Sue really helped make the wedding flowers we envisioned come true. The bouquets were beautiful and the wildflowers for the centerpieces and columns were right on point. We gave ...
her ideas and she really blew us away! Our one year old even had a little flower, which was so awesome. The price could not be beat and the handling from first contact to return of the rentals was top notch. If you think that a good price means bad flowers - no way. Walter Knoll consistently delivers and I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them every time.
We could not be more pleased with the beautiful bouquets and arrangements for my daughter's wedding and reception. The customized service we received was incredible! Sue knew exa...
ctly how to bring to life my daughter's ideas, worked within our budget and created gorgeous bouquets that lasted well beyond the wedding! This was the second time we have used WKF for a wedding and wouldn't think of going anywhere else -- their products, service and delivery are top-notch!
Walter Knoll did SUCH a great job. They were extremely affordable compared to other florists we looked at, and also didn’t have a minimum order price. Since we only did handhelds a...
nd some wholesale greenery, but they still gave me the attention and treated me as if I had ordered $10k worth of flowers. I’ve always ordered from them for other occasions, and will continue to do so after a great wedding experience.
I cannot sing high enough praises for WKF and the bridal team. We worked with Sunny and she made my inspiration pictures a reality. The design of our center pieces, my bouquet, and...
the florals for our arbor were outstanding. She helped to make sure everything was set up how we discussed, answered all of our questions and helped make our wedding even better. We also worked with Cheyenne the day of as she helped with setting everything up! Both were outstanding to work with, our flowers were amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with WKF!
We had not yet picked a florist for my daughter’s wedding but were in the midst of deciding on the design for her reception. We are from Kansas City but the wedding was in St Louis...
so I had no experience with florists in STL.
After viewing the venue reception space, I really wanted to use some live trees to offset some areas. We searched online for rental trees and I came across Walter Knoll Florists. I called and spoke with David Knoll who oversees the landscaping side of WKF. He invited my daughter and I in and helped us choose which rental trees would best provide the look we wanted. They have many more choices in person than they even list online. David made this so easy and enjoyable, it was the most fun thing my daughter and I had done for the wedding up to that point.
Once we decided on the trees, David suggested that we go to the floral storefront and meet with one of their designers to see if WKF could provide all of our florals. We made the drive and I am so happy that we did!
We met with Cheyenne Narup who did become our wedding floral designer. She is extraordinarily talented. We brought some inspiration photos and she made suggestions for replacements for some flower types that were ridiculously expensive – so much so that they could not recommend using them. The replacements she chose were so much better than what we had originally pictured. Cheyenne knows what she is doing and it shows in everything she does and in the way she communicates. Cheyenne heard from me all through the wedding planning process and responded in the most timely manner and answered all of my questions with kindness.
Because of Cheyenne, we booked WKF for all of our florals almost immediately. We were all set and then the bride changed her mind about what she wanted the florals on the alter columns to look like and Cheyenne had to start over on those in the proposal. Cheyenne took this all in stride and gave us the designs we were looking for (and I had to tell my daughter to stay off of Pinterest).
On the wedding day, WKF showed up with the trees as scheduled and placed them for us. The came back after the reception (11 pm) and picked them up as we could not keep any décor in the venue overnight). Cheyenne came in with an assistant and together they set up all of the florals. There were a lot and they absolutely nailed it. The florals enhanced the space everywhere they were placed. We received so many complements on the florals. They were so beautiful; I still tear up when I see the pictures.
Please consider Walter Knoll Florists for your wedding or next event. They will put everything they have into making the florals for your event what you want, perfectly.
They were incredibly professional, however I had to be mindful of the details I’d given them. Through different revisions of our florals, I caught a couple of mistakes. I really en...

me bring my vision for our wedding to life and she nailed it! The proposal, the final review in person with Sunny, she even came to the church before the wedding day to meet us and go over everything! She was amazing and when I saw the flowers on the day of our wedding….Wow! The bouquets, the alter flowers, the centerpieces, everything was beautiful!! They were exactly as we had envisioned and just spectacular! Sunny was so friendly, professional, caring and answered a million and one questions and we were so blessed to have her expertise! The day of the wedding there were unforeseen delays with the ceremony and her and her staff adapted and were so professional. The arrangements at the reception venue were just beautiful and we could not have been more pleased! We highly recommend Walter Knoll Florist!

uld bring our vision to life. We wanted to be sure the weddings had their own personalities. Both my daughters had their own vision and Sue made sure this came to life. The Walter Knoll design team is very creative and provided stress free service. We are very happy we choose Walter Knoll as our florist.
My husband just asked me what I got the most compliments on at our daughter’s wedding on 3-18-23 and without a doubt the beautiful florals, bouquets, boutonnières. Not only were t...

