Every unplanned thing that happens was fixed before I even knew it was happening. Vangie is the BEST!! Love her!! any little detail. Vangie was our Florist for our wedding and she made sure everything looked absolutely perfect. We recommend her without a doubt!

s coordination to exquisite details, they ensured our special day was nothing short of magical. Five stars for their professionalism, creativity, and dedication to making our event truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Vangies Events for anyone seeking top-tier wedding planning services.

vision for the day knowing all the ins and outs to make sure the wedding is magical. After our initial meetings where she helped us plan the look and style of the wedding, she had the entire outline of vendors, tasks and decisions we needed to make. She guided the entire process from start to finish. She was always readily available any time to answer questions and was extremely patient as we made last minute changes to the plans. At some point in your wedding planning, some disasters will occur. Vangie takes care of these issues more like a lifelong friend and confidant than a wedding planner. She is an invaluable asset to the team. Like a fine conductor, she is amazing on the day of the wedding. Both her and her staff made the day go smoothly handling every small hiccup with ease. With Vangie orchestrating the wedding, we could relax and be in the moment. Her setup for the ceremony and reception were nothing short of magical. It was a day we will never forget. Hire Vangie, you will not be disappointed.

as missing or if I needed some advice on what would be best, Vangie had all the answers. As a young(ish) bride with all the groomsmen and bridesmaids in their 20s, this was a tough group to make sure that everyone is listening and ready to make the day perfect, but Vangie took on that stress for me and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Throughout the whole night of the wedding, she made sure to let me know what was coming next, that I was comfortable in my seat, and was always on top of everything. They say to always expect something to go wrong on your wedding day because nothing is ever perfect, but I can tell you that mine was. There might be things that actually went awry during the event, but Vangie made sure that it was fixed before I even noticed. We also used her for our flowers as well which turned out absolutely beautiful. I am more simple in my taste for flowers (and on a budget) but she knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it look so elegant and even made sure I had peonies (my favorite flower) for my bouquet even though they were not in season. I appreciate her so much and I know for sure that she made our wedding the best day of our lives!

y of. Everything was absolutely perfect and I can't thank her enough for having her!

From the second we met Vangie at the Bella Collina club, we absolutely knew we would have the classy and elegant wedding we dreamed of. From that moment we knew we trusted her to make this a dream wedding for us. And of course she completely knocked us off of our feet! To say everything was beautiful and how happy we were with everything is an understatement! We are so grateful to have had Vangie as our wedding planner and florist. We received so many compliments on how beautiful and organized everything was. Everything was handled with class and style just like we always dreamed of! And the flowers….., exactly what we had imagined. I truly have no words to describe how magical the day was. During the planning, she was always available and her response time was unbelievably fast. During the wedding she was always there, she helped me with my dress bustle, made sure we had all we needed and even helped with my 2nd gown change. Thank you Vangie and team from the bottom of our hearts!

vintage glam, roaring 20s kind of wedding with “jewel tone “colors and I couldn’t find anything on the internet that truly captured my vision. This is where Vangie came in and conquered helping me to fine tune what I wanted and so flawlessly combine two worlds of design together!! Vangie, you exceeded our expectations, all of the elements you encouraged us to incorporate made our intimate wedding at Bella Collina continue to be the talk of our family and friends. You were supportive of our budget and helped us decided which features would give us the most elegance within our budget. From the mirrored runway, gold Oscar chairs, to the gold flatware, and plumes, it was ALL brilliantly designed! One of my favorite things about Vangie is her attention to detail, it is impeccable. Even though I had a hiccup the morning of my wedding with my vendors timeliness and ran almost an hour behind getting to the venue, Vangie worked her magic and kept us on our timeline the day of our soirée (wedding). All of our guests spoke at lengths about how our soirée stayed on time, flowed smoothly, and that they had never been to a wedding that “started and ended” on time, my guests said they forgot they were even at a wedding. Vangie made sure our event was elegant and intimate. She ensured we enjoyed our night and all we needed to do was to present with each other and enjoy our day. Vangie showed professionalism throughout the process. She guided us through the wedding tasting including our private tasting and helped guide us in ensuring that our theme stayed “cohesive” from the décor always the way down to the food! She ensured our vendors stayed on schedule and helped us to navigate enjoying our night without worry. Another amazing detail is how responsive and available Vangie was throughout the planning process, she was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, and being and out of state bride, this put my mind at ease and made the whole process less stressful. Vangie is real, down-to-earth, and will help you stay on task with your vision and budget. We would choose you again and appreciate you Vang!!! Clark & Sharese

