WOW. I'm not even sure how to put into words how unreal Daci's designs are. The quality of her gowns and just the overall designs are out of this world (and they photograph AMAZING...
LY). I can't recommend her dresses enough.
I met with Daci, saw some of her samples, and was already sold. She was so sweet and accommodating plus extremely talented. She asked me to bring pictures of certain styles or deta...
ils that I like in wedding dresses. We took parts of different dresses and she drew it out for me to give me a visual of what it would look like. From there on out, she had me come in for three fittings and built the dress around me. When this was happening, it was coming from her home but she is now located in a boutique in Boise, Idaho. She still does custom orders.
The best part about having a dress custom made is we made changes as we went along. If there was something I didn't like, we changed it and made it easier for us both. The only thing I would complain about is that my dress was a tad too tight around my torso, however, that was due to the amount of fabric below that it needed to support. So in reality, the dress was perfectly balanced but just a little heavy for me.
I wish I could wear this dress every day I loved it so much. I don't even want to think about selling it because it carries such beautiful memories. My pictures were magazine quality. The dress was flawless! Honestly, the amount of time and hard work put into this dress has made me truly appreciate this art form. Everyone complimented me and even cried when they saw me wearing it. It made me look amazing and flattered my figure, since I am on the thinner side. Considering its size, I didn't look too small compared to the dress.
I would highly recommend Daci Bridal to any woman would wants to have the vision of their dream dress become a reality. Daci has an amazing talent and passion for her profession and it shines through in her work! I loved my dress and I can't thank her enough for the amazing work put into it. Thank you for making my wedding day experience as fantastic as it was!
My husband and I met salsa dancing in Seattle. I knew he was the one from our first bachata. I had imagined our first dance long before he asked me to marry him – so it is no surp...
rise that after he asked me we began developing our first dance choreography. For me the first dance was the most important part of the wedding (second only to the getting married part, of course), but I quickly ran into a problem. You can’t dance salsa in a wedding dress! Or can you… ?? I began looking for wedding dress designers in Boise and quickly found Daci. I emailed her to tell her about my interests (a dress that transitions from a long wedding dress to a short, sexy salsa dress in a dramatic spin out). I figured she would think I was crazy – but at our first meeting she had already done some research and had several ideas. She is amazing! She is also extremely reasonably priced for a custom designed handmade wedding dress. She made me the most perfect, unforgettable dress that, yes, I could spin out of. We met for at least seven fittings where we would design, shorten, tighten, bling up, etc the dress. After the dress was done she came to one of our dress rehearsals to watch us dance -- just to make sure everything fit and flowed well. Not only is she an amazing dress maker and artist – she is an absolutely wonderful and sweet person. I loved working with her. I give her my highest recommendation! If you want the perfect dress, go see Daci. Here is our first dance video, which demonstrates her work: http://youtu.be/iFoi0exRiZU

It seemed like the afternoon sunlight was really emphasizing the beauty of this masterpiece!
I will never forget the look in the groom's eyes when he has first seen his bride-to-be wearing her enchanting gown. A blend of emotions on his face: surprise, pleasure and pride!
I will definitely talk highly to all my friends about the nice experience we had with Wedding Gowns by Daci!!!
Daci has unique skills: she is patient, talented, she treats her brides like they are family which makes the whole experience one of a kind.
I utilized Wedding Gowns by Daci for my wedding dress....this was not my first go round BUT was my first wedding and wedding gown. I am not a stick figure and am of a "certain" ag...
e. I wanted something age appropriate but fun. Something that would enhance a woman's curves but not look like I was trying to wear something that didn't suit me and what my vision was but allowed the designer her interpretation and gave her artistic license to provide me with something that would be one of a kind and EXACTLY what I wanted.....and let me tell you it was that and more! I can not say enough about the job she did and the creation she made for me.....LOVE LOVE it and so did he!!! Thank you Daci!
I didn't want to get my wedding gown from David's Bridal, I wanted something unique! I love to design dresses but don't know too much about sewing my creations. So I searched onlin...
e to find a seamstress who could make my dream come to life. (I wanted an Ellie Saab-ish dress. Flowing with lace) I emailed all the people I could find, and found a lot of alteration people who charged a ton for making a dress, and from their work, I wasn't sure they would understand my vision. Then I came across Daci! Her website and work impressed me, it looked like something off of pinterest! What she does is she gets inspired... then she pulls it out of her head and onto a mannequin in a matter of hours. It's amazing! She got excited when I showed her my design, she loved the designer I loved. She even let me stay and watch/help a little after she measured me. I lived out of town, and she always fit our meetings within my trip's schedule. (She had new dress projects hanging up every time I came in!) We, and I use that term lightly, created the perfect dress! It fit the feel of my wedding and it fit my body to the inch. I had such a good experience with Daci, I recommend her to any bride in Boise and beyond.

