Vicky’s Visionary Events

sted in making sure every detail was perfect. She stayed by our family’s side throughout the day, helping with everything big and small, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration. Victoria, Jack, Nicole, and Inayah were an incredible team. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. As the maid of honor, I can honestly say they were a lifesaver and helped make the day stress-free, beautiful, and unforgettable. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for helping create such a perfect wedding day for my sister and our family!

andled every detail seamlessly, kept everything running on schedule, and made sure both the couple and vendors felt supported throughout the entire event. What sets Victoria apart is not only her talent as a wedding coordinator but the kind of person she is. She is genuine, caring, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond. Her positive attitude and ability to solve problems before anyone even notices them is unmatched. As a vendor, working alongside Victoria and her team was an absolute pleasure. They were communicative, collaborative, and made the entire day run effortlessly. Any couple would be lucky to have Victoria by their side on their wedding day. We can’t recommend Victoria and her team enough! 💕✨ — Nicole Lee, Owner-Lone Star Drafts Mobile Bartending Services

d she is always prepared to ensure the event runs perfect!

of the $2200 and as I was telling her my vision (not asking for anything, just showing her my ideas) she wanted me to upgrade and pay her more money. DO NOT use this wedding planner!!

…hire her for your wedding or party!

lanner (an incredibly daunting task during an already stressful season of planning!) a friend of ours was having trouble with one of the vendors for their wedding. They had recently brought Victoria on to their team and she had solved the vendor issue literally overnight, bringing on a replacement from her list of vendors and negotiating a great deal to boot! We knew we had to sign her after hearing them talk about that experience. Victoria strikes the perfect balance of leading the charge and letting you take the reins from the planning phase to the actual wedding day. She’s got seemingly an endless supply of vendors she’s worked with or heard good things about. We used her recommended photographer, florist, and bakery; trust me, they’re all great! She’s also super savvy about keeping things within budget without losing any of the flair you want in a wedding! On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Victoria was there to tell us where to be, when, and ran things in the background with a polite yet firm hand. I never had to worry about running out of ice or the timeline getting off schedule, because she was there fixing it before anyone even noticed! All this to say you will never regret having her on your team. She is such an invaluable source of knowledge and advice and she knows some really great people! I am still in awe of my wedding photos and we never would’ve found our photographer without her. We’ve already recommended her to every engaged person we know, so by the time we’re done, she’ll have done nearly every wedding in our friend group! To Victoria and her team: thank you for such an amazing wedding experience!

and just the sweetest people to work with. From day one, they really took the time to understand our vision and somehow brought it to life even more beautifully than we ever imagined!! They helped with everything—planning, coordination, vendor communication, timelines—you name it! No detail was ever too small, and they were always so responsive, organized, and on top of it all. They made the entire process feel fun, easy, and completely stress-free, which is truly priceless during wedding planning. On the wedding day, everything went perfectly, and we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we knew we were in the best hands. The whole Visionary Events team is amazing—so kind, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about what they do, and it really shows. If you’re looking for a wedding planning company that will go above and beyond while making you feel so cared for along the way, Visionary Events is it! We are beyond grateful for Victoria, Nicole, Jack, Inayah, and their incredible team for making our dream day come to life in the most perfect way!!

ituation, is just phenomenal! Small weddings, big weddings, they will give 100% to make yours go smooth and perfect.

nd empathetic and knows how to navigate any challenge that comes up. I highly recommend working with Vicky and her team! Our wedding would not have been the same without them.

like her own.

She built amazing relationships with us and all of our vendors, handled every detail with care, and knew exactly when to be supportive and when to step in firmly. We shopped around, and choosing her team was easily one of the best decisions we made. Forever grateful. Highly recommend.

vendors all the way to keeping me grounded through the natural stress of the process. On the wedding day itself, her magic truly shined. She is incredibly detailed, organized, and somehow always thinking 10 steps ahead. Not only was she an exceptional coordinator, she genuinely became a friend (and therapist!) throughout the journey. I couldn’t have imagined this experience without her and highly recommend Victoria to any bride looking for someone who truly cares and delivers flawlessly.

ne care that made the entire planning process feel effortless. She listened closely to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions we never would have considered, and transformed every idea into something even more beautiful than we imagined. Our guests are still talking about how stunning and joy-filled the day was, and we owe so much of that to Victoria. If you want a planner who is talented, organized, kind, and truly invested in making your celebration extraordinary, look no further. Victoria is a dream to work with. We could not recommend her more highly!

s if it were a bigger event. From the very first conversation, she understood exactly what we envisioned, something simple, meaningful, and stress-free, and she went above and beyond to make it happen. She handled every detail, from coordinating vendors to setting up the most beautiful, personal touches that made the day feel uniquely us. Her positive energy kept everything running smoothly, and her creativity turned our small gathering into something truly magical. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, listens, and pours her heart into every moment, I can’t recommend Nicole enough. Thanks to her, our special day was everything we hoped it would be!

