WOW! This place was an incredible find. I went to the shop after seeing the website and couldn't believe the selection. I bought a beautiful crystal and rhinestone tiara that was a...
fraction of the price elsewhere. Loved the sandals and initialed cake topper as well! Will buy again.
I bought a 2-tier, ribbon-edge, fingertip-length veil from WeddingFactoryDirect. It's absolutely perfect! I can tell they use high quality tulle rather than itchy netting. It's ver...
y flowy, not at all stiff. A light steam easily got out any wrinkles in the fabric. The ribbon edge was sewed on, not glued. The comb was made of metal, and very secure. Communication with the shop was quick and easy, and my veil arrived in no time flat. Most reviews on here talk about their jewelry, not their veils, so I thought I should give them the recognition they deserve. Highly recommended!
Very Poor Quality!! I do not recommend this company at all due to their no return policy. The necklace I received was one of the highest priced items available on their site (almos...
t $100), so I expected at least good quality. The quality was horrible! No sparkle, won't lay flat, feels like it will fall off my neck, feels like it will break apart if it is barely touched. I called the company and they stated to keep their prices low they don't take things back. Low prices? Are you kidding me? Almost $100 for cheap, poor quality? Do not use this company!
Ordered my tiara/headband and received it within a week. It was packaged very well to protect from any bending or jostling that may loosen a stone in transit. It's beautiful and EX...
ACTLY as pictured on the website, antique silver with rhinestones and ivory pearls; if anything the picture doesn't do it justice. As others have said, it was 1/3 of the cost of anything in the bridal salons and twice as pretty. Highly recommend this vendor!!
not even a 1 star can describe what they sent to me. I contacted them and they told me of the no return policy then they told my credit card company that they sale things that are...
for a 1 time use only. The earings I purchased were plastic and sold 2 for 1 in the Dollar stores. Pure garbage
I ordered my veil, bridal clutch, and bridal tiara through this company. Their customer service was superior when I had a problem with my order. Patty and Dana were very pleasant...
to work with and resolved the issue within 2 days.
Would highly recommend this vendor for excellent service and reasonable prices!
I bought a couple beautiful hair pins from them. I received the order the NEXT day. I was so impressed with their communication about my order and even more impressed with the qual...
ity. I would definitely recommend checking them out!
I got my veil and necklace yesterday. B-E-A-UTIFUL!!!! They look perfect, just like the photos. Not only were they reasonably priced but they shipped in like 2 days!!! IT WAS PERFE...

I bought a headband with crystals and pearls from here. It was a lot cheaper than the bridal salon, it looked exactly as pictured on the website, and the shipping was fast. I highl...

I bought my hair flower (comb), my flower girl tiara, flower girl basket and a broach from this site and the prices CANNOT be beat. Excellent quality, fast shipping and I was very...
happy with my purchase!
Hi - I had just received my purchase which is a necklace and a bracket from Wedding Factory Direct. The items were lovely but unfortunately, the clasp on the necklace is stuck and...
I am unable to put it apart in order to wear it. Have sent an email to them but the only advise I received was to pull it firmly. Unfortunately, pulling it firmly doesn't help at all. I have tried for hours and have people helping me to pull the clasp apart but without any success. So, for now, I could only admire it. Very disappointed. Hopefully, the customer service will advice me on the next step to replace it.
Got all of the EXACT same accessories that the bridal salon wanted me to pay $100's of dollar for for about 1/4th of the price. Don't let a salon rip you off. Totally worth the ord...