nvisioned I would look and feel in it. She made the dress to fit my body instead of me having to force my body to fit into the dress. I am still amazed by the magic she has in her hands. Her attention to detail and to perfect the dress is obvious in the end product. My experience was above and beyond the 5 stars I was able to give her. No one else will top her quality, her attention to detail, her customer service and her prices. Thank you so much for doing an outstanding job!

aci and a few other custom dress makers on a very quick Google search. I emailed them, and Daci was the best customer service, quickest replies, and kindest heart! From the very start she and I were on the same page with style, she listened to all my particulars, and was very helpful with advice and suggestions. From start to finish, it was a breeze and was worth 4x the amount I ended up paying! I am so thankful for Daci and her wonderful service and craft! Thank you, Daci!!

utely beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable for a custom made dress! She even made some accent flowers for myself and the flower girls; as well as performing dress alterations for my bridesmaid. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and expertise! She really went the extra mile to make sure we looked our best on my wedding day. Thank you so much!

exist in the bridal stores. Believe me I looked there were dresses that came close but nothing gave me that overall look that I was going for. Thank goodness I ran into Daci at the Boise Wedding show. We quickly began talking about what I was looking for showed her some ideas and she let me know that she was absolutely positive that she would be able to make me THE dress. And she was right it is the most stunning dress I have ever seen (yes I am little biased)! In fact it is so much better! Thank you so much Daci for helping me create the dress of my dreams and making my wedding day that much better!

aving someone taking it and making it the way I wanted to look, still having the vintage look to it. When I met Daci, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable leaving my gown in her hands.
I'm a very indecisive lady who doesn't know what she wants and changes her mind every second. She helped me so much to think about what I wanted and created a beautiful dress! I am so happy I found her!
I would recommend her to anyone! Now I have a 57 year old dress in my hope chest, waiting till my granddaughter would need it in 60 years.
Daci is amazing. She made exactly what I asked and I couldn't have been happier.

She is also helping me come up with ways to use the dress for my anniversary and a keepsake.
She also made my hairpiece.

Thanks Daci!!!

er artistic and incredible sewing skills was perfect for my wedding. One of the most unique parts about this one of a kind dress is that the train was designed to be completely detachable. I dreamed of a long classy dress with a fabulous train walking down the aisle but I also wanted a sexy dress to dance the night away so she came up with this idea. I can’t say enough about Daci and her amazing talent. She made my wedding a dream come true!
I never dreamed to have my dress custom made. I am from Argentina and met my husband, who is American, two years ago. When we started planning the wedding, my mother I law told me ...
to consider having my dress custom made by Daci, who she knew. So basically Daci and I communicated via Skype and Facebook. I sent Daci some links with ideas like dress designs, fabrics, head piece, colors etc and then we skyped for the measurements. When Daci knew what I wanted, she started getting some sketches done. I got to pick the one I liked most and I even got to introduce my own ideas! When she finally started cutting the fabrics and putting the dress together I knew for sure that my dress couldn't be in better hands! She created a folder where posted pictures and with the gown design process so I saw and was part every single detail on my gown. I could see my dress coming to life in Boise, even though I was thousands of miles away! When the wedding gown was done Daci e-mailed me pictures and I couldn't believe my eyes, I literally didn't have words to describe what I was feeling!! I was the happiest bride in the world! My dream dress had become true! The day I arrived to Boise, I tried my dress and guess what? It fit perfectly! Daci did such a great job on my gown. She is such talented designer! Everybody at the wedding loved my dress. My wedding was a bit of a dream come true. I’m am so happy that I choose to have my wedding gown custom made.
Before I got the chance to really get to know Daci, I had already picked out my wedding dress from a bridal store in the area. Even though I thought my dress was pretty, if I were ...
to do it all over again (same groom of course ;) I would definitely have Daci design and create it.
I was however, fortunate enough to have Daci do my alterations which made my dress a perfect fit. I was having some insecurities with the way my dress fit in the arm area (between the arm-pit and chest) and Daci was very understanding and wanted to make sure I felt beautiful in my dress. She made sure that my concerns were heard and she completed the alterations exactly how she said she would. Daci is very honest and trustworthy and I will continue to stand by her and her company. I can't wait until I have an event where I can wear a gown by Daci.

om talking to Denise, my daughter-in-law on Skype. She caught her vision for the dress and drew the plans and they were everything were could ever dream of. The measurements were even dead on. When Denise arrived in the States and tried the dress on we could not believe how well the dress fit. Denise looked like a Princess, the kind every girl dreams of. We are so happy that we went with Wedding Gowns by Daci she was very affordable and a wonderful person to work with.
I had Daci make my mother-of -the- groom dress at my oldest sons wedding. It was so beautiful. I told her what I wanted, and she went right to work. She knew exactly what to do to make me look great that day. I would recommend Daci for any of your formal needs.
Daci did an absolutely AMAZING job on my wedding dress. It was perfect! When we picked out fabric together, I really didn't know what I wanted. She helped guide me to something ...
beautiful. I remember walking in to see my dress for a fitting, and my breath was taken away. She had draped the fabric beautifully and it was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. I have seen many other gowns she has designed as well, and they are all exquisite. I would recommend Daci to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding gown or special occassion dress. She is fantastic!

