You can tell she’s a pro, when her estimates for how many people would likely select which options came back very, very accurate! It was really helpful to have an accurate quote so we had no surprise expenses as we got closer to the events. It was fun to make a date of attending the tasting event held at RSVP. It would’ve been great to try all of our items but the menu is limited and changes are not aligned with every season’s menu options. We had to put a little faith in Jill’s recommendations and thankfully everything was delicious. Now a moment to talk about the AMAZING staff at Village Pantry. Both evenings, we had teams who worked flawlessly together, who were efficient and accurate with serving our plated meals, and who took care and effort to accommodate our food preferences and allergies. We had toasts taking place throughout the meal, and the staff made sure our guests were not distracted by clearing or setting dishes. The bartenders made the effort to ask about my husband and I’s drink orders (and kept them coming throughout the night!) and a plate of appetizers was made up for and brought to the bridal party to enjoy as we took pictures during cocktail hour. The work it takes to make an event feel effortless often goes unnoticed; this team is best in class. I would recommend Village Pantry to anyone hosting a wedding or event in Cincinnati.

ended by the venue, who said everyone that has used VPC has been super happy, so we knew we were going with a great company! Their team was very responsive and accommodating as we played around with different combinations and changed our minds on things (more than a couple times) ;P We chose the "stations" and did four total, so they guided us in how to estimate how much to order of each station based on our guest count, and the food was a huge hit! Their desserts were also incredible (apple crisp shooters and pumpkin brownies!!), and they even sliced and plated our cake made by a family friend. They also worked with our venue to serve us a private dinner in the bridal suite during cocktail hour, which was one of the best moments of the whole day to have just a smidge of 1-on-1 time with my new husband :)
