Veronica Rose Wedding and Event Planning

so helpful throughout the planning process, coordinating with other vendors, and taking care of everything behind the scenes on our wedding day. She attended all our vendor meetings and was ready to go answering any and all logistical questions. She was so on top of everything that the wedding day was completely stress free and seamless. We would absolutely recommend Veronica to plan/coordinate your wedding! She’s the best!

we wonder if X or Y was happening due to confidence we had in Veronica. Not only did she run a tight ship she also made us feel so at ease, was inclusive. She understood and completely protected our vision and our time. As I can sometimes be someone with serious control issues I never thought in a million years we would find someone who would bring this level of peace to a most special day and process. HUGE thanks and endless gratitude to Veronica and her team. Absolutly don't think twice about hiring her and her team.

ctly what we wanted - great people who made our day beautiful and fun. She was great at sharing her expertise about what makes a good wedding without being prescriptive about traditions. Overall, Veronica kept us on track throughout the planning process, ran a super helpful rehearsal, and was such a legend on the day of our wedding. Her expertise allowed us to relax and enjoy the process, knowing she had everything handled. Veronica was also fun to hang out with, which was so important on such a big day.

my was kind, patient, friendly to our family and friends, organized, knowledgable, and professional. From rehearsal, to setup, to take down, our wedding day felt perfectly smooth and anything we needed a solution for, Amy was ready. She coordinated wonderfully with our vendors and wedding party. Lexi helped us with evening take down and was great to work with. Thank you both!

solutely perfectly. They had excellent communication, ideas, organizational skills, and seamless execution to make the entire day flow flawlessly. They are the best!

in, provide suggestions and important reminders, as well as take communications off of our plate.  One of the biggest gifts was being able to fully enjoy everything without worrying about a single detail because we knew we were in such capable hands. Many people commented on how helpful, organized, and calming the team was throughout the weekend. They really made the whole experience feel effortless and freeing for all of us!!  Highly recommend if you are searching for full service planning or day of coordination :)

the picture… I spent the entire weekend without one worry because they took care of EVERYTHING! Everyone says something goes wrong at each wedding… honestly, not one thing went wrong at ours, thanks to Veronica and Amy! During the entire process, I don’t think more than an hour went by before our emails to Veronica were answered, and answered soooo thoroughly and thoughtfully. Veronica and team were prompt, detail oriented, kind and caring. Couldn’t have asked for better people to mange my most important day.  Amy even carried fabric scissors with her and saved us when we had to (sadly) cut my dress after the bustle broke. Saved the day. Cannot recommend them enough.

s trust. From the very beginning, she saw things we did not even know to look for and treated every detail, big or small, as something that mattered. Her coordination was incredibly thorough and thoughtfully organized. The level of care she put into planning was evident in everything she did, right down to the Excel sheet that tracked every single piece of décor. Knowing that every candle, sign, and personal detail was accounted for gave us such a peace of mind and allowed us to actually enjoy the process instead of feeling overwhelmed by it. On the day of our wedding, we did nothing and that is the highest compliment we can give. Veronica handled everything effortlessly, moving through the day with calm confidence while ensuring everything ran smoothly and beautifully. Because of her, we were able to be fully present, soaking in every moment without stress. Veronica does not just plan events; she creates space for joy, and we will be forever grateful for the care and heart she poured into our day. Her business thrives because of how hard she works and you can tell what drives her is how much she cares. Your special day needs Veronica and will undoubtedly be infinitely better because of her.

the cracks. She was on top of everything and made the whole planning process feel so much less stressful. Veronica reviewed every contract and responded quickly to every question. She struck the perfect balance of being professional and incredibly personable. Our vendors, families, and wedding party all loved her, and she ran our rehearsal and wedding day with such calm confidence that we were able to just enjoy ourselves because we knew she had everything else handled. She also helped us throughout the day with little tips like where to hold my bouquet so it's not covering my whole dress in pictures, things that are just not on your mind at the moment. We really wanted to work with a queer vendor and our search brought us to Veronica! Very grateful she worked with us for our Chicago wedding. We’d choose her again in a heartbeat.

ry about a thing. We met with her a few times before the wedding too, she was an active resource to us throughout the wedding planning process despite just hiring her for day of services. Cannot recommend them enough!

