5 stars! My husband and I toured this venue in June 2024, booked our wedding for September 19th, 2026, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Due to our long engagement we were able to attend multiple venue open houses and build relationships with the staff while planning our wedding. It was awesome to have that time to see all of the cool improvements the owners made to the venue and get ideas to plan our perfect day. The guys getting ready lounge and beautiful new atrium tent were such happy surprises since we initially toured. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into their venue with the upgrades they make to the property. The getting ready suites were the perfect touch to our morning. They were so convenient to get ready on site with our friends and loved ones and they are beautiful! It was great working with our coordinator Kristen. She kept the timeline and everything so organized. Our day of coordinator Maggie always made sure I felt like I had everything I needed. It rained on our wedding day, a brides worst nightmare. But the small gestures by the staff helped ease my mind. They made my dream first look still happen in the flower field, driving me out in a golf cart so my ballgown didn’t get ruined before the ceremony. They opened the biggest patio umbrella I’ve ever seen, which made me laugh, to shelter me and my dad getting in the barn for the ceremony. DJ Gary did a phenomenal job with the music. We knew as soon as we met him at the open house in 2024, he was our guy! We knew he would keep the dance floor lively all night. He also helped us execute my vision of grand entrances with coordinated songs for the parents, bridal party and us into the dinner tent. I have to give a special shoutout to Jamie, the florist and stylist. She spent multiple open houses, emails and texts helping me create the perfect look for my wedding. She executed it perfectly and we got so many compliments of how great everything looked. When I dropped off my decorations at my rehearsal Thursday, every worry left my mind because of her. I fully trusted her and knew she would make everything so beautiful. If people asked me if I was nervous, I said no, I know Jamie’s got it! It was also really special to do a bouquet reveal with her in the bridal suite. Seeing my bouquet for the first time brought tears to my eyes and I’ll be having it preserved to keep forever. I have only positive things to say about this venue. I loved that everything was inclusive and on site. It made the day go 10x smoother and the planning process easier. The staff was great to work with and always kind. Highly recommend celebrating the best day of your life here!

Soon after we got engaged, we took a look inside our barn and had a vision of our family and friends laughing and celebrating, watching the sun set over the fields, and music and laughter filling the air. It was then that we knew where we wanted to be married. Over the next 2 years, we stripped the dirt and debris from the barn, hung vintage chandeliers, and added the stone patio to make this dream come true. In the fall of 2010, we were wed at Venue 5126. We have now celebrated the commitments and marriages of many couples and could not be happier to share in the joy of their special day!

he view was just exceptional both times. The new dinner area feels majestic; it’s so spacious and it feels much more refined and elegant than many other dinner tent options out there. Just to note, if the timing works out, the way the dinner tent is positioned means that you will get the most beautiful photos of the sun setting behind you and your new spouse. Beyond the perks of the gorgeous location, the staff is one-of-a-kind and truly make choosing this venue a no-brainer. They are there for you through the entire process, from beginning to end, and are so wonderful about making the day uniquely yours. They make it clear the goal is to bring your vision to life and to make your day unforgettable. Kristen (coordinator) and Karla (billing/ordering) were indispensable, and always made themselves available to us, even when we had last minute questions and things that came up. Kristen was also the MVP day-of, making sure each detail was perfect. Jaime (florals) was so sweet and talented. Josh was amazing with helping us unload and set up our things. We went with their in-house DJ Gary and he was the BEST. He mixes and transitions so well, and I was on the dance floor all night thanks to his incredible work. He also makes sure the last dance is a special, intimate moment for the couple; it’s actually one of my top favorite memories of the whole day. I just wish we could have had him for the afterparty!! The My Chef catering company the Venue uses is also wonderful - we left a separate review for them if you want to check it out. There are so many other people to shout out, but the take home message is that we feel so lucky to have had our wedding at Venue 5126. If you book here, it’s a guarantee your day will be magical.

Our coordinator, Kristen, was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. Her guidance, attention to detail, and calm presence allowed us to fully enjoy every moment leading up to and during the wedding.

in 2023. The venue offers open houses so the last two years we attended the open house to see all the new exciting things the venue offered.
Kristen was so great to work with. She responded to every email we sent and she was so organized. Karla handled all of our payments - her reminders and confirmations were all so helpful! The in-house DJ was so kind and energetic. He ensured our ceremony was perfection. The owners are SO kind. They talk to you as if they've known you for years and years. You can tell they love what they do and that they truly care about their couples. Suzanne, our day of coordinator was so sweet and helpful the day of.
Lastly, Hannah the in-house florist. Truly had to save the best for last. I've seen a lot of Hannah's work through the open houses, and meetings where we would take a peek at the weddings happening while we were there. When we saw what she did on our own wedding we had no words. It was truly so so SO beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. We are so thankful for her.