m the very beginning, Vangie was professional, organized, and efficient in all of our meetings and communication. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Vang was their attention to detail. She was able to take my vision for my wedding and bring it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. She was also great at keeping me within my budget and finding ways to save money without sacrificing the overall look and feel of the wedding. Another thing that stood out to me was how responsive and available Vangie was throughout the planning process. She was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, which put my mind at ease and made the whole process less stressful. On the day of the wedding, Vang was like a superhero. She handled everything with grace and ease, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that all of my guests were taken care of. They even helped me with my wedding dress and made sure I had everything I needed. I was able to relax and enjoy my special day without having to worry about anything. Overall, I would highly recommend Vangie to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She is professional, organized, and efficient, and they truly care about making your special day as perfect as possible. And last but not least, Vangie speaks Spanish, for me it was an important quality to have because, in those moments of stress, I was going to need someone who could understand me in my mother language. She is truly wonderful. Thanks for all Vang!

could have ever hoped for. Vangie is kind, consistent, and professional. We had a full bridal party of complete jokesters, Vangie rolled with it and still kept everything running smoothly. It rained the day of our wedding but my husband and I had our hearts set on getting married outside, Vangie made it possible and it was more than stunning. If you are looking for someone to guide you and leaving you feeling confident with each step, she is the one for you!

ie stuck by ourside for 2 long years after each and every date change and kept us updated on everything. In fact, she kept us in check in all our preparations and to do lists making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. Guys, her attention to detail is everything. Let her do her thing. Follow her lead and watch your wedding come together like you always imagined. Our wedding was spread over 3 days and she managed all of it to a tee. I can't thank you enough Vangie, you made our dream wedding come true! Will see you again sometime in Orlando! All the love, -Sanjit & Lindsay Sodhi

ur love, your patience, your smile at all times, and above all , thank you for providing peace , happiness and the comfort of enjoying every second of our daughter’s special day… including taking pictures and being able to eat!!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!. The Gonzalez Cuban Family!!!!

forever. 10/10 would recommend her for your wedding!!!

oordinating the wedding day, everything was done in a professional, ordered and beautiful manner. My wedding was postponed from 12/2020 to 12/2021. Even with this change, Vangie was completely understandable and worked to make our day so beautiful. We explained to her our decor vision and she got EVER detail down to the T. From the beginning (and especially the day of of the wedding) my husband and I felt that we were Vangie’s number 1 priority! Her work is impeccable and unmatched. Vangie is truly an amazing wedding planner and the one that is capable of making your wedding vision come to life!

beat. She is as professional as they come and it is clear that creating the day of your dreams is her number one goal… and she definitely delivers! Vangie was super flexible and friendly. She was also very quick to answer texts, calls, or emails from a nervous bride! Her coaching on the big day made things so easy for us, especially because my husband and I were so nervous. She made sure that we ate, had drinks, and enjoyed special moments together the night…all things that we would have missed out on for sure. The centerpieces and my bouquet were absolutely stunning!! The decorations and the whole vibe of our big day came together perfectly because of Vangie, her experience, and her amazing eye!

y detailed. Even though I would get blue in the face going through ever detail multiple times (Im a guy, we get impatient) it is something that you can NOT take for granted as she has a commanding talent to make sure that every piece goes exactly to plan! Also, Vangie is always fast to return text messages, phone calls, and emails when any concerns would arise during the planning process which is key. I highly recommend Vangie for your next wedding or any event that you need help planning. Thank you Vangie for making our day special! Sean

or list of wedding coordinators so I was not sure where to even start. From our first meeting with Vangie I knew that she was THE ONE. Her expertise, professional demeanor, and impeccable taste were apparent from the first time we sat down with her. I was impressed with her ability to serve not only as our wedding coordinator but also as our florist and decorator...she is a triple threat! Vangie truly has a gift as she was able to create a vision for our wedding based off of a few Pinterest boards and ideas I shared with her during our initial meeting. Throughout the whole planning process she carefully listened to our wants and needs and so eloquently described how she would bring our ideas to life. The time that Vangie spent with us on countless phone calls, in person meetings, emails and even just check-ins still astounds me. Being the Type A person that I am, I knew I needed a coordinator who was organized and structured enough to to take all the stress off my back for the day of our wedding and boy did she ever deliver! My wedding day was seamless, Vangie kept everything under control and running smoothly so that I could actually enjoy and take in every moment of our special day. I'll never forget walking into our reception as I was literally brought to tears when I saw that Vangie had taken my vision for how our day would look and turned it into a real life fairytale wedding. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. A month later and we still have guests talking about how our wedding was the most beautiful event they have ever attended! From the bottom of our hearts, Tyler and I would like to thank you for creating the most spectacular and memorable event of our lives! Vangie, you truly are one of a kind :)