riking exactly the right vibe when you need it. She’s not afraid to take charge and make sure vendors are where they need to be. She’ll be the first one to give you a pre-processional pep talk. She’ll be the “bad guy” if you need her to be. And not to mention all the little details that made us feel so special. From attending our vendor calls late in the evening to making sure we were fanned before our ceremony on a hot, sunny day, every moment in the lead up and on our wedding day itself felt supported. The VR team even made sure to make us aware of a construction project that would potentially impact our guest shuttle plan, weeks in advance. And when plans change or the inevitable roadblock comes up, you’ll want the VR team by your side to help weather whatever comes, as they did for us. If you want a true partner in crime to make your big day perfect, Veronica Rose Planning is the right choice.

nomenal! We had a few bumps pop up during the wedding day, but did not have a worry because we knew it was all being handled behind scenes. Knowing the VR team was there taking care of everything day of, really let us relax and enjoy the day without any stress. We are very grateful for their services and if we were to plan our wedding again, they would be there.

etely took the stress off my shoulders. She immediately connected with all of our vendors, got everyone on the same timeline, and made sure the entire day flowed seamlessly. I can’t even begin to describe how many behind-the-scenes tasks she handled that I would have never thought of, things that made such a big difference and allowed me to be fully present and enjoy the day. Amy was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. On the wedding day, she checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed, and she always seemed one step ahead of us. I had a LOT of decor and small details that mattered so much to me, and she placed everything perfectly and it looked beautiful, exactly how I envisioned it. Seeing it all come together brought me so much joy, and I have Amy to thank for that. What stood out most was Amy’s calm and caring presence. She talked to me not just as a planner, but like a friend who truly wanted the day to be perfect for us. Knowing she was there, managing the logistics, advocating for us, and making sure no detail was missed gave me the peace of mind I didn’t think was possible on such a big day. If you are on the fence about getting a planner, especially a month-of coordinator, don’t hesitate. Veronica Rose is incredible. Amy exceeded every expectation, and I am so grateful she was by our side through such an important time. Our day was everything we dreamed of, and Amy played a huge role in making that happen.

esent in the celebration and not running around checking everything. We knew what we had wanted and planned most everything on our own prior and did contracts with our other services but knew something was missing. I read about day of event coordinators and we reached out. Veronica responded quickly to our email inquiry, set up a call and went over logistics. There are so many things involved in a wedding, from reviewing all of the contracts, to going over logistics, we were asked questions and things we hadn’t even thought of. It was such a helpful part of the planning process to have someone go over a timeline with us, offer options and have a nonjudgmental space - working with us on what we wanted and recommending industry standards at the same time. We also loved that Veronica and team had items to rent - so much waste in buying and reselling items for weddings, we liked the sustainability of the ability to rent items! Our coordinator came with us to the location and helped make sure everything was set up at the ceremony and reception. It was such a relief having a day of coordinator. Our coordinator was incredible, from grabbing dinner casually to go over logistics to the day of our wedding, she felt like an instant best friend. Our coordinator for the day felt like a natural part of our wedding, she gushed over us, and was a real hype woman, wth a larger than life personality she just fit right into our vibe and day. She made sure we were eating and on schedule, truly a lifesaver. It was so nice knowing we could trust everything was handled contractually and it really was! The team provides a very helpful handbook and a spot where you can detail out your decor and they handle the rest. We received so many compliments from our guests about how well planned our wedding was and how helpful our coordinator was - as well as how nice it was to not have to worry about things (parents and wedding party). It was incredibly important for us throughout our wedding planning experience to only have vendors who served any couple and to support women owned and LGBTQ+ serving and owned businesses. 10/10 would recommend Veronica Rose for day of coordination. This was easily our best spent vendor money in our budget. If day of coordination was this good I can only imagine what full on wedding planning could be like! Thank you Veronica Rose and team for making our wedding day dreams actually happen!

ease throughout the wedding planning process. As we met with our other vendors, we quickly learned that Veronica has a very positive reputation in the Milwaukee wedding scene, with many of the vendors telling us how easy she is to work with. She did a great job answering all our questions, keeping copious notes and spreadsheets updated, and attending our vendor meetings with us. On our wedding day, we were so glad to be able to focus on being in the moment knowing Veronica and her assistants were tracking all the little details in the background. We’d highly recommend Veronica Rose to anyone getting married in Milwaukee, and we’re very happy we chose her to help with our special day.