Some pros and cons here. Pros were for sure the flexibility on the contract up until the last moment for the flower needs and such. I also loved the color choices they provided, ev...
eryone really noticed how well the bouquets went with everything and how well the lady's flowers held up overall!! My first issue would be the lack of communication days before and on the day of the event.. I wasn't quite sure when the flowers were arriving to the venue. If it wasn't for one of my bridesmaid having other means of contact with the florist, I would have been in more of a panic than I was that day. Second.... unfortunately some flowers on the men's boutonnieres were dead, and again if it wasn't for our green-thumbed bridesmaid, they would have been useless for the ceremony. She was able to trim away the dead pieces. Then.. after only a couple hours of use, pretty much every boutonniere was dead and discolored and had to be removed for all photos for the majority of the day. Very disappointed in that aspect. Pricing was fair, but not the quality I really wanted in the end! Thankfully my bridal bouquet held up and I was able to preserve it.
Couldn't be more thrilled with how the flowers at our wedding turned out - from my bouquet to the flowers on the pews to our centerpieces at the reception, everything was just perf...

t our vision. The outcome exceeded our expectations! Also, the delivery and payment process was flawless making our floral wedding "to do" list effortless. We just returned from our Honeymoon & my bouquet (in the fridge, of course) is still is beautiful shape! Highly recommend WKF!

up until the last few weeks. I brought in a Pinterest picture of a bridal bouquet, thinking it was too picture perfect to be replicated, but Sue took one look and was able to mimic it exactly for me with very little effort! Their bouquets were GORGEOUS, and they use fresh high quality flowers, which were blooming for days after the wedding!

It's no wonder Walter Knolls has been in business FOREVER! Working with Sue L at Walter Knolls was amazing. Our first meeting she took the future bride through the ginormous flower...
coolers and told her to pick out anything that caught her eye. She then put together the most beautiful bouquet right in front of our very eyes. She has a strong attention to detail even after postponing for an entire year Sue was right on top of our order. We had several changes during the last month and Sue was so very patient and kind every time I called or emailed. She usually responded immediately or with 24 hours. We had 3 style of flowers on the tables along with a beautiful mantel piece, and they were all absolutely gorgeous. Sunny and Kevin did an amazing job of artistically decorating the venue. The brides and bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what the bride wanted. I unequivocally recommend this company!
Flowers were pretty and delivered on time. The disappointing part was that I delivered some special items (from two grandmothers who passed away just months before the wedding) to...
be incorporated into the bridal bouquet, as was agreed upon. The items were not included in the bouquet, which was very disappointing, and of course we didn't know until it was too late to do anything about it. Sue was very apologetic and overall I liked working with her. However, it seems like they lost the ability to focus on an individual bride's needs. Maybe they are just too big. I would choose a different florist if I had to do it again.
Sue was so easy and great to work with! Everything went so smoothly and our flowers turned out beautiful- I couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous bouquet!
I had an average experience with Walter Knoll as my wedding florist. I had a very specific photo of what I wanted (and paid for) for my centerpiece (the one attached that has the c...
andles lit and the white blooms in it) and the other photo attached (totally different design, no blooms, basically just leaves laid down) is what I got on the day of my wedding. We called them 3 hours ahead of the wedding to let them know there must have been an error, but they did not fix anything. In fact, my photographer ended up taking some flowers from our wedding venue site to the reception to add them to our centerpieces to try to make them not look like stems had just been laid down on plates.....Also, I emailed them 2.5 weeks before the wedding to let them know we had less people
coming and needed less tables so we over paid on centerpieces by several tables and they told me I had missed the 3 week mark for when they order flowers so it was too late to get money back - which I totally understand, but it would have been nice if they had made us aware of that and checked in with us before making the order since we planned this wedding/numbers pre Covid. However, I do think they did a good job with the bouquets. To be honest, if I could do it over, I would select someone else.
