Our wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel was an absolute fairy tale from start to finish. From the very beginning, Taylor Sachs was truly amazing in every way—organized, tho...
ughtful, incredibly helpful, and so genuinely kind. We always felt supported and cared for, and on our wedding day, that attention carried through in the most beautiful way.
Ashley Harmony, who handled our billing, was also wonderful to work with. She was always so kind, incredibly responsive, and ready to answer any questions we had. Her communication was clear, her directions were easy to follow, and everything was handled promptly and professionally.
The Swan Hotel was also incredibly convenient, which made the entire experience even more special. We were able to get ready at the hotel, and they have a special opportunity to arrange for a Christmas tree to be delivered to your room. Our wedding was on December 19th, so of course we had to have a Christmas tree in our room! Having those Christmas touches throughout our entire stay made the experience feel extra magical and meaningful. Plus, it was perfect for our getting-ready photos!
The entire staff treated us like royalty. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and I truly never had an empty drink in my hand. Our ceremony at Crescent Terrace felt completely magical, and everything flowed so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment.
Our reception at Il Mulino was just as exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the day feel intimate and special. Looking back, it’s hard to imagine a single thing we would change.
We wish we could relive this day over and over. The Swan has always been our favorite hotel on Disney property, and now it holds an even more special place in our hearts. My husband and I plan to return every year to celebrate. If you’re considering this venue, you will be in the very best hands! :)
Our daughter was recently married at the WDW Swan Reserve, and we could not stop marveling through the entire wedding day. From the beginning, Jennifer and her team worked seamless...
ly with Emylie, our planning partner with Just Marry!. They both did so much to put me, my husband, and our daughter at ease. We felt confident going into the wedding day that everything would go exactly as planned, and they did not disappoint!
On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves. Emylie and her team checked in with us as we were getting ready and while we were taking photos before the ceremony, reassuring us that everything was on track. They also guided us to where we needed to be as the day went on. Emylie and Jennifer were so communicative with us throughout the day, always making sure we had what we needed.
The wedding flew by without a hitch, and we could not stop smiling. Guests kept coming up to say how beautiful the Vue was and how much fun they were having. Everyone shared how much they enjoyed the delicious food. And more than one guest told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which was just amazing to hear.
I cannot recommend the Swan and Just Marry! enough. They will truly make your wedding unforgettable!
We had our wedding at the Vue at the Swan Reserve and it was nothing short of amazing! The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and the planning services both from Kris...
tie Pederson at the Swan Reserve and from Danielle Palmer at Just Marry were so personalized and helpful. We truly felt like they listened to us, help us personalize things, and made us feel like a king and queen.
In the end, everything went well, guests said how good the food was and they loved the location. They were able to create amazing custom appetizers for gluten, garlic, and onion al...
lergies - no one even noticed! Everything went well for guests, and I appreciate all the vendors we were able to bring in. However, there were numerous issues we faced as the couple.
1 - They were not very attentive to us a couple. My (now) wife was never asked and never got a drink during the entire night by staff. Our family were the ones that brought us drinks and food. I got drinks at the start but never asked after. My wife (who got a special allergy meal) and I shared a meal because by the time anyone came to us about eating, the food from the buffet was ice cold.
2 - We were very specific about allergy meals (nut allergies) for guests - but only one person got theirs. Not even the bride’s father got his.
3 - If your ceremony location is Crescent Terrace, you’ll be waiting around and lining up in the lobby so guests will see you as they’re arriving - it’s a very awkward location.
4- We were very much looking forward to the holding room after the ceremony as a place for me and my partner to relax, have a drink, and eat apps. However, only an Iced tea was ready by the time we arrived so once everything else did arrive, we had to rush to finish our appetizers and drinks to go back to meet our guests.
5- We were told that someone would check us into our complimentary room, and even try to check us in early. At the end of the night when we asked for our room keys, Just Marry! team said “Oh do you still want that”. We were tired and didn’t know how long it would take to get a room so we said no and left. We ended up losing the comp room.
The location is beautiful but make sure you are very specific and on top of everything. I would also suggest asking if you can take out the Just Marry! team and go with a wedding planner who is focused on you rather than the venue
My husband and I got married at the Swan Reserve back in August and it was without doubt the best day of our lives! :)

