The food and service at the tasting event was 5 stars, and we knew immediately, we'd be booking Vinwood for our wedding. Erica was an outstanding coordinator, and we felt so lucky to work with her for our event! Fast forward to the wedding, and we had the most perfect day! Erica and the Vinwood team took care of everything. Before I could even think of a question, it would already be done. The cocktail hour apps, bartenders, servers, dinner entrees, table settings, cake cutting, presentation...it was all a wow. We were so happy with the way everything turned out, and our guests were all raving about the food. As a note, we had several family members from France, and the beef bourguignon was a huge hit! We are an interracial couple with Chinese and Irish backgrounds, and it was very important to us that our wedding reflected both cultures—especially through the food. Finding a caterer that could accommodate this wasn't easy, as most authentic Chinese restaurants don't cater large off-site weddings. That's when we found Vinwood, and we're so glad we did. Wedding planning was overwhelming, especially since we had never planned anything like this before. We started working with Vinwood in December 2025 and exchanged what felt like 100 emails with Erica, along with several video meetings. We discussed everything from menu planning and Chinese traditions to vendor coordination and logistics. Erica was incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough. No matter how many questions we had, she always made us feel heard and confident throughout the process. On the wedding day, as with any wedding, a few unexpected things came up—but our catering experience wasn't one of them. Everything happened exactly as Erica had prepared us for. We knew we weren't expecting restaurant-style Chinese cuisine, and that was completely understandable. What impressed us most was the effort Chef Chris put into learning and preparing the dishes. Although it was his first time making several Chinese dishes, the flavors were surprisingly close to what we were hoping for, and our Chinese guests enjoyed them as well. The appetizers were fantastic, and throughout the night we received countless compliments about both the food and the drinks. What truly set Vinwood apart was their level of care. Weddings are hectic, and the staff regularly checked in on my wife to make sure she had food, water, and anything else she needed. During cocktail hour, while we were outside taking photos, they even brought us food and drinks so we wouldn't miss out. Those thoughtful moments meant a lot to us. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine choosing another catering company. Vinwood exceeded our expectations in every way through their professionalism, communication, organization, and genuine care for us and our guests. If you're planning a multicultural wedding, have unique menu requests, or are getting married at a venue with more complex logistics, I wholeheartedly recommend Vinwood Catering. She was very knowledgeable and made sure all the details were exactly as we wanted. On the day of, the staff was equally as excellent. They were professional and kind to guests, and they made sure everyone was taken care of. At one point during cocktail hour, I mentioned I wanted a specific passed hors d’oeuvre, and they appeared 30 seconds later with a full tray! Dinner service was also seamless - I had some guests with dietary restrictions that they made sure to address. And lastly, the food was absolutely outstanding. Several guests said it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. I am so happy we had Vinwood catering at our wedding!

were so indecisive about what to pick and made several changes, but she was so flexible and easy with everything. We even had some last minute back and forth changes with guests attending/not attending, but Gina and Vinwood accommodated so easily which really took away much of our stress. My husband has a nut allergy in which they were very careful with every dish to exclude for him.  The food at Vinwood was also excellent. For hor d'oeuvres, some of our favorites were the fig with goat cheese, scallop wrapped bacon, and mini lamb meatballs. We also loved our signature drinks -- mango margarita and prosecco orange fizz. We chose the rosemary chicken and beef bourguignon as entrees which were both hits among our guests. We also loved that they saved her d'oeuvres just for us to enjoy privately during cocktail hour. We also ended up adding the pretzel cart as a late night snack and Vinwood was very accommodating to allow us a lower head count for this since we knew some groups of our guests would leave early. All in all, we are so happy to have worked with Vinwood and Gina for our wedding!

That was not something we thought we could afford in our budget until we found them. We had a rosemary chicken option  and  a beef tenderloin for dinner that everybody including myself absolutely loved. There was also a salads and rolls. The grazing board was unbelievable. My guests are still talking about it days later. The set up was beautiful. They were excellent at communicating everything. They were able to accommodate allergies. I highly recommend them for all events!!

The food was so good that my entire family in our group chat the next day was raving about it, joking they wanted to hire Vinwood to make food for them every day.  In addition, the service was impeccable. All of the staff were so friendly, competent, and on top of everything. They were so efficient in our brunch buffet service of 120 guests that we were able to start dancing a half hour ahead of schedule! In addition, they took care of all tables, linens, etc. with all inclusive pricing, and the place looked gorgeous.  Vinwood was incredible day-of and also a dream to work with on the months beforehand. When we first started planning, we reached out to 6 caterers. Vinwood was the first to respond, and when we jumped on a call with them to explain our vision for the wedding food (boozy Sunday brunch), Erica at Vinwood was immediately enthusiastic and on board. Within days she had a curated draft menu for us to review with extremely competitive pricing. Throughout the process, she was so responsive to all questions, concerns, and thoughts, and was FUN to work with. We found ourselves laughing during the calls with Erica at Vinwood, but also felt that she was so professional and on top of everything! She really knows her stuff and we trusted her completely, and her execution of the day was absolutely perfect.  I also want to note how easy they were to work with regarding dietary restrictions. We had many guests who had severe dietary restrictions, and they made it so easy to accommodate them! I can’t imagine finding another caterer with food as delicious, service as impeccable, and with as competitive pricing.  Hire them!

