Justina leads coordination at every wedding, ensuring your plans come to life as you have envisioned. Each event includes a second coordinator, either Noelle or Allison. If neither is available, Justina’s husband, Jordan, steps in to assist so you always have a reliable two-person team supporting your day.

ect day happen from top to bottom with their professionalism, communication, organization, and obvious passion for their work! I felt heard, supported, and taken care of through everything. At our rehearsal dinner, they flawlessly handled my crazy family, getting our last minute details configured, and conducting the actual practice. And then on our wedding day, they made sure everything ran super smooth - from me getting ready, setting up our decor and making truly beautiful adjustments, keeping us on track with our schedule, handling last minute emergencies (like missing a phone!), keeping us fed and calm, and just overall going above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Although we only hired them as day-of coordinators, they regularly emailed to check in with us to see how our planning progress was going in the months leading up to the wedding. They were extremely helpful during our final venue visit planning meeting and rehearsal, offering suggestions for tweaks to the timeline to ensure things ran smoothly or for the set-up to ensure a good flow to the event. s leading up to the wedding with a structured plan for selecting vendors, attire, decor, and more. They were even able to advise our officiant--a personal friend who had no prior experience conducting a wedding--and kept the ceremony on track so we could enjoy the day without stress. As numerous attendees asked us if we were nervous leading up to the ceremony, Noelle once quipped, "I'm not." It's that kind of lighthearted confidence that assures you that you're in good hands--these ladies have handled every scenario before, and they are pros.
Though they're all business, they are also incredibly creative and fun to have on your team. When we presented them with over a thousand (!) origami cranes to do with as they saw fit, they tastefully integrated them with a stunning reception space, and even thought to stage a photo shoot in which we were rained down upon by paper cranes. They were able to make thoughtful artistic choices when asked, but eager to execute on detailed directions when we felt compelled to micromanage (we never once had to micromanage, though we are control freaks).

I cannot say enough positive things about Weddings by Wives, and would highly recommend them to anyone trying to plan a wedding. Justina and Noelle will take a tremendous weight off your shoulders. They both are extremely detail-oriented, organized, and will ensure your wedding day goes as smooth as possible. Looking back, we don't know how we would have done it without them. Don't think you can handle all the coordinating by yourself on your wedding day; you're asking for more stress (and disaster) than you realize.