particular dreams for the wedding (and am a total perfectionist ha!), and Victoria brought the whole thing to life BEAUTIFULLY!! We've had so many people who attended say it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I know we couldn't have done it without Victoria and her team. They truly went above and beyond to really listen to my dream and make it happen! Plus they're just the nicest people, so I felt like we had a real friend through the process. You will not regret hiring this team!!

thing went as planned and my daughter and son-in-law had an absolutely amazing wedding.

a is that she was 100% supportive and dedicated to making my wedding the wedding of my dreams. Not only did she make sure everything ran smoothly the day of so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing (I literally did not think/worry about anything logistic on my wedding day), but she also offered so much help in the months leading up to the wedding. Victoria was so honest and real from our first consultation call and that is the reason I booked her. Not to mention, she has so much insight into the wedding industry and I found that to be such a great help because the industry can be so intimidating. The services she offers truly set her apart from other vendors and her team is such a delight to work with (shoutout jack). I feel so grateful that throughout my wedding planning I felt like I had a friend walking with me until the end and even after! Victoria- I could not have done it without you. Thank you for everything 🩵

e! She was professional and straightforward about wants and expectations from the get go. Her husband Jack was also incredible. They are so passionate and professional and good at what they do. Truly a visionary. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing - Jack even built us a fire pit to use during our very chilly January reception because he knew how important it was for us to have! Like, dug a hole and surrounded it with rocks. Unbelievable. They executed every idea we had better than we could have and were cutting up with my family the entire weekend! Do yourself a favor and pay them to do their thing. You will not regret it and you will have the smoothest experience possible.

n, and passion as the most elaborate celebration. Victoria truly understood my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful and timeless way. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and I was able to fully enjoy the day knowing everything was in their capable hands. My wedding was absolutely perfect—elegant, heartfelt, and everything I ever hoped for. I’m so grateful to Victoria and her team for making it all happen. If you’re looking for a planner who will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life, look no further than Visionary Events.

ooked a venue that provided a coordinator, but having another coordinator that is not associated with the venue was incredibly helpful to have! My now husband and I wanted our families and friends to enjoy themselves on our big day, and not have to help. Victoria and Nicole handled everything to make the day run so smoothly! They are both punctual, professional, and quick to respond when I reached out with a question. I also booked Victoria’s content creation package and had 300+ pictures and videos in my phone the next morning! It was so nice to have her capture the guests point of view without having to reach out to our guests for pictures and videos. My husband and I got to relive the night by all the content Victoria took from getting ready in the morning to the send off at midnight. The videos she created were amazing! I cannot recommend and thank Victoria and Nicole enough!

nd. The trust and connection she builds with her couples are truly remarkable. She seamlessly manages the timeline, oversees décor, and checks in throughout the day—all while bringing a fun, lighthearted energy that keeps everyone at ease. Her professionalism, dedication, and ability to create a stress-free, enjoyable experience make her an incredible choice for any wedding. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

ove and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and the day was absolutely beautiful. I’m especially grateful to Jack and the team for accommodating all our requests—they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m so glad I chose Vicky and highly recommend her!

oothly. Communication was seamless, and her collaborative approach made the entire process not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a friendly and approachable demeanor. As a catering company, having someone like Vicky on the team ensures the event is a success from start to finish. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

so we had to post-pone for the celebration after baby girl came and she did not waiver over the course of 2 years to help make my vision come to life! She exceeded my expectations, and she not only felt like a wedding planner to me, but became a friend over time because she was so welcoming, kind, and patient. Also, let’s not forget her husband, a genuine Texas man with a heart of gold who helped lift a million items at my wedding from boxes of boos, transported a mirror, outdoor seating area, tables, candles, and seating charts. However, when I asked if he would also picked up Taco Bell for us as our late night snack and come out in a taco costume with sparklers, he didn’t hesitate! IT WAS EPIC! Vicky’s team helped create moments that will last a lifetime for my husband, friends, family, and myself. Their service is top tier and award winning! Thank you!

was until Victoria and her team that we were told "This sounds so exciting, I can't wait to start working on this!" They went above and beyond all expectations for a wedding planner. Victoria always double confirmed with us on everything before any payments were made to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She sent us fun decor and desert ideas and then entire thing felt more like planning a great party than a stressful wedding. They helped us find the perfect venue, the perfect vendors, and have the perfect wedding. Her husband said he was going to start doing research to understand what he was going to be doing and even went as far as to help keep my dog occupied during the ceremony as it was a dog friendly venue and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me through that day. They are an absolute dream team to work with and such awesome people. Whether you have a beautiful traditional wedding or a dark Viking wedding like us, they will make it perfect!

me feel less anxious.

