Wedding Stories in Motion was an amazing organization to work with in the lead up to and on our wedding day. From the day we put in our initial inquiry through when Jonas was assigned as our videographer, Chris & Julie were super helpful and informative and always quick with their responses if we had any questions or concerns.
Jonas we a joy to work with in the lead up to and on our wedding day. He perfectly and authentically captured the love and happiness in the room and we are so thankful to have those memories documented to relive forever! Our teaser was PERFECT and only left us wanting more, and once we got our cinematic edit, we were floored. They both really did capture the beauty and love of our day perfectly, with all of the most important items we noted to Jonas being captured.
Jonas also worked with us to get all of the raw footage onto a hard drive we provided so we have all of the memories possible going forward. We can’t thank and recommend Wedding Stories in Motion and Jonas enough!

I don’t even know where to begin. We came to Wedding Stories in Motion with a last-minute hope of finding a videographer who would truly be a great fit for us. From our very first conversation with Chris and Julie, we felt completely reassured that our wants and needs were heard and understood. Based on that conversation and availability, they paired us with Jonas. And let me just say, Jonas was an absolute DREAM to work with. We loved having him be part of our day. It’s hard to explain how important it was to us to feel comfortable with our videographer so that our footage feels natural and not forced, especially when they were with us for such a big portion of our wedding day! Jonas made everything feel effortless. He blended in seamlessly while still capturing all the moments that mattered most. Every detail we spent so much thought, time, and effort on, including the ones I was sure would fade into the background, he captured beautifully without me even having to voice my worry that something might be missed with the 500+ other things happening at the same time. It was especially important to us to receive our raw footage, and Jonas made the entire process so easy. Coordinating getting him our hard drive and receiving everything back was smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, I truly can’t express enough what a wonderful experience it was working with Wedding Stories in Motion and Jonas. Having done weddings at our venue (The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel) before, Wedding Stories in Motion provided confident direction on our day of (not pushy or demanding at ALL), suggesting great ideas for rooms, angles, and types of shots to get for our wedding video. They were truly a pleasure to work with and evident through their working style, equipment, and demeanor that both of our videographers had a wealth of experience.
To say our wedding video turned out amazing would be a HUGE understatement. The final product was truly of cinematic quality, in every aspect. The attention to detail from background music to lighting, voice overlays (ex: vows and speeches -- the quality of this audio was also really good), transitions, was more than a video, it really told a story.
By choosing Wedding Stories in Motion we got more than Videography, we got Cinamatography. I could not recommend them any higher.

Chris is direct, and together they kept the wedding day moving on time, calmed our nerves and made us feel at ease, and did their due diligence to capture amazing shots. They were incredibly responsive leading up to the day of our wedding and even did a walk-through at the venue with us a few days prior; their customer service is unparalleled! We were also impressed with Brian, the videographer. He delivered high quality video and audio and was the sweetest. The only feedback I would offer to WSIM is to deliver final photos and video more quickly (we did not receive our video until 145 days after the wedding) and to double-check final edited photos for consistency (a very small number of our ceremony photos were not corrected for white balance but it was a quick fix on my end). When it came to our wedding day, they went above and beyond our expectations. It felt like they were a friend and not *just* a vendor. ould definitely recommend to couples is to hire a videographer. I was told to spend money on a photographer since that is the only thing you will have as a memory of this one day. The same goes for a videographer in my opinion. After everything was said and done, I had a beautifully put together highlight video that captured all the special moments from the day that I could share with friends and family. Chris and Julie were very nice during the planning process and answered all our questions. Jeff was our videographer the day of the wedding. One of my pet peeves at a wedding is when a photographer or videographer is in the couple's space and constantly in the way to get a shot. Jeff was able to capture a lot of moments without us noticing he was there. I also wanted the raw footage from the day, which some videographers won't even provide to the couple. All we had to do is provide a USB drive that was big enough for the raw footage and Wedding Stories in Motion provided the footage without an extra charge. I recommend getting the raw footage as I really enjoyed watching the humorous behind the scenes moments from the day. Also we received the highlight video and the USB drives 3 weeks after the wedding which i thought was a very fast turn around time! When you watch the example videos of Wedding Stories in Motion, you can see how beautiful of a job they do. Thanks Chris, Julie, and Jeff for creating a lasting memory of our special day!

The day of they made things easy- took what they needed and directed what they needed in a kind way. Being new to town, they even helped tweak our location schedule for photos with their Cleveland expertise. Absolutely would recommend!