I met my husband, Attila, in Hungary. It was love at first sight. We spent 2 months together in Hungary before I returned back home to Boise. I knew that this man would one day be ...
my husband and I knew that I would be going back to Hungary soon, but I didn’t know when. I decided to go wedding dress shopping in Boise with my mom, sisters, and my best friend while I had the chance. We went to a couple of places in town, but neither one of them had the dress I was looking for.I can remember telling my mom one night that, in order for me to have my dream wedding dress, angels would have to sew it and leave it on the door step. I was so discouraged. Then, a couple nights later, my sister went to a friends house and another lady who was there told her about Daci. We got a hold of Daci and met with her at Caledonia, the fabric store in Boise. I showed her some pictures that I had been saving and then she sketched a few designs. I decided on the one I loved most and then we picked out the material: a beautiful antique lace and dupioni silk. I thought that we would have to spend a fortune for a dress like that, but we were able to afford it! I got to do a couple of fittings, but ended up leaving for Hungary before the gown was finished. Luckily, I was right, and 6 months later, Attila proposed! A few months after that, a friend from Boise brought my wedding gown with her on the plane. I was so excited to get it and try it on for the first time! Everything about it was perfect! Daci, you were an answer to prayer and you blessed me beyond words!
I was an “older” bride and, as such, the dresses available at Bridal Shops weren’t really for me. I found Daci and, working together, she and I “designed” the perfect dress — not t...
oo formal but elegant and beautiful. Daci met with me several times during the process, first to select the material and then for fittings. By my wedding day I had the dress of my dreams (and I didn’t even give her much time and still she pulled if off). Thank you Daci!
Originally i had wanted to have a wedding dress made, but found Daci a little too late in the game, yet still so glad that i found her!!! She took my wedding dress and not only did...
the alterations on it that i needed, but she was wonderful in helping me make the dress my own. She helped me decide what i wanted to do to make the dress my own and even went so far as to make different types of flowers in addition to the pre made flowers we found, so that i had a variety of options. She took her time to perfect the dress to just how i wanted it. My dress even had ruching on my bodice that would fold up a little when i moved, she even took the time to sew these spots down on my dress so that on my wedding day it looked perfect all day long! I also used Daci to make my girls bridesmaids dresses. I had a very relaxed wedding and didn't want anything overly fancy for my bridesmaids. I also wanted something that they could potentially wear again if they wanted to. Daci was wonderful, she took in all the information i gave her, such as the style i wanted and even down to the material. She made the pattern from scratch for me and she found a material that looked like the linen material i wanted, yet was made out of a different material so that i had the linen look but their dresses didn't wrinkle throughout the day. The girls looked beautiful all day long and the dresses fit them like a glove since they were made for them...and the cost was less to equal to have these dresses made in comparison to what was out there. Daci made sure i was happy at every turn and even did a few little extra things for me and all within a shorter time frame. She was great to work with and i would recommend anyone to Daci!!!
I had the pleasure of being introduced to Daci through a co-worker. Since it was my second wedding, I did not want a traditional white gown and after going to places like David's ...
Bridal, etc., I was pretty discouraged about finding the perfect gown for my perfect day. I went to a local boutique to view Daci's gowns prior to actually meeting her - they were fabulous! I provided Daci with some verbal ideas as to what I would like and a few samples photos. Daci listened and gave me some ideas to consider. We picked out some fabrics she thought would go well with what I was looking for. Shortly thereafter, Daci provided me with several sketches of gowns that I could choose from. She was very open to suggestions or adjustments even though I had very few things I wanted to change. At the time, Daci also had a family emergency that was going to require her to be out of town. She made sure my gown was ready and that I was pleased with it before she left. I know she must have been under a great deal of pressure and stress but she never displayed any of that with me. Daci also made the gown such that I had some different options as to how I could wear it - making the gown much more functional. She was also great about working with me on the price and staying within my budget. After my wedding, she also adjusted my gown so that I can wear it in the future to a ball. I could not provide a higher recommendation to any bride over Daci. My day was absolutely fabulous and so was my gown. I am so thankful my co-worker shared her wedding photos with me so that I could end up meeting Daci. I will always remember her fondly and I am glad to be able to write this review for her business
