the corsages and the flowers girls flowers balls were falling apa...

g to be prepared for is I would say give these ladies some extra time because they are all moms with kids and sometimes it takes a few days for them to get back with emails and phone calls. If you need it last minute, maybe you should go with someone else, but if you're a planner like me TOTALLY go for it!! Be sure to get the pictures beforehand as well. I wanted the regular type, but they almost sent me the natural touch by mistake. They were able to do a quick fix, however, and it turned out perfectly.
