Veronica was an absolute dream to work with. I have extremely long, very thick hair and I knew I wanted a glossy, sleek, low bun with super minimal texture or volume. Every stylist...
I spoke with said it couldn’t be done with how much hair I have, or they sent me photos of styles that had too much volume and texture. Veronica responded to my inquiry right away with detailed photos of styles she had done which matched my inspo and she expressed a ton of confidence in being able to do the style on my hair.
After our trial together, I was locked in! Not only is Veronica just SO kind and easy to be around, but she is a hair magician! She hid away 80% of my hair so I could get that sleek, petite, low bun that I wanted without cutting my hair - I have no idea how she did it, but the style was exactly what I wanted, lasted all day, and was so comfortable.
Veronica was so easy to work with, always answered any questions I had, and also even did my makeup for my bridal shower (also a true talent there!). I am so fortunate to have found and worked with her, and will call her again and again!

ncapsulated my vision and truly shined alongside my dress, flowers, venue - everything!! Her calm presence was wonderful on the wedding day - knowing that I would be in good hands and love how I looked. And the best bonus, she is such a genuinely kind person! It was such a joy to be surrounded by wonderful and talented people on my wedding day, and Veronica was in the top tier. I can’t recommend her service enough.

iety of hair textures; however, Veronica was well versed in them all. Every single girl looked amazing. She was also 15 minutes early which thrilled me. No one needs to be stressing about vendors arriving promptly. Veronica was professional and sociable throughout the long day. If I weren’t already married I would have saved her info for me!

nd person (I felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends), but she also understood my vision 100%… & immediately! She also quite frankly has a gift for keeping up-do’s from moving. I think I could have all but slept with my adorable bun in and it wouldn’t have moved! As for makeup, she absolutely crushed that too. I did have a note (I wanted a little more glow on my cheeks)…. But by the time I went to email her - she had already emailed me with the same exact note, and a couple of others. She will immerse herself in your vision and you can tell she’s a perfectionist. I’m so appreciative to have found her & I cannot recommend Veronica enough to my fellow brides!! & now I can’t wait to get ready with her on my big day!!!
Veronica is amazing at what she does! She executed my vision perfectly and I came out of the hair and makeup chair feeling confident and beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

hrough Instagram and found Veronica. I had a few trials with other artists before I left the US and they were bad experiences. Veronica comforted me and reassured me that even though I was in a different country, she would work with me the month before the wedding to make sure I felt confident and happy with my makeup and hair.
She is one of the few artists where I felt that the makeup and hair weren't just a service but a teamwork effort; every step of the way she was asking me questions. I also really loved that her method is to add makeup layer by layer to reach the desired look (for a girl that enjoys a more natural look this was EVERYTHING).
Veronica and her team were amazing, kind, comforting, and professional and I am so grateful I picked Veronica for my wedding!

me without much notice. She was so nice and friendly, timely, did AMAZING work, and very responsive to my messages. Payment and invoicing was very clear and easy, and a fair price for the great work that she does. I would highly recommend Veronica Lara if you are looking for a makeup artist for your wedding.
Also, I'd never had the airbrush makeup method before, but would highly recommend. Very light feeling, and stayed on the whole day even though it was raining and foggy on the wedding day.

d managed her time wisely to get me and my wedding party ready in the time blocked. She kept in communication with me and helped organize a schedule for when each girl would have their makeup done. It helped to have a order taken care of ahead of time, so the whole party knew when to be there by and not have any confusion about who was next in line for their makeup. She was easy to talk to and open to ideas and looks I had in mind for myself and my bridal party. I loved how my makeup turned out and looked in pictures. She had professional products that lasted and used a airbrush foundation that kept my makeup lasting throughout the day. Her quality of work was amazing along with her professionalism. I would highly recommend Veronica to other family, friends and bride to be’s.
