Heather is absolutely incredible! I cannot recommend her enough. She is a huge reason why our wedding day went so smoothly. She showed up to our venue and immediately got to work o...

n every little detail. This is something that really stands out about Heather… her attention to detail is amazing. We had had several meetings before our wedding day to discuss our visions, and when the day actually came, she checked every little thing to make sure it was exactly what we dreamed. She was an advocate for my husband and I all throughout the planning process, as well as on our wedding day. During the planning process, she took over our communication with our vendors to coordinate timelines and discuss our wishes, so that we could fully enjoy the month leading up to our wedding. She took an immense amount of stress off of us. She was so prepared with everything. In our planning meetings, she would ask us questions about little details we had never even considered. She thinks of the little things that go so far and make such a difference on the big day. She sent me sweet encouraging messages throughout the planning process, and encouraging messages reminding us to enjoy our rehearsal and our big day. It is easy to become stressed with wedding planning, but it was so comforting having Heather. On our actual wedding day, she was just the sweetest ever. She was so smiley and comforting. She kept our day running according to the timeline and made sure all of our personalized details of our wedding were incorporated. She continued to check in on my husband and I, brought us waters, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. She took care of making sure all of our belongings got back to us at the end of the night. She even returned our rental vases to our florist after the wedding. She allowed my husband and I to be fully present during our day and would come grab us when it was time for the next thing. This was so nice because we could fully be in the moment, not having to think about times or what is next. She made us feel so comfortable and confident. I seriously cannot recommend Heather enough. I am recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond. Please hire her!!

ce. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. I always felt comfortable asking her a question or for her opinion knowing she would be honest and steer me in the right direction for our wedding, not just her personal opinion. It was always with us in mind! As far as the day of, she made it go so smoothly! I honestly don't even know how she did it all herself and made it go smoothly considering ours was a backyard wedding. We owe a lot to Heather for making our wedding day perfect! I couldn't be more thankful that I found her and all of her help and expertise!

before my wedding, I was in tears, and she provided me with the support and reassurance I needed to pull myself together and enjoy my wedding! All I had to do was be in the moment on the biggest day of my life while I married my best friend! Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and it was by far the wedding of my dreams!!! Without Heather, I am convinced that my wedding would not have been as successful as it was. My wedding was absolutely flawless and stress free!!! I got married 3 months ago, and my guests are still talking about her beautiful wedding. I would happily use Heather for other events. I promise you will not find a better planner at a better price. She is worth every penny and at least 20 more than what she charges. Bottom line, If you want a loving, professional, hard working planner that feels like family and will always have your back no matter what may get in the way, then Heather is the Wedding Planner for you!!! I promise, hiring Heather is the best decision you can make on your special day!

Hiring Heather for our wedding planner/coordinator was the absolute BEST decision I’ve ever made in my adult life. Heather from beginning to end made the process seamless. Usually ...

you hear from brides about 1 or 2 or 100 things that went wrong on their wedding day, but I can honestly say that my day was PERFECT and so well organized. Our guests have been raving about our wedding since (over 2 months ago now) and have been complimenting us on how much fun they had and how well everything came together. Heather not only is excellent at her job, but she is very friendly and personable. She was so enjoyable to work with and I don’t think our day would have been nearly as special without her help. If you’re on the fence about investing in her amazing services, I encourage you to remember you are investing in yourself. The lack of stress was life changing once I decided to hire her. I cannot express how thankful I am for Heather and her team. An easy 5/5 rating for us!

Hiring and working with Heather was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made in planning our wedding. As we got closer to the day itself, we realized that we were in ov...

er our heads when it came to the day-of organization and that we were in desperate need of a reliable, experienced, organizer who could help us ensure that our ceremony went according to plan. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing day-of coordinator. Heather reassured us every step of the way and somehow was able to brilliantly execute the million little tasks that somehow had to happen within a few short hours. With Heather's help, my husband and I were able to wake up on our wedding day and fully focus our attention on the meaning of the day without stressing over details. If you are looking for a day-of coordinator, then look no further, and if you have the opportunity to work with Heather, then jump on it and scoop her up! She's a lifesaver.

moothly in the run-up to the wedding, and on the day itself. Everything went without a hitch, and it was nice to have that peace of mind on the wedding day while there is so much else going on. Our wedding was out of state (Missoula, MT) and all of our other vendors were saying how much they liked Heather and how organized she was.

and made it all come together. Even with our lack of planning for adverse weather at our outdoor wedding, Heather adjusted and despite the torrential rain for the entire night, everything was beautiful! We cannot recommend Heather enough. She is organized, easy to work with, and can herd cats (groomsmen) when needed. :)

nd as the day approached I began to realize I could not do everything on my own. Que Heather! She totally saved me and my family and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. She not only came in and immediately grasped where everything was at in the planning process and picked up like it was nothing, but she also added so much value. She came up with solutions to potential problems that I would have never thought of. Honestly, because of her my husband, our families and I were able to enjoy the entire day just focused on the event and not getting everything ready. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding day rather than work on our wedding day. I am so extremely grateful and awed by her talent and skills!! There are very few people in this world that can handle my level of planning and Heather not only understood it but she made it 10X better! So extremely thankful for her and all she did. She is an absolute must-have on your wedding day, hands down!

My wedding took place in VA and consisted of several different locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It had many details and moving parts, as I’m sure most weddi...

ng do. During the planning process Heather was located in another state. The unfamiliarity of planning a wedding in a different state might have seemed daunting to some planners, but did not affect Heather’s performance in helping plan and execute the wedding. She was extremely organized and efficient. She was in constant communication with the vendors (i.e florist, DJ, caterer, event rentals, venue coordinator) and myself to make sure the schedule and details were accurate. I’d like to say that my wedding went according to plan but that wouldn’t be true. The night before the wedding a hurricane swept through Virginia causing flooding, heavy winds and rain. The location of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all had to be changed in less than 12 hours. Heather took charge and worked with the venue coordinator to come up with different locations. She also organized and helped the catering staff, all while setting up decorations down to the last detail. Most importantly she calmed my nerves and I felt at ease knowing that she would go above and beyond to make my wedding as close to my vision as possible in less than desirable circumstances. Although nothing went as planned our wedding turned out to be more beautiful and special than I ever could have imagined. There is no doubt that this was due to Heather’s hard work and calm demeanor. Heather has a joyful, outgoing personality that brides are drawn to. She also has a natural ability to think critically, both, I believe make her a successful event planner. I highly recommend Heather’s services!
