Kasey could not have been better! She was so fun to talk to, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were planning our wedding from out of town and she made us feel so comfortable and made ...
planning fun. Plus everything went off without a single hitch! Multiple guests commented on how smooth and put together everything was, and we 100% attribute it to Kasey!
We also used her for a design consultation and it was perfect. Perfectly captured our modern aesthetic and incorporated everything we asked for and more. She has worked with many other vendors in the area and they all love her too! We used her recommendations for other vendors who were also amazing, you really cannot go wrong with Kasey!
I am so grateful for Kasey!! She was so easy and fun to work with and made the wedding planning process as seamless and easy as possible! She was always available to answer any que...
stions I had, managed and oversaw all vendor timelines & details and made sure that we had regular check ins to ensure the planning process was continuing seamlessly. She helped ensure our rehearsal ran smoothly and was an absolute dream on our wedding day. She also saved my wedding day when my florist fell through at the very last minute. Kasey helped me find an amazing, new florist that brought my wedding vision to life and it was everything I hoped it would be be! We had an absolutely beautiful wedding thanks to Kasey's help. Highly recommend Kasey and her assistant - dream team!!
Kasey and Shaliley were incredible. They made our day for the most part worry free and even when weather got in the way they worked around it to make sure it went as smoothly as p...
ossible. They were both so sweet and an absolute joy to work with.
Kasey was a tremendous help with the gathering of information, insurance and communication among vendors. She also replied promptly to all questions that my husband and I had via e...
mail and text regardless of time of day! She and her assistant did a a fairly good job the day of. I did make ALL my own décor and set up may have been a bit much the day of. I did find some unopened décor in the butlers pantry the next morning that were never put out. I did have a large wedding at the Howey Mansion and no-one but me knew the all the décor was not placed so it didn't change the day by no means! Not one thing went wrong as far as it pertains to Kasey and the services she provided.
Weddings By Kasey was such a huge help when planning for our big day. From the moment we reached out to her for assistance she made everything so much easier. She was able to give ...
so many recommendations after feeling like we'd never find the venue or vendors that felt like the right picks. She has such a great working relationship with so many of the local vendors and it truly shows in the execution of each event. She took great care of us on the wedding day making sure we had everything we needed (and made sure we ate dinner, too!). She is very easy to talk to and always makes the time to check in, answer questions, and help resolve any concerns. Her client portal is very easy to navigate and makes signing contracts, making payments, and communications very simple. I highly recommend Weddings By Kasey to anyone in search of a coordinator in the Orlando area.
Kasey was wonderful to work with as a month-of coordinator! She was very responsive in the months beforehand and was thoughtful and caring as we talked though our options. She also...
had great recommendations for catering and event rentals, and helped us think through day-of timing. On the day of our wedding she was calm and attentive, and made sure we fit in all the important pieces of the experience. We would definitely recommend her to others!
Hiring Kasey to be our day-of-coordinator was the best decision ever! I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of - she handled all the vendor coordination, directing th...
e bridal party, making sure everything was set up how I envisioned, and just running the event as a whole. I was honestly shocked at our smooth the whole day went and how perfect everything turned out!
I was an out of state bride so we did all of our coordination over the phone and email, which ended up being much easier than I expected. We ended up having to postpone our wedding 7 months due to COVID (3 weeks prior to our original date). Kasey was very understanding and also helped me find a new photographer since mine was no longer available.
She totally saved the day when my makeup artist canceled the week before the wedding and found another vendor available within a couple hours of me telling her! We also had a "wine-pouring" unity ceremony that I had forgotten to provide the wine and glassware for - Kasey noticed it when prepping the officiant and completely took care of it with the venue before the ceremony!
I really couldn't imagine what our wedding day would have been like without her - she took care of all the chaos so my husband and I could enjoy our day, stress-free! I can't recommend her enough :)

n’t officially “work” for me until a month before the wedding. My wedding day went by flawlessly and in huge part to Kasey. She helped with manual labor and had every little detail done perfectly. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t imagine my special day going as well without her!
Kasey is the best! I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She truly cares about helping you and is available anytime you need her. She made everything so perfect and stress...
free!
We had an outdoor wedding and it stormed out the day of our wedding up until 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Kasey made sure everything turned out amazing for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. She worked her miracles and the wedding was BEAUTIFUL and she even made sure everything was able to remain outdoors.
Wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! <3
