Working with Robin of VOG Events was a great decision! She gave us lots of vendor suggestions but gave us the freedom to make decisions on our own. Working with other wedding vendo...
rs and signing contracts can be filled with new language, but Robin was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand the things we didn’t understand throughout the process. She also gave great tips on what to ask for or look for when choosing vendors and making decisions about minor details and how our day would flow. When it came to the wedding day Robin and her team executed things flawlessly! If something did go wrong we would have never known because they always had everything under control. Robin and her team were prompt, professional, and very personable.
We have had the greatest honor and fun of working with Robin Goins and her team at Vision of Gold Events during one of our biggest and detailed timeline events of this year. Robin ...
and her team kept me and my second photographer with auto text messages (I thought this was so cool that she scheduled the timeline for auto delivery!) since we were covering 3 levels of wedding related events. There were countless instances of Robin's service throughout the wedding day including making sure we hydrated and got a few minutes to recharge. The fact that she gave this much care to her client's entire wedding team meant a great deal to us about the values that they embody. And finally, Robin matched our team with her clients, and I could not imagine working with a more fun, relaxed and joyful couple! I cannot recommend Robin and her team at VOG Events highly enough. Please do reach out to her if you are planning a wedding or event. She will be a tremendous resource and she is genuinely a very kind & sweet person. I look forward to working with VOG Events again! etail was considered. I really appreciated how helpful VOG was in making suggestions to enhance our event and offer considerations for a rain contingency. VOG even provided a checklist of things to remember to bring. We were able to sit back and relax and enjoy the day knowing that VOG had handled the caterers and venue for us. The event was amazing!
We found and hired Robin only a few months before our wedding due to a miscommunication with our venue regarding having a day of coordinator. She jumped right in and was extremely ...
helpful and professional throughout the experience. Our day would not have been the day that it was without her. During the time leading up to the event I thought I was organized but she had brought up things that I had not thought of that made a big difference in the quality of our day. Thanks to Robin our rehearsal dinner was organized and effective and our wedding day was the best day of my life! We cannot thank Robin and her husband enough for all that they did for us. I would HIGHLY recommend VOG for your wedding or any other events.

Robin was a pleasure to work with. I DJd a recent wedding where she was the planner and our dynamic was great. Robin is the kind of planner that has a handle on every step of the...
process but is not intrusive with the major players the day of the event. She maintains a confidence and control on situations, yet addresses matters "in the background" which, having interacted with nearly 50 different planners, is a quality you don't find often. Her timeline / writeup for the day's schedule was clean and easy to follow, which helps the DJ / emcee in maintaining a proper flow. I hope to work with her again.

nication and adjusting to the many changes that kept coming at the last minute. Robin and Jerome were very personable and down to earth while still providing a professional experience. I would definitely hire VOG events again if I were to have another large event.