as if I were speaking with an old friend. Not only did Vangie help us choose amazing vendors, she guided us through the unknowns of planning a wedding during covid and helped me understand that although covid did alter some aspects, (such as some guests that were unable to attend) that our wedding would be everything that we ever dreamed that it would be. I always felt that everything was in expert hands and anytime I spoke with Vangie I always felt calm and reassured that our wedding would be perfect. And was it ever! Our wedding was beautiful, elegant, and of course it certainly was perfect. Vangie understood (sometimes before I could describe it myself) what kind of vision we had for our day and brought it to life. From the church to the venue to the vendors and to the decor; Vangie understood it all! To simply say that we loved our decor does not do it justice! Maybe it is because it wasn't just the decor, but when I see photos of it all I also think about our meetings and conversations that led to that result and that moment. Our grand reveal was spoken about for over a year, and when Vangie brought us into the ballroom for our reveal I could barely believe it was happening. Our time planning our wedding with Vangie was something that won't ever be forgotten. The trust and support that Vangie provides goes way beyond words.

her at every step. She honed into our vision for an old-world, romantic goth vibed wedding, and exceeded all expectations for an elegant decor and a stress free experience.. We highly recommend Vangie for all of your wedding needs!

ng. She understood our vision from day one and found the most beautiful ways to execute it. We were supposed to get married in May 2020 but had to postpone a full year because of covid. Vangie was amazing with helping us navigate through replanning our wedding. As our florist and decorator she was flexible with all of the changes I wanted to make after having an extra year to change my mind, which happened a lot. She recommended the absolute best vendors who helped to make our wedding dreams come true. We are a rare couple who spent over three years planning our wedding with Vangie and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. There is nothing I would change about our wedding, even the weather was perfect and I’m pretty sure Vangie made that happen too. We can’t thank her enough for giving us the best wedding day.

le. Also she recommended couples vendors we needed and a he made our wedding day we’ll never forget, I recommend her to everyone!!!

will get the job done and is on point and very attentive. Their response was, “I know just who you need.” They gave us Vangie’s information and am SO glad we got her. I honestly don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t. She not only made us feel at ease with everything, she made us feel like she really truly cared, like we were family. She helped us with every aspect of our big day and helped us bring our vision to life. Everything was STUNNING and very elegant. Truly perfect. She gave us our dream wedding and we will be forever grateful for Vangie and all she did for us. There aren’t enough words to say how incredible she is. I know there are a lot of event planners out there but trust me, you want Vangie as your planner. You won’t regret it!

mpass the same great qualities. However, Vangie still stands out from the others. Plus, she has the absolute best personality, style, and pure class. She also makes a bride feel more special than anyone else on the planet. What are 5 things that make her stand out above the rest? 1. Vendors trust her. It’s pure excitement when you tell them you’re working with Vangie. Every single vendor I called, before I ever consulted Vangie on vendors, had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Each one had a sigh of relief for themselves that everything would go smoothly if working with her. I don’t know how many emails came back with exclamation marks when I mentioned her name. When your vendors love your wedding planner then you know you have a stellar team working together, which is so important I’ve learned over the past year. She’s definitely held as a celebrity wedding planner in many vendors’ eyes. 2. Vangie is going to ensure your wedding is smooth and as flawless as possible. She works tirelessly to ensure your needs are met. She’s not afraid to put her foot down and get things moving if she needs to do so on your behalf but she’s always kind and respectful, which I can see why vendors and venues love working with her. She makes everyone’s life easier. With all the added stress of wedding planning, you can at least feel confident whatever Vangie is doing for you whether it’s wedding planner, decor, day of, etc., it’s being done to the highest caliber at all times. 3. Destination wedding? You need Vangie. You need, need Vangie. I couldn’t have done this without her. She knows her venues and people. I was afraid of another “event planner” after having a bad experience and Vangie put my mind to ease. Whether you’re a destination couple in the United States or overseas, she can do it all and she knows it all. She is highly educated in her field and of the surrounding areas of some of the most prominent venues, which is invaluable. Plus, she works so well remotely and in-person. I had no fears being hundreds of miles away, and no worries. 4. She is a load of class, greatness, and fun sass. Look ladies, if you want your dream wedding planner that has a stellar personality along with impeccable style that brings every detail of your desire into your wedding, yes and yes! I loved every conversation and fun time laughs with Vangie. She brought my vision to life in every single way I could have imagined and then some. Her decor choices and wedding coordination was beyond perfect. I’m still beaming over my wedding decor and bouquet reveal. She truly learned about me so that she could help further bring my ideas to life and ensure my wedding day was truly what I wanted and envisioned. A pure dream. 5. Lastly, rehearsal! If you’re nervous about your ceremony, you will not be after your rehearsal with Vangie. You won’t even bat an eye at what to do or have to worry about any of your wedding party. She is extremely detailed and every single person in your wedding party is given attention so they understand, know their role, and places for the day. Everyone commented that my rehearsal was the most informative and best one they’ve ever attended; all of us have been in numerous weddings. Book her now, ask questions later. You won’t regret it.

