We had people coming up to us all night raving about the service. This was such a fun touch for our wedding and I would highly recommend Vinny Mozzarella to anyone else

us everything was. He was such a wonderful addition to our cocktail hour and even went out of his way to make sure my husband and I got to enjoy a plate of food! We would recommend him 100%!

till talking about him 6 months later! Vinny found us before guests came so we can try the mozzarella and we wanted to stop taking photos to continue taste testing! Could not recommend him enough! If you do one thing for your wedding, book with Vinny Mozzarella!

led and engaging — and the mozzarella was out of this world. Perfectly soft, warm, and paired with prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, peppers, and breads. Guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and honestly, neither could we!). We snuck a taste before our ceremony began and were instantly hooked. If you’re considering it — do it! It was such a unique and delicious experience.

ur and I am so thankful he could be a part of our special day!

is presence at our private club's grand opening party over Memorial Day weekend, it was like a culinary dream come true. Picture this: a bustling party with 300 eager members, all anticipating a night to remember. And boy, did Vinny deliver. With his expert hands and his state-of-the-art Berkel Flywheel Slicer, he wowed our guests with freshly made bocconcini and thinly sliced prosciutto that was simply out of this world. But it wasn't just about the food - it was the entire experience. Vinny didn't just show up and serve; he became a part of the festivities, chatting with our members and sharing fascinating stories about his journey into the mozzarella-making industry. From his humble beginnings to the incredible events he's been a part of over the years, Vinny's passion for his craft shone through in every word he spoke. Thanks to Vinny, our grand opening party was a resounding success, and our members are still raving about the unforgettable flavors and experiences he brought to the table. Vinny isn't just a chef; he's a culinary maestro, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had him be a part of our special day. If you ever have the chance to experience Vinny's magic for yourself, don't hesitate - it's an experience you won't soon forget.

t the mozzarella. Even the next day, I received several texts complimenting Vinny on not just the food, but his presentation. It was top class all around. I would recommend him to anyone for any event. Thank you for everything, Vinny!

ts ate 25lbs of cheese, that's gotta be a lot if he mentioned it. 11/10 worth every penny.

osciutto - I think it might be the only thing I ate all night! I highly recommend for any event. My only regret is only having him around for one hour!!

when you are the newlyweds, but Vinny made sure we had plenty of Mozzarella and Prosciutto the entire time. EVEN DURING PICTURES. Vinny was easy to talk to while planning and more than accommodating. 5 stars feels like too few =) We love you Vinny!!!

this world! If I could have married Vinny, I just might have!!!

, team of 6 videographers and photographers , team of florist, and wedding planning team was able to do what you couldn’t. He Started texting and calling wedding planning team as soon as he hit traffic. Sent pictures of the traffic, not one other vendor did any of that. Every other vendor had some trouble due to the festival going on but all got there and did their job. The challenges weren’t insurmountable and all you needed was patience. You tortured the planning team from the moment you were in traffic. I will say it again, It’s amazing that violinists, saxophonist, percussionist, several DJS, team of 6 videographers and photographers , team of florist, and wedding planning team was able to do what you couldn’t. Your unprofessional behavior was ridiculous. When you commit to something you follow through.

nough Vinny!!!!

st could not get enough, we wish he could have stayed all night!!!

st day even better. My wife and I were taking an endless amount pictures and starting to feel it when Vinny showed up with a tray of prosciutto to save us. He is a true professional and his services are a great way to have your day stand out, we highly recommend Vinny Mozz!!
