ervice! Our food was such a hit for our wedding, especially our late night snack which we chose pizza! My husband, I, and our guests absolutely loved the food! We highly recommend Vibrant Occasions for any event!

g, and people are still talking about the chicken and waffle appetizers! It was so amazing to wake up the day of my wedding, and not have to stress about the bar or the food. The professionalism was absolutely outstanding, and they made my day go smoothly. Also, I’d love to thank Chef Serge for saving me apps during Happy Hour while we took sunset photos. 5 star experience.

nd his team were top notch from food, the bar and cleanup they handled it all. We are still getting compliments 6 months down the road that their food is the best our guests have ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend Vibrant Occasions!

er staff was so nice and helpful! Absolutely perfect!!

s, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, Mac & Cheese 'Tini, and a large charcuterie board. For the entrees we selected the garden salad, bread rolls, caprese chicken, pork tenderloin with chasseur, stuffed acorn squash, harvest vegetables, tri-color roasted potatoes. For dessert we had the berry pana cotta, milk chocolate truffle, and our wedding cake. The big talk about our wedding was how wonderful the food was and how much there was! We were repeatedly told that the food was the BEST they had ever had and my husband and I completely agree! Everyone at Vibrant Occasions was a pleasure to work with! When we did our tasting, we gave feedback on the chicken and they worked to improve it and allowed us to return to re-try it and it was perfection! We plan to ask for the recipes so we can recreate our magical experience on our anniversary!

he food during and after the wedding.

would recommend using them again and again.

ke they were never there. They went above and beyond in their service. Will be using. Vibrant Occasions again.

such a wonderful experience & took so much stress off of my husband & I. I don’t know if we will ever be able to thank you enough. We couldn’t have pulled this off without you and Surge along with your phenomenal team. Everything was just perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better catering company. All of our guests absolutely LOVED the food & we’re constantly coming over to us and bragging about your company and staff. I know they all will be talking about this wedding for years to come. Thank you so much for offering your publicist. That is so kind of you. Yes, we are interested in having everything published. From the very beginning we started calling our main vendors for this wedding “The Dream Team” and it was an absolute perfect fit for all of you. I will have Micahla, our photographer send everything over once she gets the pictures ready. Thank you again for everything! Respectfully, Doris Callender

pristine condition. We received so many compliments on brinner (breakfast for dinner). The quality and amount were complimented as well. Your team took great care of the two of us. We loved our intimate meal together before the reception and our to go meal the next day. Plus your sweet team took care of packing up the wedding cake and donating it. Truly THE BEST!

made it any easier for us! Our daughter was married at Legacy Acres in February, and we hired Vibrant Occasions to be our caterer for the event. We flew in for a tasting after NUMEROUS phone conversations and emails. Leah opened their headquarters just for us on a Saturday (when you know they're already busy as heck with orders) and we tasted many different food options from apps to entrees to sides to desserts. All were incredibly good, with great detail, quality, and preparation. We went from originally wanting a sit-down 3-course meal to rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a late-night snack. Again, Leah worked with us and our many changes, without complaint and knocked it out of the park! That girl has the patience of a Saint!! We started with the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, which included Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Smokies, Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Mini New England Crab Cakes, and Cajun Shrimp Shooters. We moved into the "action" stations once the bride and groom arrived. This was fantastic as they set up stations on both sides of the venue to alleviate the ugly lines that we all hate so much at weddings! One side had Grilled Chicken Sliders, Ham & Cheese Sliders on Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, A Dinner Salad w/choice of dressings, House Made Potato Chips, then one of my favorites, the Macaroni & Cheese Bar with ALL the toppings you could wish for! The other side of the room had the taco action station where they served Korean BBQ tacos, Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos, a Vegetarian Taco, and of course a few sauces to accompany them. And the tacos were made to order!! Even had a Vegan option - the Stuffed Zucchini Boats! But my favorite part of the night was the last action station, which we opened at 9:30 pm... The late-night snack, which after dancing and drinking for hours was FANFREAKINGTASTIC!! Cheesesteak Sandwich baby! A Shaved Black Angus prime strip steak seared with fresh peppers and onions on a toasted hoagie roll topped with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce served with a side of Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. HELLO LOVER!! They even brought their mobile kitchen to Legacy to ensure the food was hot for our guests! As you can see from the pictures provided, the food was incredible! I cannot thank the team at Vibrant enough for all they did for our daughter's special day. From Leah/Serge to the servers, the cooks, the runners, etc. All were professional, prompt, polite, and extremely skilled in food service. We would hire them again in a second, but you should hire them NOW for your special occasion!