dations, and made sure our day ran so smoothly. We would absolutely recommend her and her team. 10/10 !!! Our day would not have been the dream that it was without their support.

g vision, aesthetics and communication style. No task was too large or too small. She managed the team of vendors, created the wedding timeline and executed all of it with professionalism always keeping the bride’s and groom’s needs at the center of it. When mother nature exerted her power during the reception, she and the team pivoted to provide a spectacular guest experience. Don’t hesitate to add Veronica Rose to your wedding team!

full planning service package was what we needed for our weekend-long camp wedding at Camp Wandawega: a real beast of a project. In addition to the usual ceremony, reception, dinner, and dancing for a wedding with 150 guests, we also had daytime camp events, breakfasts and lunches for 50 guests sleeping onsite, and a Welcome Party dinner feeding 140. Any camp wedding is a massive undertaking and we were so lucky to have had Veronica by our side through all of it. Veronica and her team absolutely killed it. Choosing to work with her was easily the best decision we made throughout the planning process. We met monthly with Veronica in the year leading up and she kept us on timeline without us ever feeling overburdened with information. Veronica helped us to set a realistic budget and stick to it. Veronica was adaptable in planning: we had big dreams for the event and we always felt like she was supportive of our priorities; she was happy to try new things. We loved the vendors that Veronica introduced us to and were thrilled with their services. And, when it was finally time for our special event, Veronica (and each of her teammates) were absolutely incredible: very calm, flexible, great with managing friends and family, and always friendly to us. We didn’t worry about a thing all weekend knowing that all the details were in Veronica’s capable hands. We couldn’t be more grateful to Veronica for helping make our wedding the greatest weekend of our lives.

p to our big day. Brit was an outstanding, kind, day of planner that went above and beyond without being asked. We would certainly recommend these services to anyone in need of a professional wedding planning team.

to make your wedding run as smoothly as possible, and will think of all the little bits that you might forget :) thank you to Veronica and team for making our wedding the most beautiful!

at to find the perfect match. It gave me piece of mind knowing that Amy and the team was coordinating with my vendors to ensure everything went off without a hitch (or at least to my perception it did- all problems were handle without worrying the bride). When our GF donuts were left at the hotel room, their assistant went and got those to alleviate stress for the MOG, and yes I did not know that happened until a week later. In the end, I highly suggest Veronica Rose Planning to support your wedding planning, no matter what stage you are at.

ave to worry about anything! All of our vendors loved working with her also. Highly recommend!

ented, experienced, and coordinated they were. They went above and beyond and truly wanted our day to be perfect. We did the daisy (smaller) package, but if we were to go back and do it again we would have done the bigger package (So choose the bigger package!!) because Veronica absolutely killed it and knows what she’s doing. We couldn’t have done this without her, she was incredibly organized and responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns we had leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she handled everything, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day how we wanted to. We highly recommend her and her team to any couple looking for a stress-free wedding planning experience.

ommunication with our vendors, ensuring everything was well organized and ready for the wedding day, all while cultivating a stress free environment. I had no worries on my wedding day because I had Veronica. She was very helpful in helping us select vendors, making recommendations, and creating the most beautiful day for us and our guests.

ept us on track with invoices, kept up with all our vendors, and set up the most stunning details that we get to cherish through our photos forever and ever. Amy felt like a longtime friend from the moment we met. She made us feel so special and was the easiest to communicate with. All she wanted was the best for Tim and I and for us to soak up every moment without worry. We are ever, so grateful for this AMAZING team.

essful. She answered any and all questions we had, gave advice on how to structure our day, ran our rehearsal dinner to make the bridal party feel comfortable, and most importantly she was able to execute my vision perfectly! Her calm, organized, and friendly approach allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about the details. We’re so grateful for everything she did to help things run smoothly! I would recommend Veronica & Team to anyone!

ave done without her. She is professional and personable. I did all my decor (DIY) and she made sure my vision came to life. She set everything up beautifully. My parents even told me how great of a job she did. Thanks Veronica!

gest advocate with every vendor we talked to. She helped us keep our sanity, save money, and keep everything extremely organized. Most importantly though, we didn't spend a single moment of our big day worrying about literally anything besides enjoying ourselves, it was a dream. Thank you so much Veronica!

