d our expectations at our own wedding! Our wishlist do and don't plays were honored by the band (which we know can be rare). They even kindly let us get on stage and sing with them not once, but twice to our favorite songs! Every single person raved to us about how good Velvet Bay was, to which we responded - we know!! We truly could not recommend them more.

passed without guests dancing and enjoying themselves. Every song they played resonated with our crowd, and our guests still can’t stop raving about them. Velvet Bay is incredibly talented, and we’re so grateful we chose them to be a part of our special day!

're looking for a sure fire way to get everyone at your party having a good time, get Velvet Bay involved!

tion! From the music they played throughout cocktail hour to our first dances (each timed to our exact specifications), audio and emceeing during speeches, and the after-dinner dancing and music, every moment was elevated by their amazing performances. They brought so much joy, energy, and talent, and truly knew how to read the room and keep the vibe alive. The live music during cocktail hour was such a special touch—beautifully done and so unique. It set the tone perfectly and made that part of the evening feel even more magical. As the night went on, they impressed everyone more and more! The set list was so on point, the vocals were outstanding, and the whole band had such incredible chemistry. Our guests have not stopped talking about them—so many people said it felt like being at a concert they would have happily paid to attend. And we couldn’t agree more. Velvet Bay Groove turned our wedding into a night we’ll never forget and gave us memories we’ll carry with us forever. You absolutely must hire them for your event!

ic! Even when they weren’t actively singing they had an incredible playlist that kept the party going! We had guests who didn’t even want to leave the dance floor to use the restroom for fear of missing “another great song!” If you are on the fence about a dj or a band, definitely go with THIS band! It was the absolute best decision that we made for our wedding! Our reception was a party to remember thanks to Velvet Bay!

ighlight of our wedding!

to dance, not your standard repeats, all three vocalists where great!!! Great Job-- VELVET BAY!!!

oordinator added them to her preferred bands list, so I think that says it all. Don’t think twice, book them!

non-stop all night long. Professional, accommodating, and insanely talented, Velvet Bay Groove transformed our reception into the most incredible night that will never be forgotten by any of those in attendance. Cannot be happier or more impressed with this group of musicians. They come highly highly highly recommended by this ecstatic groom.

nishing an ounce in quality. This was especially apparent when seamlessly transitioning between genres - something that can be jarring if not done well. Multiple pulled me aside during and after the wedding reception to complement the band’s performance. Beyond sheer musical ability, the band and their manager were extremely easy to communicate with, accommodating of requests, and, overall, easy to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book them if you have the opportunity!

ll our guests on the dance floor. We got so many compliments. Bryson & Dan were so easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough - thank you for making our night so fun!

d kept all ages on the dance floor. We had never heard them before, besides listening to a few youtube videos and they blew us away. 10/10, I couldn't recommend them enough!

! Velvet Bay made it so easy to plan and be at ease that the day of, the music would be a hit! And when the big day came they absolutely crushed it! The song selections and timing of every transition was truly world class. I’ve been to many weddings and the dance floor culture is dictated by the band and or DJ. From the first song to the last dance, the band kept everyone’s energy up and I don’t believe there was any moment the entire night that the dance floor wasn’t jam packed. My wife if from New Orleans and we got married in Savannah and Velvet Bay really stepped up and offered a brass section that paraded with us on our second line! Then they continued to blow us away all night making the total band for after dinner a 8 piece band. It’s been several weeks since our big day and all of friends and family cannot stop talking about how awesome our band was. You guys truly made our wedding day a memorable experience. And when I look back on photos and videos of the day the music was there throughout! Highly recommend Velvet Bay for your wedding or event, they are ridiculously talented and worth every cent!

ith and Velvet Bay was all of that and more. They were very easy to work with, learned a couple of extra songs for us, and blew us away. We heard them warming up during their soundcheck and knew in that quick few moments that we had zero buyers remorse. They successfully got everyone on the dance floor, they had the BEST energy all night long, and crushed every single song... and even gave us an encore! During and post wedding all of our guests + us couldn't stop talking about how great they were. If we had the chance to do our wedding all over again, we would 100% hands down select Velvet Bay as our wedding band again. Thanks VB for making our wedding so memorable! Shannon + Jeff Weier

s Museum. It was horrible weather the day of the event and we came together to make it work. Leading up to the event the band was great at answering questions and communication as a whole. They were very flexible, professional and ready to work on the day of. As a planner I hight suggest them due to their easy to work with nature and some of the best live music I have heard at a wedding. I will continue to use them in the future!

ever been to! Dan, Bryan, and the team are wonderful with communication and sound like talented professionals. They played a fun variety of tunes, including some special requests of ours that weren't on their set list. y. Bryson, the band manager, was great to work with and very accommodating. We had pretty specific song requests that we wanted included in the set list and Bryson made sure to fit all of those in. We could not have asked for a better band for our wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding band!

fun wedding I've ever been to!" Bryson was so easy and fun to work with. They allowed us to give detailed input on what songs we did/did not want played and came up with the most perfect playlist for us and our guests. We danced to a Leon Bridges song for our first dance and they totally nailed it. We are already talking about how we want to throw a party and have them play again!
