Hiring Vow and Vine Collective for month-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Emily (EP) was our coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic. From our initial consultation, the process was informative and helped set clear expectations for what month-of coordination would look like. When we met with Emily, she took the time to walk through our entire wedding day in detail, making sure she understood every aspect of our vision and timeline. We met again during the week of the wedding to confirm all the final details, which gave us so much confidence that everything was in place. On our wedding day, Emily truly did it all. She managed the timeline, coordinated with our vendors, set up our decor, answered questions, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and was a constant advocate for us throughout the day. She made sure everything moved smoothly from our ceremony to the reception so we could focus on enjoying every moment. At the end of the night, she even helped load decorations and personal items into our family's vehicles so everything was ready to go. Emily was the glue that held our wedding day together. Her organization, professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail allowed us, our families, and our wedding party to simply enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. I cannot say enough nice things about Vow and Vine. Rebecca was the absolute best and made the entire month leading up to my wedding as seamless as possible, with endless patience and flexibility, and the most peaceful energy that somehow made everything less stressful. She made the wedding day absolutely perfect - I really truly did not have to worry about a single thing all day. From last minute changes to missing seating assignments to family confusion - she handled everything so well that I almost didn't even know they happened. I am an extremely anxious person, so I was very nervous that I wouldn't be able to be fully present at the wedding. Rebecca made it happen. At the end of the night, she handled all the clean up and logistics with the vendors so we were able to enjoy every possible second with our guests. I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without her - she was absolutely crucial to our day and I could not recommend her more!!!! Thank you so much Rebecca and team <3

y not only took the time to understand us as a couple but listened and executed everything perfectly and then some. She made the day stress free for us and our families by helping coordinate all the moving parts and mitigating any outside stressors. She made sure that everything happened on time (vendor drop offs, food & desserts going on when they were supposed to, making sure the signature drinks were never empty etc). She has has a great attention to detail which was important for us as we had a vision of exactly how we wanted things and she made sure that things were in place. Emily was amazing at handling a multitude of family personalities and was extremely supportive. The most important thing to us was that she was honest and authentic which perfectly describes Emily! She never made us feel uncomfortable or like we were asking too much and we really appreciated her support. Again - we would definitely recommend Emily for your big day!

a thing! She had an assistant who came on the day of and together they handled everything including removing everything from our bridal suite so when the party was over all we needed to do was leave. Emily had her hands full for our wedding too. We had two ceremonies, an Indian and American ceremony. In between we had a social and cocktail hour followed by a reception. There was a lot to coordinate and Emily handled things beautifully. I also got her to jump in for the baraat celebration! She was a lot of fun but very professional. Would recommend her (and Vow and Vine) again and again. 100/10 !!

As our coordinator, she was extremely detail oriented and organized, often asking thoughtful questions that prompted conversations/decisions my fiancé and I hadn’t even thought of! What I loved most about her approach is her desire to understand your priorities, concerns, and what you most want to remember about your wedding day - and then making it happen! Throughout the wedding weekend, she flawlessly ran our rehearsal, kept us on track in terms of timing, ensured the wedding party knew where to be and what to do, kept me calm (and fed!), and handled any issues that came up independently and efficiently. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. She made the ceremony personal, funny, and most importantly, authentic to us as a couple. Like her coordination approach, she makes sure to deeply understand you as a couple and captures your story beautifully. We couldn’t recommend Vow & Vine more! If you are looking for a coordinator who will keep you organized, understand your priorities, and bring your dream wedding to life, Emily and her team are the absolute best!

Like every wedding, there were a few last minute issues on the day, but Emily stayed calm and handled everything so we didn’t have to worry.
