Wedding Day Girl - Day of Coordinators

There are honestly not enough good things I can say about Cierra. Hiring her to plan the full wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and my husband and I both absolutely adored her.  From our very first conversations, Cierra was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited about our wedding. She understood our vision almost immediately. I had lots of inspiration images and very specific ideas about how I wanted everything to feel, and she somehow understood the heart of what I was showing her.  She was the perfect balance of proactive and relaxed. She always had thoughtful suggestions and was constantly thinking ahead, but she never made us feel pressured or overwhelmed. Our friends would constantly ask, “Are you stressed?” and our answer was always, “No, we have a wedding planner.” That is probably the best endorsement I can give her. We had Cierra handle all of our paper goods, and I am SO glad we did. That can be such an overwhelming part of wedding planning, and she took it and ran with it. Our menus, shuttle printout, photo booth design, and all of the other details she created were absolutely gorgeous. Everything was better than I could have imagined and felt exactly like my taste.  She was incredibly hands-on throughout the planning process. She came to our vendor meetings, communicated with our vendors, and was always proactive about keeping everything moving. She also cared about the tiny details just as much as the big ones. At one point I decided I hated the frame I had purchased for our bar, and Cierra literally spent hours searching for the perfect replacement. Whenever I was worried about some tiny detail, she was calm, reassuring, and always made sure I was genuinely happy.  On our wedding day, Cierra and her assistant Cathy were there from 9 AM until midnight. They handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to completely let go and enjoy the day. Cierra was such a calm, positive presence. She never seemed stressed, which meant I never felt stressed.  She also took care of me personally in ways I will never forget. She fixed my broken bustle, put my veil on when I almost forgot it, checked on me throughout the day, and was always there when I needed her. It felt like she wasn’t just coordinating our wedding, she genuinely cared about us.  And the wedding itself was a dream. The timeline was perfect, the coordination was seamless, and the décor was absolutely incredible. Our tablescape was stunning, every detail felt intentional, and everything came together exactly as we had envisioned it—only better. Cierra’s mom was also there helping as her assistant, and she was just as kind and sweet. By the end of the weekend, they honestly felt like family.  Cierra also handled all of the inevitable changes so effortlessly. When guests’ plans changed, she would rearrange the seating chart and keep everything organized. Her planning website was comprehensive and easy to use, communication was always clear, and I always knew I could text her whenever I needed something.  Most importantly, Cierra made the entire experience FUN. She made us feel heard, understood, and completely taken care of. We truly had a dream wedding, and Cierra was a huge part of making that possible. If you want a planner who will understand your vision, take care of every detail, keep you calm, and genuinely care about you as a person, hire Cierra. We feel incredibly lucky that she was our planner.

Cierra from Wedding Day Girl was BEYOND incredible! She was so kind and attentive throughout the entire day and was truly the glue that held everything together! Although we opted for "Day of Coordination" we had communication with Cierra months leading up to our big day and she answered any and all questions along the way.