ents on the food than my dress. They made everything super smooth and even cleaned up our mess afterwords. If we could we would be eating Serge’s food every day. They went above and beyond every expectations.

d bacon wrapped pork loin. They were both wonderful, we received so many compliments from our guest. Mary and Serg were wonderful and kept within our budget. They were present at my daughters wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a friend who was vegan and Mary made sure he had a meal prepared for him as well. The serving staff was excellent and efficient and very professional. One of the best decisions we made for my daughters wedding.

ir way to ensure that the groom and I had a plate and drinks.

ugh it wasn’t on their menu, they were the most delicious mini corn dogs ever! Everyone raved about them! And their Mac and cheese was to die for! I can not recommend them enough! If you are looking for a caterer look no further! I know I’m a client for life now!

were quick to work and very helpful with the food. I have had nothing but compliments from so many guests. I highly recommend them!

and helped to ensure every detail was to our liking. She was accommodating for our dietary needs for our guests, and very communicative throughout the process with great suggestions. She was so committed to customer service and making sure our needs were met. I couldn't recommend a vendor more than Vibrant Occaions!

still looked classy for our wedding. They even provided a side order of vegan food that was still flavorful and filling for our guests who couldn’t eat animal products. Vibrant Occasions was a great choice!

were phenomenal. Any questions we needed answered, Leah was promote to get back with us and make us feel at ease. We were able to make changes, adjust numbers as needed, and even with all the constantly changing COVID guidelines, Leah kept us informed with any and all changes. This team was not only amazing to work with, but the food... I can't explain how many guests came up and asked who prepared the amazing food! We could have not been happier with our choice to use Vibrant Occasions for our wedding! Their prices fit right within our budget! Thank you so much for being apart of our day and providing such amazing appetizers and the meal!

all the details of my wedding and gave me the freedom to chose whatever I wanted. We narrowed down a couple options and sent me quotes for each. I highly recommend the Action Stations as that was a hit with the guests. The street tacos were excellent, and so many guests told me how good the food was. Vibrant Occasions took all the stress out of serving food at the wedding. They arrived on time and took care of all the details. As the bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing that day. I would highly recommend Vibrant Occasions to every bride or groom.

e years and weddings I have attended. The appetizers were beautiful plated and unbelievably pure perfection! The dinner, served table side, was even more spectacular, if that was possible. I have already recommended Vibrant Occasions and their staff to all my friends for upcoming baby showers, wedding receptions, and future fundraisers across the state. Service was impeccable and over and beyond expectations. Everyone commented they had never had a better experience, or more delectably tasty food, than was served at our event. I would highly recommend using them and will do so myself at future events that I play a lead role in!

elicious, and ever flowing. We had no complaints. Guests talk about it all the time.

rt table. The owners are awesome and worked very hard to design just the right "Southern Fare" dinner that my daughter wanted. We were provided a full tasting of the meal and dessert (double chocolate brownies). The food was incredible, well presented and very tasty. The upscale Mac and Cheese is not to be missed. They provided the dinnerware and glasses, and their organization was superb. I would have no reservations about using their services again for a wedding or other large dinner party.

o nice. If there was ever a single hang up I had NO idea. The food was INCREDIBLE. We utilized their bartenders and I can't say I ever saw a line waiting for drinks. Vibrant Occasions even cut my wedding cake. This place knows what they're doing and their team from top to bottom through my entire experience made this stressful time so much more enjoyable. So thankful to have had them part of our big day.

e. They made suggestions to reduce cost, inserted a professional opinion on areas needed and were each extremely well versed with wedding catering. We are still getting compliments on the food and service! Would do it all over again with Vibrant Occasions!

ons as well!