She answered every question, kept us on track, and truly made us feel taken care of every step of the way. On the big day, Maggie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute rockstar — handling everything behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy each moment.
Hannah, our florist and stylist, absolutely blew us away with her creativity and attention to detail. The florals were breathtaking and completely transformed the space — it was more beautiful than we ever imagined.
My Chef Catering, led by Alex and his incredible staff, served the most delicious meal that our guests are still raving about. Every bite was perfection, and the service was impeccable.
Our DJ, David, kept the energy high all night long. He read the crowd perfectly, played all our favorites, and made sure the dance floor stayed packed — exactly what we hoped for!
Alyssa, the social media content creator, captured so many behind-the-scenes moments and fun clips that we’ll treasure forever. It was so fun seeing the day unfold from another perspective, and she truly caught the spirit and joy of our celebration.

d. The upscale , rustic barn venue is filled with stunning views of the sun filled fields to the picturesque grounds encompassing the location. The lovely outdoor patio adjacent to the barn & dining tent is an added bonus; complete with plenty of seating for guests to mingle as well as 2 fire pits.
There are stunning locations to hold your ceremony outside or if you prefer, a lovely indoor location as well. We also loved the recently added Groom’s suite, complete with pool table & plenty of space for the groomsman to hang out.
We met the owner, Chris on numerous occasions. She was so welcoming and eager to answer any and all questions, keeping us informed about exciting new additions and updates. Her staff is AMAZING!! I can’t say enough about Kristen & Hannah. Their experience and expertise was so appreciated and made the planning process effortless! Having both an onsite wedding coordinator; as well as florist/stylist was such an added bonus. My daughter’s theme was Simple Elegance and everything from the stunning white roses ( which my guests still talk about) , to the romantic candles and twinkling lights from the chandeliers created a stunning backdrop to a perfect day. Every added touch and detail was so well thought out and intentional.
The on-site DJ (Gary) was wonderful! He had our guests up and dancing all night! He was so professional and accommodating. Gary worked well collaborating with the fabulous Sax player ( Damen “Damentional” Tolbert) my daughter and her husband hired. Damen is extremely talented and it was such a fun addition. Everyone loved!!
The passed appetizers as well as the meal from My Chef Catering were absolutely delicious!
Our bartenders were so friendly, professional and most importantly FAST! Our guests never had to wait for a drink and were always greeted with a smile. The beautiful bar is huge, which was a plus!
I have to mention the late night pizza! It was definitely the highlight of the evening. Many of our guests our still raving about it.

e were blown away. The venue itself is stunning—intimate without feeling too tucked away, with several beautiful ceremony locations (both indoor and outdoor). Every corner of the space feels thoughtful and intentional, from the charming design to the elegant furnishings. We knew right then and there that we wanted to book it!
But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Throughout the planning process, Kristen and Suzanne were beyond helpful—friendly, communicative, and always willing to work with us as we made decisions or navigated changes. Their responsiveness and support made what could have been a stressful time feel easy and exciting.
We also opted into the in-house styling and florals, and we’re so glad we did. Hannah was an absolute dream to work with—creative, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. She brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly thanks to the staff's attention to detail. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure every element of the day unfolded seamlessly. The fact that so many services (design, florals, DJ, etc.) are available in-house made our day feel cohesive and stress-free.

Hannah, is definitely a perk of this venue as she knows all possible needs for floral/styling. The team is also great about going back and forth to make sure you are satisfied with your decisions. They feel like a family!
Also loved that if you do choose to do your wedding here you are the only wedding onsite day of and that you have access to the inside and outside spaces. There are quite a few places to pick for the ceremony location. I personally preferred the look of the barn for photos :)

, was involved from the day we signed. She was always on top of all communications and made sure we were prepared for our big day. She provided our event timeline and made sure to coordinate with all of our outside vendors for timing (desserts, late night snack, etc.). Hannah, the florist and stylist, was amazing! Her style for our flowers matched our theme perfectly, and we were able to collaborate with how I can add my diy’s into the event. If you are thinking of using an outside florist, do not! Hannah’s florals received so many compliments from guests. My favorite being the floral chandeliers in the barn, my bouquet, and the florals around our neon sign on the greenery wall. We also paid extra for styling which was great since the setup and takedown are taken care of, one less thing I had to worry about, glad they offer this service. This venue has an exclusive caterer, My Chef, which was phenomenal! It was easy to schedule a tasting, and Susan was so sweet and helpful. The food was fresh on the day of our wedding, and Susan even came to make sure everything was perfect for us. The in house dj, Dj Gary, was also amazing! He was so upbeat and all of our guests enjoyed his presence. One of my top requests when picking a venue was to make sure I could bring my dog, Winston, and this venue is dog friendly. If you want your fur babies in attendance, they are awesome with accommodating! Our guests said this was the most gorgeous venue they’ve been to, and they loved that there were multiple places to walk around to. Lastly, I can tell how much every person at Venue 5126 cares to ensure the couple has an amazing day. Literally NOTHING went wrong, which I’m surprised by since people say to prepare for at least a few things to not pan out, but nope! This venue did it all and gave us the perfect wedding. We appreciate all the staff who helped, and are grateful they gave us an amazing experience.

