Hiring our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made!
Although her role was as our day-of coordinator, she started working with us about 5–6 months before the weddi...
ng through planning checklists and regular check-in meetings. Those meetings kept us accountable, helped us stay on track, and honestly lit a fire under me to start making decisions. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but having her guidance made the process so much easier.
Whenever I was struggling to decide between ideas, she took the time to listen, offered thoughtful advice, and suggested alternatives that often ended up being even better than what I originally had in mind. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable, and I always felt like she wanted what was best for us.
On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. She coordinated with our vendors, kept everyone on schedule, handled the behind-the-scenes details, and made sure my husband and I could simply enjoy the day. Her calm, organized, and professional demeanor gave us complete peace of mind.
She truly cared about making our wedding day special, and we are so grateful for all of the time, effort, and support she provided throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who is organized, experienced, dependable, and genuinely invested in her couples, I highly recommend her. She played a huge part in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!

d be in the best hands. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, beautifully executed, and handled with such care and professionalism.
Kyna truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. She took the time to understand our vision, our personalities, and what mattered most to us as a couple.
Kyna was always happy to communicate via scheduled update calls or to answer our spur of the moment questions which we greatly appreciated.
We appreciated her calm and organized presence on the day of the wedding. We didn't have to worry about a single thing- every timeline, vendor, and detail was perfectly coordinated, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the day.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and smoothly everything went! If you're looking for someone who's talented, kind, detail oriented, and truly passionate look no further. Kyna Horton/ Vowed to You is the best!

ndors, decorating with my DIY items, answering questions from our guests, putting food and dessert to the side for us, cleaning up and placing all our DIY items back in our bins. My family and guests loved working with her as well and enjoyed how she can have fun with everyone and take care of everything at the same time. If you need someone to help ease your stress on the wedding day regardless of being a bride who loves checklists or one who goes with the flow, Vowed to you is the option. Very blessed to work with them!

id not begin until 30 days prior to the wedding, Kyna jumped on quarterly calls with me in the months leading up to the wedding, sent me tips and recommendations as needed, and was always just a text or email away. She is so knowledgeable about this biz! She also comes up with quick resolutions to any hiccup that may arise. And most importantly, when you think that's it... Kyna finds new ways to go above and beyond to make your day super special. I'm sad that our planning journey is now over because I had become so accustomed to Kyna's check ins over the past year. Do yourselves a favor and book her TODAY!

mazing for me to walk into my venue and see my vision coming together, and with her additional touches the room was perfect. She was diligently monitoring the room throughout the entire reception to make sure everything was flowing properly and she ensured I had everything I needed before I left. I have no idea what I would have done without her and I'm SO GLAD I had a coordinator that I could trust to allow me to enjoy the night.

ible, and understanding. We booked Kyna about 4 months before our wedding. Due to circumstances that arised, we had to move our wedding date up 2 months (leaving only 2 months to plan everything) and Kyna did aboslutely incredible with how fast and rushed everything needed to be planned. She got things done! She was organized and served as a great reminder of many important items. She truly relieved a lot of stress off my shoulders. On top of this, we had a BIG FAT, crazy, very traditional Albanian wedding with about 600 people so this just comes to show she can work with any background, any race, and any traditions you throw her way. Highly recommend.
Warmest regards,
Mrs. Maksuti

. She handled all the separate deliveries, the timeline, the setup and teardown with utmost professionalism. She kept the night running smoothly and both kept us informed as well as allowed us space to enjoy ourselves. Most of all, she has a calm and collected presence that kept me from getting anxious about planning and kept us on track. She had a fabulous bakery recommendation for cake too. She had so many special touches at the venue to add to the decor and welcoming atmosphere; I noticed them all through the night. You will not regret hiring Kyna. She knows her stuff.
