Cheyenne did our engagement photos and our wedding day! She was AMAZING! She listened to all the things we wanted and didn’t want. She was very organized and my entire bridal party...
talked about how great she was. She kept us on track with timeline and gave very clear instructions that made us feel very comfortable! We absolutely loved her!
Wow is all I have to say (and I haven't even seen all our wedding day photos yet)! Cheyenne and her partner are fantastic. My new husband and I are not people who are used to being...
in front of the camera, but Cheyenne knew exactly what to say, how to cue to create the most beautiful photos. She was so accommodating to us (I broke my leg 2 weeks before our scheduled engagement session and she worked with us to find a way to get our session in before the wedding). She is so well organized, had the day planned out perfectly to maximize our time with her. We trusted her completely to capture our day for us!
If you are looking for a photographer who is going to take beautiful, classy, vibrant, and timeless pictures, as well as being one of the nicest people you will ever meet Cheyenne ...
is your girl! Cheyenne made our wedding day easy with her direction, creativity, and overall fun loving attitude. Her photos, not only of my wedding, but from ANY wedding she does are absolutely beautiful. And not only does Cheyenne take beautiful photos but she unbelievably kind. She took the time and go to know my husband and I before we even took engagement pictures. So when our wedding day came it didn't feel as if some random photographer was coming to take pictures of us, but a long time friend. You can tell that she really loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is truly every brides dream photographer.I will be recommending Weddings by Cheyenne to every bride I come across from here on out!
BY FAR THE BEST.
Cheyenne went beyond my expectations. First example, We had our engagement session at a place where NONE of us were familiar with the area, but Cheyenne seemed to ...
still make it her own and made us look natural and feel so comfortable. It was also our first time behind the camera together so we were a little nervous but Cheyenne helped us forget those worries and just have fun. My husband and I both felt like we have know her forever!
Next our wedding, she was again beyond amazing. After getting ready I started to get stressed as the bride, but Cheyenne made me feel so at ease while also capturing amazing photos.
She is extremely professional, personable, funny and sweet. She’s everything you could ever want in a photographer capturing your big day.
For all of the shy brides out there who need someone to make them feel comfortable in front of the camera, who enjoy being their true self and want not just a photographer but a fr...
iend, Cheyenne is your person!
Cheyenne has been absolutely amazing during the whole experience, her communication, guidance and positive attitude just made working with her a breeze, even in a pandemic!
Cheyenne did our engagement photos in the Upper Peninsula. We couldn't believe she was willing to drive all the way up on a Saturday to go hiking through the forest to get some amazing pictures. We are so thankful!
Cheyenne and her second shooter Sarah were a dream on our wedding day. We got the worst rain storms this summer with crazy flooding. There was no break in the rain, it was just buckets and buckets of rain and sometimes it was even raining sideways. Her and Sarah really had to think on their toes for our pictures. All of the sneak peeks look amazing, you would never know that it was raining.
WE really just cant say enough great things about Cheyenne and Sarah.
I can’t say enough great things about Cheyenne! We found her through theknot.com and decided to work with her based on her reviews from other brides. Her reviews do not do her just...
ice! From the moment we met her, we knew that we had made the right decision! She is extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite thing about working with Cheyenne was the way she makes you feel like an instant friend. She made us feel so comfortable during our engagement session which carried over into our wedding day. We had a destination wedding in northern Michigan and Cheyenne went above and beyond to accommodate meeting with us. She researched and chose the perfect spot for our engagement session and helped make our wedding day perfect! We got married during a pandemic, which was extremely stressful but Cheyenne made our wedding day feel as normal as possible. Our wedding happened to be on one of the most windy days this year and you can’t even tell when you look at our photos! Cheyenne was very prompt with getting both our engagement and wedding photos back to us and we couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out. For anyone considering booking Weddings by Cheyenne, I highly recommend it!! You won’t be disappointed!!

da. But I already knew I wanted Cheyenne because she did my sister’s wedding was absolutely obsessed with my sisters photos! So one of the very first things I did when I got engaged was ask if she’d do a wedding in Florida and I’m beyond happy her answer was YES!! Cheyenne not only took the DREAMIEST photos for us, but was also amazing at making everyone in our wedding party (and also us) very comfortable in front of the camera! She’s very stealthy with ceremony and reception photos, captures amazing pictures with you barely noticing she’s there! (I’ve seen photographers who really get in the way and it was important to us we didn’t have someone like that!) She also came back after the reception to take sunset photos of me and my husband! She really goes above and beyond as a photographer! She is also one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! We are so so happy we went with Cheyenne and are absolutely obsessed with the photos she took for us!
Cheyenne is amazing! We had such a great experience with her. We first had our engagement shoot with her, and she helped my (now) husband and I feel comfortable in front of the cam...
era when we were unsure of how to pose, or anything! She took care of it all for us and made it easy, and took the time to get to know us as a couple during the shoot. Our engagement photos turned out so beautiful, and we couldn't wait to see wedding photos!! On our big day, Cheyenne and her assistant were timely, and captured everything we wanted and more in such an efficient manner. I could experience our big day without having to worry about missing pictures or important shots. We knew we could fully trust Cheyenne to get the job done and it truly helped relieve stress on our wedding day. We received our edited photos very quickly (about a month later) and we are SO happy with the results! I've sat through and gone through ALL of them with so many family members and I am just obsessed! Overall, communication was always easy leading up to the wedding and we know she truly cares about each and every couple she works with. I highly recommend if you want incredible, breathtaking photos!

ortant part of the day, and someone who will be present throughout it. But I should not have worried because Cheyenne was super sweet and felt like another support throughout our day. And of course we were thrilled with our photos and cannot stop looking at them! She captured every special moment and the results exceeded our expectations. Our whole family loved her so much that literally the first thing we did after our wedding was book her for my sister's wedding. Thank you Cheyenne and we can't wait to work with you again!

We had so much fun with our engagement photos of which we went all the way to Leelanau (from Grand Rapids) to get! I had mentioned that it would be nice to have beach photos and Cheyenne was more that willing to make the trip there for us!
Everything that I had in my mind for the look & feel of our wedding day was perfectly captured. I cannot stop looking through our pictures!! Not to mention, Cheyenne had them finished and available to us only 3 weeks after our Labor Day wedding!
Cheyenne was so great to work with every step of the way. She has a great sense of humor which helps with relaxing the nerves of getting your picture taken and she was extremely calm & patient in a few moments of "crunch time" on the big day.
We are so lucky to have found her!

order to capture our special day the way we would love. She brought her second shooter along as well and together they provided unbelievable photographs that we will cherish forever! ant part of my wedding day (and the planning process) and she was there for me every step of the way including a phone call the week before when I was starting to freak out a little! She has always been SO good at communicating with us, and more importantly, I'm in awe of the preview photos she uploaded after our June 23rd wedding. She made us look like our wedding was straight out of a magazine. I am so, so, so, SO grateful to have had Cheyenne shoot our wedding (and our engagement pictures)!! I've always told her that I'm awkward about pictures, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and she told us exactly what to do throughout the whole day, which really made a huge difference in the entire wedding day experience for me. This girl knows what she is doing! She's pretty dang good at her job!
I will forever enthusiastically recommend Cheyenne! <3

disappoint and was worth every dime. She was patient with us girls as we were getting ready and with the guys after the ceremony when they started to get a little crazy! She made sure she captured every important moment and came up with her own unique ideas that turned out amazing. She was very relaxed, which is helpful for an anxious bride! She takes such high quality pictures as well. She really is the whole package. Thank you Cheyenne for capturing our special day perfectly!