you from beginning to end, and even after that. She goes above and beyond to make sure your day is special and stress free. She is a magician when it comes to making your dream wedding day come to life. Seriously could not have done it without her!

k of the wedding and Vicky and her team took care of it to make sure my wedding day was perfect. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding come true. I highly recommend hiring Vicky as your wedding planner!

about and wants the same things: their vision to come true, to stay in the budget, and OUT of all the trouble. Turns out, it takes force and empathy to tackle this, and Victoria delivers on both. I lovingly called her my bulldog while planning our wedding. I sought out a down-to-earth, authentic wedding--especially because our budget was small. Victoria fought for our vision and budget equally and never pressured us into biting off more than we could chew. She asked for discounts when I felt too uncomfortable to do so myself. She added special touches that elevated our wedding without being asked. Although I could exceed the word count I'm restricted to with everything she's done for our wedding, one of the most memorable was how she saved the day with Spanish moss. As the quintessential "chill bride," there wasn't much I was attached to on the wedding day--except my vision of Spanish moss. I wanted the moss to give the aesthetic of a Louisiana marsh. On the day of, the Spanish moss I ordered came spoiled and completely unusable. No questions asked, Victoria drove to several places to hunt for it. She kept her promise of not coming back emptyhanded. At our wedding, just like I imagined, there was moss hanging from the baby's breath climbing up our ceremony arch. Even more than I envisioned in the first place. There are a million things that are out of anyone's control on the day of an event, and Victoria and her amazing team still made it all happen. If you take away anything from this review, it's this: When you have the day of jitters, it won't be from worrying about the important things going smoothly. You'll look over at the VVE team and see a group of people working hard as if it was their own wedding. And your jitters will only be from how much you, your family, and your friends will be talking about this day forever.

r or not and finally, with about 3 months left before the wedding, I ripped the Band-Aid off and called Vicky. I was in desperate need of help because the stress was getting to be too much for just myself. We immediately connected and I could tell that she truly had a passion for the business. During that initial phone call, I felt like she was the perfect person to help get things off my plate and would make every effort to have my dreams come to life. After hiring her, we immediately started texting & emailing every day and keeping in close contact until the wedding. She listened to all my ideas, found ways to make things less expensive, did all the communication with my vendors, and overall made it as painless as possible during the last few months. She completely took my ideas and brought them to life. Anything I asked her to do, was done flawlessly without question. On our wedding day, I had zero stress. Literally. We had a relaxing, stress-free day all thanks to Vicky’s incredible preparation and skill. Our guests and family were even blown away by the entire experience, wedding, and her team. Vicky and her team were a blessing and I could not have asked for a better help on our special day. They truly care about their couples! If you are imagining having an exceptional wedding, Vicky will deliver an even better one than what you are imaging!

ce. I admire her so much!

been doing my parties and events for 3 years now and every one has been better than the next. Because of her ideas, passion, and dedication I have been able to host events that people talk about years later. She has found things such as Greek dance instructors, Italian pasta making courses she hosted, A Frank Sinatra singer...I mean the list goes on. She most recently is planning my wedding/ vow renewal. And she of course has stopped at nothing to make sure every detail is perfect. One she is in your life...she is in your life. She will make all your dreams come true and she will work so hard to make sure you enjoy your day. I never stress knowing she is in charge and her ideas are coming to life. Thank you for all you do we are so lucky!

rack and knocking out your “wedding homework”, but she is also checking in just to see how you are. She brought each and every idea I had come to life, even my last minute request. I said I wanted a cellist and singer for the ceremony, no problem. I want a cigar bar with someone rolling fresh cigars, done. I wanted a specific seating chart display and started to build it with my now husband, but we got too overwhelmed the last two weeks before the wedding but she didn’t even bat an eye. She told us to drop it off and her and Jack would finish it. One of my bridesmaids wanted to surprise me with Love Weld while we were getting ready and she helped get that set up as well. The list goes on and on, so long story short, Victoria will stop at nothing to make her clients wedding day everything they dreamt of and more. The idea of planning a wedding was so stressful we almost didn’t do a larger wedding, but having Victoria and her team there literally every step of the way made this whole process so easy and smooth. I wish I could do it all over again with her and Jack!

