Weddings By Zely

ions we made throughout the entire process. Throughout our planning together, Zely was organized, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through every step with confidence and care, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate needs before we even voiced them was unmatched. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Zely handled every detail behind the scenes so we could be fully present on our big day. Even throughout the wedding day and after the wedding, we have had so many family members and friends tell us how incredible Zely was and how helpful she was to everyone that was a part of our special day. Our wedding exceeded our expectations, and we owe so much of that to her dedication, expertise, and passion for what she does. We would recommend her a thousand times over and are forever grateful for her!

favor and hire her team!

process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their clear communication and attention to detail. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly, Because of their quick action — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests were impressed, and we couldn’t have done it without them. Special shout out to Nathalie who was with us every step of the way since day one. We will always be grateful to Nathalie and Zely for the success of our big day. Highly recommend!

our vision, and priorities. On the day-of, her and her team played a HUGE part in allowing me to be STRESS FREE. What more could a bride, groom, and their families ask for? Book Weddings by Zely!

ship. My husband and I are both pretty particular and used to being the ones in control (in terms of our professions) so we needed someone who we could release the control to and feel confident. She was extremely organized the day of, ensuring my bridal party, guests, myself, and my husband were having the day of our lives. They set up the venue just as I had envisioned!! The DJ even told me that he had never seen a day of coordinator be so on it! She made sure we ate during cocktail hour, got us our food during dinner. She handled releasing the tables for the buffet, making sure we enjoyed the gelato desert, the getaway car that was running late, our grand exit, and just every little detail! My husband and I had the most amazing day and wouldn't change anything about it, we truly got to enjoy our day with our loved ones, but more importantly with each other. The prewedding questionnaires were so helpful, little details I wouldn't have thought of prior or made a decision on prior until she asked what our vision was for each step of the day. It was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone!

IY’d most of the stuff for the wedding (which I tell you was pretty difficult lol) but Nathalie was always there for me and super mega helpful throughout the process. She helped me with so many suggestions for hairstylist, makeup artists and more. But when it comes to THE DAY OF, trust me when i say, I wouldnt recommend a better team than Zely’s to help you plan and coordinator your most special day. They are ORGANIZED, kept time and track for every single thing, honestly (as a control freak) I let go of everything and trusted them 100%!!!! Our wedding was outdoors and as everyone knows florida weather is no joke and changes rapidly, we planned a beautiful evening under the stars but it got cold super windy out of nowhere, I got really stressed about it but Nathalie and Zely took care of everything and we ended up enjoying the entire evening and partied like there was no tomorrow. I truly and blindly recommend their work, I connected so much with Nathalie throughout the planning process that it felt like I was talking planning my dream wedding with a long time bestie. I hope God bless their business and keep growing!! Much love, Grace & John

for everything that made me feel so much better about the day, she also helped with any questions I had and advice about where things should go when it came to decorations. There were things that guests told me happened, that my husband and I never knew about until we were told after the fact, something like water not being found would have stressed me out, but Zely and her team took care of it and we didn’t have to know. They made sure things were done and that we didn’t stress about a thing! We were brought drinks and hors d’oeuvres after ceremony in between pictures, and Zely stood by us during dinner so we can enjoy our meal without being interrupted. All of our guests were very pleased with Zely and her team with how well everything at the wedding was done and how well everything flowed. We honestly could not have done this wedding without Zely and her team!

nd she payed attention to every detail. It was very nice to have her advice, while I was making my final decisions. Because of WBZ my husband and I were truly able to enjoy every second of our wedding. No only us but also our family and that was very important. I am very pleasured with their service. I highly recommend WBZ!!

vendors, finding the venue, and figuring out what we roughly wanted our day to look like. Zely was incredible to have when we got to the month out mark. She made a complete timeline for us and for vendors, down to the minute! She was more than willing to work with us as we reviewed and tweaked it to fit our exact vision. She communicated these timelines with vendors and ensured that they would be arriving/dropping off items at the appropriate time. The week of the wedding, Zely was fantastic. Anything I needed, or thought of last minute, she would take care of. It allowed for me to have a stress free week leading up to the big day. She also drove out of her way to complete a walk through of the venue to talk about the specific set up and also allowed us to drop off the items that we brought to be used during the reception. After that, she drove another half hour to be there for the ceremony rehearsal. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing that she would make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Zely and her team were everywhere ensuring that the timeline was being followed with the vendors, and also setting up a large portion of the reception space! They all did such an awesome job. Once the wedding started I felt like a princess, anything I needed they would get for me, making sure that I was doing okay. All in all, from the second that I spoke to Zely for the first time, I knew we were in great hands, and I could not have been more right. Thank you Weddings by Zely for everything!

ing together at the venue. The space looked absolutely beautiful! They were always upbeat and friendly, keeping us on track with the timeline while making sure we enjoyed every moment. Zely was such a tremendous help right from out first call to after the wedding. Zely and her team made the entire process smoother and was such a calming presence when I was anxious about the possibility of rain on our wedding day (it didn’t rain, thankfully!). Natalie and Kendra were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and always on top of things with a huge smile. We were so glad to have them. Our guests kept telling us how great and helpful they were throughout the day. The fact that they were bilingual was such a huge bonus—many of our guests truly appreciated that extra level of communication and comfort. The team coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even helped us capture the special moments, which we’ll cherish forever. We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. Love this team!

