One of my favorite things about working with them was how calm and comfortable they made us feel. Our first look and pre-ceremony photos ended up being some of the moments when we felt most present during the entire day. It was so much fun to just get away from the setup and logistics for a little while, be together, and actually enjoy what was happening. Ned and Julia made that feel completely natural rather than like we were constantly "taking pictures." And then, of course, the actual photos are just so good. We didn't initially think photography needed to be one of the things we prioritized most, and I am SO glad we changed our thinking on that. We will have these photos forever, and they captured so many parts of the day that we know we'll be grateful to have. The final gallery was also incredibly easy to navigate, share, and download, which made getting everything to our families and friends really simple. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Maine began until the very last firework lit up the night sky, Ned documented every part of the day with incredible artistry. With our busy schedules between work and school, they made every step easy and accommodating. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Because they provided more coverage than we expected, we ended up with getting ready photos and party photos that we originally did not think we would have time for.  Julia wrote a beautiful and heartfelt piece for our ceremony that fit my fiancé and me perfectly. It felt so personal, almost as if she had known us for years. Ned and Julia also set up our first look themselves, and they handled every detail with calm professionalism. Beyond the photos he took of us (which are absolutely beautiful), what really stands out are the photos he took of our immediate family that really reflect their personality. I know that may sound obvious, but a lot of friends have complained about photographers not taking photos of family members. I love the photos he took of my family the most. Finally, Ned is just a great guy. We had a very stressful life event happen right before our wedding that could have easily ruined the day. Ned has been such a positive and bright light during and after the wedding - helping us feel relaxed during the moment and being super responsive to photo requests since then. We connected easily from our first meeting and he was always in regular communication in the months leading up to the day. He was punctual, efficient, and knew very well who he could rely on for any information he needed as to not distract us from focusing on the moments. He got along very well with everyone he spoke to, and by the end of the night he felt like another guest we had invited. He even went out of his way to help the event coordinators get us anything we needed, like water and sodas to keep our energy up for the rest of the night. I couldn't imagine our big day going any better, and Ned was a huge part of the success. He had some samples for us to see the very next morning and knows how to keep up the excitement even after it's all over.