control. I will say this forever — the best investment I made for my wedding was having Veronica as my planner.

or us at every step of planning, including going through contracts and joining all of our meetings with vendors. She was also available at any moment we needed her even way prior to the month before our wedding. Meg was our coordinator during the wedding and she was AMAZING!! She saw potential problems and fixed them before they were actual problems. The day went so smoothly and was worry free! This team is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

ing day stress-free. She seamlessly handled our large bridal party, ensuring everyone was on time and looking their best. She organized and ran our rehearsal which was extremely helpful (especially when coordinating 30+ people!). Veronica was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and provide support throughout the entire (year long) planning process. She attended multiple vendor meetings with me month of. She went above and beyond when my wedding dress turned black and dirty after walking on the sidewalk for pictures. Her team quickly scurbbed at it, allowing me to walk down the aisle without a worry. Her calm and collected demeanor was invaluable, especially when things got crazy. She kept me grounded and focused on the most important part of the day: getting married while keeping my plan and vision in mind! As an added bonus, she has extra services and rentals that you can add on to your package. It made everything so seamless and was especially helpful. Her and her team did an awesome job helping flip the room for 300+ guests in an hour. I cannot recommend Veronica highly enough. She is not just a wedding coordinator; she's a true professional who will make your dream wedding a reality. PS - plus you definitely want to get yourself a wedding coordiator who has post ceremony cocktails ready!!!

helped us through it all. She knows and is so experienced in the market. I wish we had taken not even for suggestions from her because all the ones we booked that she recommended were amazing. She had lots of great little touches throughout the day and brought lots of help. Renting our linens through her was a lifesaver! We seriously could not have done this day without her.

that realized with two months until our big day I needed support. Luckily VR was available and after working with them up until our wedding day and day-of, I wish I reached out sooner. The team made everything seamless and were all so warm and welcoming, I felt like I knew them a long time. Meg and Amy were there on our wedding day and they were simply the best. They never made a request seem too big or too small, were friendly to everyone, and made the day so enjoyable. My husband and I were able to enjoy our time with our friends and family. Should any issue arise, we let the team know and they took care of it instantly. I truly cannot thank Veronica Rose Wedding and Event Planning enough and will recommend them to everyone.

unicative, insightful and on top of EVERYTHING! Their insight and expertise ensured that my wedding day was perfect and went off without a hitch. The time and effort they spend working with me, my now husband and my mom allowed us to make informed decisions when it came to every aspect in planning our big day. They truly are the wedding experts. Veronica and Meg, I cannot thank you enough.

ing far exceeded expectations. Not only did they constantly go above and beyond to assist us throughout the process, but everything from communication to professional judgment/advice to the execution of the day itself was outstanding. Veronica was even able to help us coordinate a last-minute tailoring emergency using one of her many connections. Inevitably, there are a million things to worry about (and consequently, that can go wrong) heading into the big day, but ours was perfect, and Veronica and her team were a massive part of that. We truly can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with them, and if we could have another wedding, they would be the first people we would call.

. She is so fun and willing to do whatever to make sure your day is perfect. We wouldn’t have had a successful day without her! She made the day run so smooth! I didn’t have a worry in the world during the day! She is AMAZING!

details and kept us on track throughout the wedding planning process. She handled everything the week of, making us feel really good going into the week of our wedding. She went above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. On the day of the wedding, they managed everything seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without stress. They were also SO fun to work with!! Could not recommend enough!!!

) and then we were able to start choosing the rest of our vendors and arranging the rest of the details. All her vendor recommendations were spot-on in terms of both budget and what we had envisioned for our wedding day. She also had us choosing vendors and communicating with each of them one at a time, which made the whole process much less overwhelming. She also helped us keep tabs on our budget, made a perfect timeline of the day that we sent to all the vendors, and answered all of our questions in between. As someone who is rather anxious about big events, I felt very at ease! And, as a cherry on top of all of that, her eye for detail and impeccable service drew lots of attention and compliments from my family and other guests on the wedding day. She, along with her co-planner Meg, kept everything running on schedule and they were both so sweet to all our guests. She even made sure my 92 year old grandmother got a centerpiece to take home afterward! As a special bonus, she has also helped me sort out some questions I had well after the wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Veronica, for making our day absolutely magical!