ott team went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with as they made all of the planning so easy and held our hand through the entire process. They were so patient with all of our questions and provided their expertise to help guide us when decision making! They also worked hand-in-hand with our wedding planner (Just Marry!) to ensure that no details, no matter how small, slipped through the cracks! Help from the incredible Marriott team didn’t stop after the planning was done, however, their wonderful staff (including Kristie and Taylor) were there from start to finish of our wedding day to ensure that everything went according to plan! They were even thoughtful enough to create a relaxing space for my husband and I to unwind and connect / talk together immediately after the ceremony — which was something that we really wanted to do!…it’s like they just knew us, we didn’t even have to ask!
We will forever be grateful for the amazing help, kindness, talent and generosity of Jennifer, Kristie, Taylor and the rest of their wonderful team!! They even helped make our stay at the Swan Reserve the night of the wedding extra magical and we will never forget their thoughtfulness!! In fact, their entire staff that we dealt with during our stay were absolutely lovely and we wouldn’t have wanted to have our special day anywhere else!!
I would greatly recommend this location and staff for any wedding or special event that you have!! :)
My wife and I got married in the Oasis ballroom and our reception was in the Vue ballroom at the top of the Swan Reserve. Fortunately, that was the first and only venue we toured b...
ecause we knew right away that's where we wanted to get married. It is absolutely stunning in the Vue! I was even more impressed with the catering team, specifically Kristie! She was so great to work with and made sure we were taken care of and got exactly what we wanted. She shared some great tips with us that helped our wedding day go smoothly. She went above and beyond what we wanted and we can't thank her enough for all of her hard work!
I was fortunate enough to host my wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. I am a huge Disney fan, so much so in fact that many of my family members told me that if they opene...
d their invite and did not see a Disney wedding they would not believe it was mine. That being said, my fiancé and I did look at hosting our wedding at the Disney resort, however they could not provide us with an outdoor cocktail space with a close indoor reception space. Plus we really wanted a location where all our friends and family could stay and enjoy all the wedding festivities in one place. We were extremely happy to find that the Swan Resort could accommodate our outdoor cocktail and indoor reception vision. The grounds are absolutely beautiful especially during the holidays, and our guests loved not only the prime Disney location, but the service they received while staying at the hotel. Word of the wise, I will say getting a date at the Swan Resort was difficult. They do prioritize conventions and therefore give them first pick at the dates, so that was difficult to deal with on the onset. However, once you get a date and if you are lucky enough to get to work with Natalie Abrams at the Swan Resort you have hit the jackpot! I cannot say enough about Natalie, she worked closely with my amazing wedding planner Leanna McDonald at JustMarry! and she is top notch. We hosted not only our wedding at the Swan, but also a rehearsal lunch, meet & greet cocktail the night before the wedding, and a farewell breakfast. All our events were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have 115 guests at our wedding who flew in from all over the world and each one of them not only loved the hotel but cannot say enough about the food. If you are thinking about a Disney wedding I highly suggest the Walt Disney World Swan resort. Picking a wedding venue can be a difficult decision but I am so glad that the one I picked I get to continue to enjoy, for not only do I hold fond memories of staying at the Swan & Dolphin when I was younger, I now get to continue these memories staying there with my now husband and someday my children. I cannot thank the team at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort enough for my dream wedding!
Our wedding was put together as a package. We got to customize it to our exact specifications which was AWESOME and they had a few different sites to choose from for our ceremony. ...
I really enjoyed having choices and being able to pick from a list or be able to add my own ideas. We did have a few bumps in the road but overall everyone was incredibly nice and our day was beautiful

ive for a double for one night, but it was pretty and convenient for us.
I stayed here a few times and I am glad I picked this resort for my wedding guest. Hospitable, flexible and really made my wedding week a lot smoother.
If you want to get married in Disneyworld and you don't want to spend an arm and a leg this is the way to go. I did the basic package on the white sand beach. The venue was so beau...
tiful. The wedding planners were so helpful and attentive. I was trying to plan a wedding from Indiana and the wedding planners made everything so easy.
Fantastic, awesome, I can't say enough about our event there. We were about 40 people in their private back room and still had tons of rooms. It allows you a private entrance in ...
and out (for smokers) and they paused service to allow us to go see the nightly fireworks before end of the night coffee service. loved it and would love to think of some reason to have a party there again.

ry Tale wedding so we decided to have our wedding at the Swan instead. We still got to have beautiful wedding pictures along the Boardwalk, the use of Disney approved wedding vendors, the close proximity to the parks but with a smaller price tag and none of the hassles. The team at the Swan and Dolphin took great care of our wedding guests. Our wedding was located at the Crescent Terrace which is a beautiful and serene area overlooking the waterway leading to Epcot. It was perfect!

he wedding I put everything into the Catering & Event Team's hands and they exceeded my expectations. They are truly a professional & classy team! They made it a dream day for me and everyone is still talking about the food! Best wedding food ever, is what we've heard from our guests.
The food was fantastic for the wedding. I could not ask for more. The desserts were AMAZING! I highly recommend WDW Swan and Dolphin! All in all, it was a bit overly priced; ho...