d Zely was stressed and rushing. What I didn't know is that she had a disagreement with guests in the ceremony and where they could sit which left some guests uneasy. Zely had helped us in finding servers to which we agreed on a number of servers. Day of she pulled me aside to tell me that an extra server “accidentally” showed up. Zely wanted us to keep the server to which I let her know we only had enough for the servers we agreed to (since she told me we had to pay cash). I’m unsure how, but the server did stay. While we were getting in line to walk into the ceremony the photographer and videographer were taking pictures of me in the walkway with my parents, She then ran to us and yelled at them saying “ what are you doing here the ceremony started already you have to be over there” I felt super embarrassed on how she spoke to the photographer. It was her job to make everyone aware and ensure everyone was in their place before she decided to start the ceremony. Sadly we have received the photographers pictures and there are no pictures of my Husband and his parents walking into the ceremony.I wouldn't want someone else to miss important moments captured because of the lack of communication from the person that is hired to keep everything in line. Once the ceremony ended and someone finally found Zely she helped us into the bridal suite where there was no celebratory drinks waiting for us( which she had stated she would welcome us with) While getting ready before ceremony she asked for the tips and I let her know I didn’t have them right at that time. Then after the ceremony once we were at the bridal suite right after saying congrats she said “ so I don’t bother you later do you have those tips “ We just got married, didn't receive any celebratory drink, had the incident with the photographer/ videographer and on top it is the second time you’re asking for your tip (she had advise us planners where part of the tipping group). She ended up asking for the tips for the third time when I was looking for the money to pay the servers. Us and most guests noticed that the venue started cleaning early around 7:30pm and this gave the guest the impression that the wedding was over, some even started leaving. I have messaged the venue and they stated “ Your coordinator told us to go ahead and start cleaning up “ This left me shocked not sure why she would do this knowing we had the venue for another 2-3 hours. Lastly I have multiple pictures from the photographer where Zely and her team and even servers are out just staring at the dance floor, constantly taking pictures even in the unplugged ceremony. I had messaged Zely just to thank her and also asked if she had any pictures she could send us. I was left on delivered. I decided to reach out via instagram to ask one last time if she had any pictures. She left my message on seen then a day later re opened the message to like it with no reply. I assume I will never receive a cordial response. I really want to make anyone that's looking for a review before hiring aware of who they are hiring for their day. Thankfully we only paid attention to all of this after the wedding had passed. I would like to say we were very happy with the work Nathalie her assistant provided.

re the ceremony and Zely was so quick on her toes to fix the dress and keep our timeline on track. Throughout the night she was constantly checking on myself (the bride) and the groom to make sure we had everything we needed and always keeping an eye on how everything was running. She communicated amazing with vendors on the day and the days leading up, and has a great reputation in the wedding vendor community - everyone was so happy to hear Zely was our coordinator. We are so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more!

wedding. As a bride you need to be present and enjoy every single moment, while someone else brings your vision to life- that is Zely. Zely made sure every single detail was executed to perfection. She made sure that all involved vendors/parties were in sync and ready, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day/night. Her experience, advice, and point of view were valuable assets in our wedding planning process. From directing our family members during the processional line, suggesting adding details (vow books, directional signage), ensuring decor was placed on time, and guiding us throughout the night, Zely made sure we enjoyed our wedding to the max. Her calm personality brought us peace in the challenging moments and her guidance reassured us in the uncertain moments. PLUS- she speaks Spanish too! I know our abuelas and tias appreciated that very much! Do yourself a favor and book her. Take it from a Type A kind of person who is a fan of timelines and to-do lists and is very picky with how things are executed. Don't waste your time, just book her.

her!

he way. Her genuine dedication and meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our special day was flawless. When unexpected challenges arose, like the issues with our stationery, Zely's preparedness and quick thinking put our minds at ease. Her unwavering reliability and trustworthiness made us feel completely supported and cared for. We cannot express enough gratitude for her invaluable contributions to making our wedding day truly magical. We would highly recommend Zely for a wedding coordinator/planner.

age. I had over 200 people at my wedding and Zely helped me plan every detail. Highly highly highly recommend her and her team. I had the most special and perfect day ever thanks to her! 😊

an absolute dream, and I had zero worries because of her and her amazing team. I am wedding photographer, and i was finally able to work with Zely for the most beautiful wedding. Working side by side with Zely was the absolute best, she is so organized, professional, attentive to detail and not only does she care about the bride and groom, but she is also so helpful and kind towards her vendors. I have worked with some NIGHTMARE wedding coordinators and planners, that not only aren’t as attentive to their brides and grooms but could care less for their vendors as well. Let me tell you my experience with Zely was 10/10, and I hope to continue to work with her and run into her at any future weddings. Whenever a client asks me for who my wedding coordinating and planning team recommendation will be, it will 100% always be Zely and her team.

of it all. It also helped that Zely spoke Spanish and could communicate and direct my side of the family. She was amazing and worth every penny!

gy was everything. I am also Dominican so it helped so much that Zely knew how to speak Spanish and could communicate and direct my side of the family. She’s literally the best and worth every penny!

ing. It was truly a pleasure having her as our wedding coordinator!

their kindness, wisdom, and charismatic personalities. From speaking to them, you can tell how much experience they both have in the wedding planning business. They gave us tips and advice when we felt unsure during some wedding planning decisions. From their meticulous attention to detail to their constant support throughout the planning process. These two made the wedding day a time of peace, fun and laughs because they held it down behind the scenes. Having them both by our sides 2 months throughout the wedding planning process, at our final walk-through, and Nathalie the day of made the lead up to the wedding less stressful than it probably would have been. Nathalie did an amazing job setting up our tables, directing people, telling us when to walk out during the ceremony, and so much more. We truly cannot thank Weddings by Zely enough. The best investment you can make for your wedding day is having an excellent team around you to make the day run smoothly. And no one is better at leading our all star crew than the amazing staff at Weddings by Zely.