corner. <3 She listened to every detail of what I envisioned for our winter wedding & completely brought it to life. I said Christmas trees at the altar, she said great I got you 5. I said champagne wall, she said no prob & added a cool neon sign. I said mini pine cones & she said done, they’re in the boutonnières. She even hosted a DIY lipgloss making class at my bridal shower and it was so. much. FUN! Everyone loved the activity compared to traditional shower games & it gave all the ladies a chance to meet her ahead of the wedding, and they loved her! In true Vicky fashion, she didn’t just show up and do her part, she even got in the kitchen and helped my mom serve the food, pour the drinks, and really lent a hand when she didn’t have to but that’s just the kind of person she is! Our family & friends were all quick to notice that Vicky’s “the real deal” and “she’s on it!” because it’s true. We ordered our invites from a popular online vendor. When they arrived they weren’t entirely up to standard but we were tight on time so we didn’t stress about it. I sent a picture to Vicky to let her know they arrived & literally, within 10 minutes of sending her a photo she had already called their support line and got us a full refund on our invites, without us even asking or suggesting! We were fully prepared to just “deal with it” and chalk it up to the risk that comes with online ordering but Vicky didn’t settle for that. There’s no detail that’s too small & she truly has your back! And when I had an alteration mishap (4 days before the wedding!) I knew I could go to her for a listening ear. Even though I was panicking, she was calm and concise, helped me with what to say to the seamstress, offered to go with me & reassured me it would be okay. I felt 10x better after talking with her & everything ended up well with my dress. I mention these specific stories to really highlight that Vicky was there every step of the way. For all the things big and small leading up to & the day itself. She’s amazing at what she does and you can tell that this is her passion. It makes all the difference in trusting that she’ll take care of you and pour her all into your big day, just like she did for us. We’re so blessed to have found her and we recommend her a million times over!

easy to work with environment. I can not recommend VV Events enough!!

r team go above and beyond and don't miss a single detail. My wedding would be in shambles without her. I have never met anyone in the wedding industry so personable and who truly cares as much as she and her team do.

he bride has a great time, always checking on me, making sure that all plans are my plans coming out correctly, and most importantly that I’m not stressed and enjoying my day, because having her did make my day stress free. It was not just me that noticed how awesome she was but the whole entire wedding party, everyone would talk about how on top she was absolutely everything . Thank you thank you so much. You love what you do and I can tell you do with certainly because you ARE the best wedding planner I have ever seen! Thanks to you and your crew my wedding was my dream come true.

ted. Now, if you want details, here they are. I found Vicky the way all millennials find things: Instagram. I messaged her, got her pricing, spoke to her briefly and emphasized I wouldn't need much because, as a former event planner (non-profits and gala fundraisers, which are basically like weddings because emotions are high and people's "babies" are on display), I had most things handled and "really" only needed a day-of-coordinator. Vicky was like, "okay, cool, but I'll still be here for whatever you need, even if it's months before." Y'all. Vicky WAS there for me, even months before. She was on contracts, she was finding me makeup and hair artists, she was reaching out to them, tailors, HEADBANDS??? because my silly self wanted to be "cool" and "different" even though I'm just a basic girl following the trends. Tuxedoes because someone (my now-husband) forgot to get his. Went to my venue TWICE for walk-throughs and to talk to the venue coordinator to make sure my vision was achievable and she knew where everything was. Set up my meeting with my DJ, was ON my meeting with my DJ, got my list to the DJ. Met up with my DJ at the venue to make sure they knew where to set up and what to expect since it was not exactly an easily-accessible space. Picked up my decor, set up the decor, executed FLAWLESSLY somehow?? Comments from my bridal party, mostly paraphrased: "Vicky means business." "I would not mess with Vicky, she is on it." Friend, at her wedding a week later, when we were confused about something, "Wow, Vicky would have been on top of this." "Vicky is amazing." Husband, during our honeymoon, reminiscing on the wedding, "I'm so glad we went with Vicky." Finally, I think the mark of an excellent person, and an excellent person to have on your team, is when they admit they made a mistake or accept they don't know something. It rarely happened with Vicky, but when it did, she was the first to acknowledge it. No fanfare, no back-tracking. And then she put in the work to rectify. That's really what solidified my love/obsession with her. Because if someone who is so good at their job can acknowledge that maybe they don't know everything at this moment but they're going to find out? Swoon. So, what else can I say to convince you to hire Vicky for your next event? I'll do my best. She and Jack are a team AND a match made in heaven. They work in tandem, they understand each other without words, and somehow, they both are so proactive and DON'T step on each others toes. She thinks of everything--and again, as a former event planner, I truly thought I had thought of every single thing to do and had done it before hiring her, and she still managed to stump me and be like "Have you thought of X Y Z?" She is kind, helpful, thoughtful, methodical in her work, and when she needs to be, downright a force to be reckoned with. I could NOT have had my dream wedding with out her, and that is a fact. That is my ode to Vicky. Hire her so you can also wax poetic about her skills in a review.

nd were always patient and never pushy. Much needed help seeing as it was my first child's wedding! Cheers!

ople that do it solely for the love and passion of giving the bride and groom the best day possible. For example the bride wanted hints of Christmas during her big day. Not only did Vicky capture her dreams perfectly but literally bought pine spray and sprayed it amongst the room to bring her Christmas dream alive. It’s the little things that go along way and Vicky is one to think of every little thing!