s the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We hired them about 10 months out from our wedding and they were there to help look over other vendor contracts and join in on meetings with potential vendors. They offered suggestions and were very quick with their responses. The two weeks leading up to the wedding you could always count on them to respond to you with any little detail or question you might have. They showed up to run the rehearsal the day before the wedding even though it was on a holiday. They were there to set up and take down all our decor so that our families could enjoy the day. They coordinated so well with all our vendors, that we didn't really have to worry about anything else on our wedding day except for having a beautiful day. We could even count on them to be supportive and a calming presence when we got worried our outside ceremony might get rained on. We are so appreciative of everything Veronica, Meg, and their team did for us!

d someone to help with day-of coordination so I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. We opted for the Daisy Package, and it was the absolute best choice we could’ve made. Veronica and Meg primarily helped us throughout the 60 days leading up to our wedding, and they attended all of our vendor meetings, supporting us and our vision as well as suggesting things we may not have thought of. There were quite a few times that they brought up things that we absolutely would have forgotten/missed had they not been helping us. They are such kind, personable people and we felt well cared for through every step. When it came time for the rehearsal and our wedding, Meg and Emily handled everything seamlessly. These folks gave us such peace of mind and we were truly able to enjoy ourselves. We got to spend a good amount of time with Meg and we honestly just enjoyed hanging out with her! We can’t emphasize enough how comfortable everyone made us feel during a time that could have been so stressful. It felt like we had a close friend guiding us through our day. We’ve said multiple times since (and during!) the wedding that paying for the planning package was the absolute best money spent. Thank you so much to the Veronica Rose team for a stress free final 60 days and wedding!

ay mark and helped weed through the many emails that started coming through as July grew closer. Both Veronica and Meg attended our wedding and were truly irreplaceable in ensuring our day went on without a hitch. We didn't have to worry about a thing because of the work they did behind-the-scenes. Hiring day-of coordinators for your wedding (big or small) is our new soapbox because of our awesome experience with them - we are so thankful for their help! - Becca & Mike

onth of planner and she truly went above and beyond. She made her resources available to us immediately after booking her, which was still 1 year to go from our wedding date. We both felt so comfortable with her. We were never afraid to ask questions or bring up concerns. The month leading up to the wedding I truly was not stressed at all. Veronica was in contact with all of our vendors making sure every detail was perfect. She would join the vendor meetings and advocate for my husband and I to make sure we got what we wanted out of our big day. She was such a pleasure to work with! We can’t thank her enough. We feel like we gained a friend from this whole process. We can’t recommend her enough!! -The Bistas 06.15.24

ubt one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning! We worked with Veronica, Meg, and Emily and they were all fantastic! Veronica was super responsive, always willing to answer questions or meet to chat, and provided us with documents to help us as we were finalizing details for our wedding. Even though we went with the month-of coordination package, Veronica made herself available whenever we needed her (not just the month before our wedding), which was so helpful when we had quick questions, needed some advice, or just wanted to talk things through as we were planning our wedding. Meg was the lead planner who worked with us for our rehearsal and wedding day and she was absolutely incredible! The month before our wedding day, Meg and Veronica met with us as much as we needed to ensure all the details and logistics for our day were in good shape. They took over our vendor communication to relay our day-of timeline, confirm arrival times for everyone, etc., which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Meg exceeded our expectations for our rehearsal and on wedding day! She took care of all the behind the scenes work, checked in with us periodically during the day to make sure we had everything we needed, handled any small hiccups quickly and professionally, and so much more. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, friendly, and just a pleasure to be around in general! Emily assisted Meg towards the end of the night and was also a huge help! By the end of the night, thanks to Meg and Emily, everything was organized, boxed up, and put into our cars, which after a long day was such a wonderful surprise! Having Meg and Emily with us on wedding day gave us peace of mind to enjoy our day, spend time with friends and family, and trust that all the logistics were being handled, without us having to do a thing! I literally don't know how we could have done it without the Veronica Rose team and cannot recommend them enough!

f vendor hiccups along the way and she handled them without letting any of the stress come through to me. On top of saving the day logistically, she sent us great photos and was great to be around all day. We highly recommend her and her team!
