That wasn’t the only surprise she tackled like a pro. When our getaway car wouldn’t start because the headlights had been left on, Wendy handled it swiftly and discreetly, shielding us from stress and keeping the celebration moving. She has an incredible ability to manage chaos behind the scenes while allowing the bride and groom to remain completely present in the moment. As a Type A bride, I especially appreciated how Wendy kept me calm and reassured. She kept the party on schedule without ever making it feel rushed. More importantly, she consistently reminded us to pause, soak it in, and remember that this was our day. Because of her, we didn’t get lost in logistics or worry about timeline. 65 guests in a beautiful, light-filled chapel, with both our ceremony and reception taking place in the same room. With only a few hours at the venue, timing was everything. Between setup, the ceremony, the reception, and breakdown, we had a lot of moving pieces to coordinate in a very short window. Cari helped us map out a realistic timeline, customize it to our specific needs, and make sure every detail was accounted for. On the wedding day, Cari was nothing short of amazing. She was organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and somehow seemed to be everywhere at once, taking care of anything and everything that needed to be done. She handled final vendor coordination, worked seamlessly with our family members who were helping with setup and breakdown, and even jumped in to help steam my mom's dress when we ran into trouble. Her creative thinking, flexibility, and attention to detail made all the difference. One of my favorite moments was watching our one-year-old niece serve as our flower girl. We had no idea how she would handle walking down the aisle, but Cari managed to encourage her to carry a single petal down the aisle to her mom at the front of the chapel.