-12pm and they were so hospitable. The only complaint I have is everything is priceyyyyy but truly our wedding would not have been as magical or special if it wasn’t at this particular venue. There are photo op moments all over the grounds. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get a perfect sunset for pictures. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. Highly recommend if you care about ease and aesthetics!

the cocktail reception on their gorgeous paver patio, dinner in the upscale tent and dancing in the barn all flowed perfectly and looked incredible. More importantly to us, the staff at Venue 5126 is what sets the apart from other venues we considered. We worked with them for over a year to plan every detail of our wedding, and anyone and everyone on their staff was available night and day to answer all of our questions and ease our worries. The day of, the staff was incredible and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. From their in house florist to DJ, their styling and coordinating staff to the owners themselves, we couldn't imagine having worked with a better team or a more beautiful venue.

Kristen and Annie were amazing with helping me make sure our day was perfectly planned down to the tiniest details, with decor, and the flow of the day. I was also so nervous about the floral situation, and then they made their team even more amazing by bringing in Hannah, who made even the floral planning a breeze and enjoyable! She’s the best! The venue itself is stunning, our out of town guests are still talking about how beautiful and lush the grounds were, and even had some guests from California wanting to move to Illinois because of the beauty! We loved the convenience of vendors and options connected to our venue that made planning a breeze. Using in house stylist, decor, coordinator, florist, and catering made decisions and organization so flawless. Every single person we encountered throughout our experience with Venue 5126 was genuine, caring, thoughtful, and as excited for our big day as we were! The pride they have in the experience they are creating for a couple feels so unique and real, it makes supporting a family and local business well worth it!
We cannot say enough about the upkeep and beauty of the property. The owners put so much work into making their Venue different, yet upscale, homey, yet classic, and it all feels so real once your big day comes to life.
The communication up to our wedding day was perfect. Someone always responded about catering questions, decorations information, day of time line, and any other zillion questions we had about planning. Both of our families visited Venue 5126 and were welcomed and treated as special as we were. They could see right away why we chose Venue 5126.
Hannah and Kristin made decision making so incredibly easy with guidance and suggestions. They understood our vision and personality and they let this shine through on our special day.
Kris and Dave made sure we were happy and excited on every visit we made to Venue during the planning stages. Then, on the day of our wedding, they were there, working every scene and event to make sure everything went seamless and that we enjoyed ourselves! Everyone made sure that we didn't need to worry about anything, they had it covered! Alyssa took amazing videos and pics to share immediately and her energy to take the nerves off was just perfect!
We truly cannot say enough about Venue 5126 and the joy and love we felt throughout the entire Wedding Process.
I would recommend this Venue wholeheartedly as we still look back on our day with the most happiness and joy ever!

Not only were we overwhelmed by the beautiful scenery, but the rustic vibes of the barn and the intimacy of the tent surpassed all expectations we had for what we wanted our wedding celebration to be centered around. The Venue 5126 staff were always available to meet with us throughout the entire planning process and made the experience both seamless and enjoyable. The entire team was able to capture our vision and create an experience on our Wedding Day that was personalized to the smallest detail! We still cannot get over how amazing everything turned out and it is a tribute to the entire Venue 5126 staff. If you are wanting to create the wedding of your dreams, Venue 5126 is the place! ony, both indoor and outdoor. We chose the pergola, where we also had our last private dance, and could not have for a more perfect spot to have our ceremony!
The team is amazing, and everyone works so well with each other. Having in-house florist, stylist and day-of coordinator made all the difference. Kristen, Hannah and Annie worked together and made the whole process so easy and stress free. They literally took care of everything and surpassed even our best expectations. Our special day was absolute perfection and we have to thank the Venue 5126 team for that.
The catering company they work with was also incredible. We had a lot of guests with different dietary restrictions and Sue at MyChef was so patient and helped us figure what the best option for everyone was. And the food was delicious! We also booked the photo booth and the pizza truck and they were both a success.
We had a such great time that at the end of the night we were sad the day was over.
Could not recommend Venue 5126 enough!

We also utilized the floral team through Venue 5126 and the recommended DJ which made for a very seamless event, as all the vendors worked together well. Kristen made our entire experience feel stress free as she handles pretty much all the detail planning and coordinating with our vendors leading up to the big day. The billings team was also great with communicating billing deadlines. I also loved that the owners are very hands on and involved in the process and making your day perfect. I cannot recommend this venue and their amazing team enough!

Annie, the stylist, helped make decisions to pull our whole vision together - if we chose table numbers that didn't quite fit the rest of our decor, then she was sure to just double check that's what we wanted, for one example. Kristen kept all nerves at bay and was truly a dream to work with. It was great to know that any help or recommendations needed, we had someone to go to throughout the whole process. Words can't describe how much I loved having my wedding at Venue 5126. Everything was so beautiful and so easy I did not have a single worry or anything to think about on my wedding day. Did I also mention that the venue is gorgeous? Amazing food and catering. So many cool add-ons like late night pizza, smores, etc. And all of the preferred vendors work together like family and know the space inside and out.