! Leah helped me with the planning and was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and made adjustments to every request I had! EVERY. Request. They complied with state regulations due to COVID and I didn't have to provide acrylic for the buffet station or anything extra! They took care of it all. Very impressed with the staff and had a great experience with them. Oh, and the food was SPECTACULAR. One of my bridesmaids said it was the best chicken alfredo she's ever had!

the vendors they suggested was Vibrant Occasions Our luck held when Leah, a member of their staff answered our call and guided us through the process - the food was simply fabulous. All of our guests were raving! She was always ready for changes, additions, deletions and the best suggestions that pulled it all together. The staff stepped up to help us with the other cakes, passing appetizers and preparing for a champagne toast. The little touches they added during the night were priceless and they offered their help with any and all chores throughout the night. I would recommend Vibrant Occasions to anyone & everyone looking to host a gathering of any size.

rofessional, easy to work with, and very kind! It's obvious that they truly care and have a passion for what they do... that goes a long way! Everything we chose was customizable, although our food was SO GOOD at the tasting that nothing had to be changed! We had SO MANY compliments on the food from our wedding. Even my Pastor preached about it from the pulpit the next day! lol P.S. I HIGHLY recommend the Banana Foster Action Station... it was a HUGE HIT with the guests!

not only delicious but that everyone was safe! We still got everything we wanted and people couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. I can’t thank Vibrant Occasions enough for making our wedding day so memorable.

ng on it is absolutely AMAZING! They have catered weddings of all sizes at our venue. We love the option for our brides to do a seated plated dinner, buffet, or fun action stations. Highly recommend!

e process so easy and stress free, from the first meeting, to tastings, to the actual event. And don't even get me started on the actual food!! It was some of the best food I have ever eaten. I am still getting calls a month after our wedding with comments on how amazing the food was. I also so appreciated the fact that they gave us a cooler with containers filled with all of the food from our wedding from the appetizers to the cake. Oh, and they wrapped our top tier up for us to freeze. Mary and Serge are so great, and Leah is absolutely amazing! If you need a caterer, this is the ONLY place to go!!!

n from Hurricane Delta on top! The wedding guests were impressed with the wonderfully delicious food! We loved it and highly recommend Vibrant Occasions Catering for any event.

he was super encouraging and always available and helpful. The food was spectacular! We chose the Street Taco Action station and it was delicious, all of our guests LOVED it especially the pork carnitas. They make your food fresh on site and the smell just adds to the amazing part of this choice! Thank you for a wonderful reception and Leah especially ,my new friend!

ouple! They had a meal waiting for us in the bridal suite and a to-go meal for us to enjoy at the hotel. We were actually scheduled to have our wedding during the COVID season and had to reschedule. Vibrant Occassions was so understanding and helpful! They were a true blessing for us. If you're considering them, try them out for a sample!

d was more than happy to help me make my special day one I will never forget! Lets not stop there, not only is the service good, but the food is to die for. I heard nothing but good things from my guests. Everyone enjoyed every bit of the food - these people really are a total package!

s”. They also worked easily with our daughter & her fiancé who live in NYC to allow them to come for a tasting during their one & only trip to Arkansas during the wedding planning process. We HIGHLY recommend them.

staff was very friendly and professional and made my day so perfect!

to work with and had great ideas on how to serve the pizza and the grooms favorite burgers! Along with bourbon chicken and twice baked potatoes! And let’s not forget those awesome appetizers! They have the best brown sugar bacon. The staff were courteous and friendly! We had the best experience ever!

absolute joy to work with. Her suggestions and flexibility were invaluable. There is a wide array of dining options and other services. The reception dinner presentation was beautiful and the dinner was wonderful. The staff performed well above my expectations. Very friendly and attentive. I would recommend Mary to anyone who is planning a special event. Her business is aptly named, as she made sure our "Occasion" was truly "Vibrant"!

cious. I've never had catered food that was so tasty. On the night of our wedding, Leah was unavailable, so owner Mary was onsite. She was so sweet! Her serving team is made up of her sons as well as some additional hires. Great service all around.