o chat with! She was so responsive and had an answer for our million questions, and never made us feel like we were annoying. On the day of the wedding our coordinator was Kristin, and i can honestly say I am glad we did not hire a coordinator because Kristin took care of EVERYTHING! She introduced herself the day of and made the day SEAMLESS. We didnt have time for a rehearsal and she immediately planned it for us and made sure everyone know where to go. She set up all of our decor in the wedding space exactly how we wanted it. While we were getting ready/doing photos she kept us updated on how the set up was going, let us know when the bus with our guests was here, and even escorted the wedding party to the venue. After the ceremony she immediately had my shawl ready (December wedding!) and took me and my husband to the venue so we could have a minute to breathe and enjoy the apps and our signature cocktails! After we had the appetizers she checked if we wanted more and we said maybe one more of everything and she brought us two of everything (she was right, we needed more lol). She also bustled my dress which was SO helpful. Throughout the reception my husband and I didn't go to bar once because she kept an eye on us at all night. My parents also said the same thing (and my husband's pare nts!) She kept the event running smoothly all evening and we were sad to say goodbye! The food is out of this world. We've had guests texting us how amazing it was. Vinwood also kept the appetizers coming so everyone was able to get multiple rounds out for everyone. We did buffet style which we loved so people could get exactly what they wanted, and the food was so fresh and perfect temperature. At the end of the night Vinwood also packed up everything. They literally took care of every single detail. Cant recommend enough!!!

We chose a live pasta bar and a separate gf/vegan station, the vegan curry and the butternut squash raviolis are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family! We were matched with Erica as our event manager and she was so easy to work with and brought my reception vision to life. We decided on long family style tables that allowed us to keep the aisles wide for our flower girl’s wheelchair and lots of cocktail tables near the dance floor to house our games and temporary tattoo station allowing people to ebb and flow between activities seamlessly. Even though we came up with the concept together, I couldn’t believe my eyes when we walked in to see the room for the first time. The room was breathtaking, Erica and her team really excelled in a way we couldn’t have imagined. Vinwood runs like a well oiled machine, our cups and plates were never empty and everything was tidy and full the entire time. My wife and I looked forward to every call with Erica and are so immensely grateful for the way she jumped in to help us create the wedding of our dreams!

It's worth noting that they were partnered with our venue, Olio Event Space in Peabody, MA, but I have little doubt that they'd do an excellent job just about anywhere else they're willing to go. We had first heard of Vinwood through our venue because they had specific requirements and a list of partnered vendors we more or less had to choose from without a ton of hassle. While this could have easily become a nightmare, nearly all doubt was washed away as soon as we attended a tasting they hosted. We got to experience firsthand how great their food and staff were before getting into the thick of things, and we were able to get a head start on picking entrees, hors d'oeuvres, linens, and chinaware while we were at the tasting. When we had to lock things in, Vinwood was willing and able to accommodate our handful of allergic/picky eaters and create a dessert spread (cookie, brownie, and ice cream sundae bar) for us because we didn't want a wedding cake. From there until the big day, they remained very communicative about what they needed from us and what we could expect from them throughout the process, even going so far as to help us map out the order of operations in the wedding! Finally, on the big day, Erica and her staff took care of us throughout and were all very kind and personable. They went above and beyond in helping us decorate and brighten up the space to make it perfect for us, and we were once again blown away by the service, food, and drinks. We had lots of comments during and after the wedding about how great the food and drinks were, too. They took care of everything in the table and chair setups/moves/breakdown with what Vinwood, the venue, and we provided, all in a timely manner. I'll never forget one of the staff stopping to let me know the bar was closing, and despite getting lost in conversation again and again, she personally brought over a drink for me with a wink and a smile when she saw me failing to get away. If you couldn't tell by now, I can't sing them enough praise - thank you, Vinwood!!

Getting ready in the recently remodeled bridal suite was an absolute dream, and my husband being about to enjoy time in the gentleman’s quarters with his groomsman was everything. It checks all the boxes with beautiful landscaping, farm life (donkeys roaming), plenty of amenities and they ask all the right questions. The wedding coordinator Leslie went above and beyond to make our day smooth and offered so much extra support. Liz the catering coordinator for Vinwood was also wonderful throughout the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly and was able to make some last minute adjustments effortlessly. Our guests raved about the food, time management and ice cream bar. The wait staff, handyman, all so kind and receptive. I would recommend this venue to anyone who would like an effortless, beautiful wedding. The barn where the reception is held is full of charm and the grounds itself are soaked with history. I could go on and on but I am incredibly grateful I found this venue and trusted the process. The stunning grazing table at our cocktail hour was the topic of many family conversations, as well as how the delicious passed appetizers seemed endless! The food at our reception was fresh, hot, delicious and plated beautifully. The bartenders were friendly and efficient, and our signature drinks were better than we hoped for. On the day of our wedding, Kristin was our coordinator. It’s hard to find words to describe how incredible she was. From the moment she arrived, Kristin was the perfect mix of calm, excited, and prepared. She made us, our bridal party and our immediate families feel relaxed, taken care of, and SPOILED! Kristin handled everything for us behind the scenes, never appeared flustered, and went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. From communicating with vendors, coordinating with the photographer, organizing big moments, and making sure everyone had what they needed, Kristin was the magic sauce that made our wedding the most wonderful day.
