e could imagine), it was delicious and celiac safe! We got married in Tuckasegee, NC and could not find anyone in the area that could make a celiac safe cake, I was so panicked! We expanded our search and thankfully Elizabeth was willing to travel to deliver the cake! We are so thankful for all her help, from shipping us cake tastings all the way to Orlando, FL to working with us to figure out the size and the design. We ended up doing three different flavors (carrot cake, apple spice and sweet potato) because they were all so delicious and our guests loved trying all the flavors. We had the perfect amount for our 65 guests and our non-gf guests had no idea that it was gluten free! The frosting was the perfect level of sweet and the cake was so flavorful. The cake was also very fairly priced! We thought the travel cost and the cake cost were incredibly reasonable and well worth it. I really hope that other celiac brides and find the Wandering Southerner so they can enjoy their own wedding cake without fear!