so we scrambled to find a professional, quality & top-notch florist and came across Vangie's Events. From the very first day we spoke she was not only present but calming and reassuring. Her poised and confident demeanor will put you at ease and really shows her years of experience working with different brides and weddings. I was very specific and detailed in the vision I had for the wedding & Vangie was extremely reassuring that she got us. On our wedding day, I was more than blown away. I truly believe her florals made our wedding space, ambiance and vibe the one we had always dreamed of. She took every single detail I mentioned and brought it to life (actually going above our vision!). Guests were enamored with our ceremony & reception look, it was just PERFECT! Vangie really takes the time to get to know her brides and personally presents you with your bouquet on your special day which is truly an amazing personal touch! As we live abroad & on a completely different timezone, Vangie was always more than available to take our calls and questions at all odd hours just to ensure our minds were at ease. We met for the first time ON the wedding day but it honestly felt like she knew us her whole life and completely captured the vision we aimed for on our day. We cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Vangie for making our day so special & going above & beyond our expectations! Janira & Sam

t know what I would have done without her. She took care of every detail before and during the wedding and created my dream wedding I had always envisioned. When we were hit with covid she took all of my worries away by taking safety procautiond and constantly reassuring me everything was fine. I knew I could always call her with any questions and she was always there for me. There is no other planner or florist I would recommend higher than Vangie.

e of my vision. I told you from the start What I wanted and you superseded my greatest expectations. You are the G.O.A.T!! (Greatest Of All Times) You will forever be in our prayers and our hearts 💕 💕💕💕 We absolutely love you Vangie 😘

We also chose to use Vangie for all of our wedding floral. Which i feel was another great decision that we made for our wedding. Not only did it take the stress off from having to contract another vendor and schedule other meetings, Vangie understood my exact vision. Everything came out perfect on the day. were just as important to her as they were to us. We had our wedding at the Grand Cypress Hyatt and it was stunning. She captured the vintage romantic style we had envisioned perfectly. She made sure everything was perfect and on schedule. The Hyatt management staff was very impressed with her and her professionalism which says a lot because they work with several wedding coordinators. Thank you Vangie for making our day beautiful.

She did that and more she created an event that all our friends and family where absolutely impressed and can’t stop talking about all the details, flower decor and overall atmosphere of it as they say was magical. I highly recommend Vangie she is a superb planner that will go above and beyond so thankful we found her.

when it comes to the actual day of the wedding. She hears what you want and sees your vision and completely puts it into play and than some. We had a beautiful wedding experience with Vangie by our side and our dream wedding became a reality. Thank you so much Vangie! We definitely recommend her to handle all the details of your big day.

he work that Vangie does is incredible. Her elegance is magnetic. I am a bit of a projectionist, so I thought planning my wedding would make me go a little crazy, but Vangie made everything so easy. She was so incredibly comforting. Her vision and the way she would speak so beautifully on every aspect of the planning process and the wedding day quelled any and all fears and stresses I could have possibly had. I thought the week of the wedding would be stressful, but that week ended up being so much fun. I knew Vangie had absolutely everything under control and I didn't have to worry. I knew I could count on her with anything. All of my friends and family told me before the wedding, "don't stress the small stuff. There will always be a few parts of your wedding day that do not go to plan." I can honestly sit here and tell you today that I cannot think of one aspect of our wedding that wasn't absolutely perfect all thanks to Vangie and her impeccable planning and coordinating. Vange, from Cody and I both, thank you so so so much for absolutely everything you have done and helping to bring the beautiful vision of our big day to life. I hope we can catch up soon.

ipated as a MOH in my best friends wedding. Vangie thought of everything to a T. When we did my wedding walk through she made she she had everyone she attention. I’m type A bit really try to not show it. Because Vangie was so type A I got to relax and really enjoy every moment. She even helped pin up my train! And her flowers were perfect and everything I wanted

hroughout the entire process she was calming, creative, and so helpful. She made sure everything was organized and beautiful from beginning to end. On the day of, Vangie was poised, calm and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She even did her magic to quickly fix my bustle when someone mistakenly stepped on it on the dance floor :) She seriously saved the day! Vangie didn’t just make an impact on my husband and I – our family, wedding party, and our wedding guests all had wonderful things to say about her. I will genuinely miss the planning process with her, but am so thankful she was on this journey with me, every step of the way! THANK YOU Vang! <3

sure that every detail was brought up and discussed. If you have a vision she will definitely make it come true and if you don’t have much of a vision her guidance is amazing. I was so happy with her detailed planning as well as all the flowers her and her team made for our ceremony and receiption. She recommended the best vendors to work with (and they were all great and professional). Even the day of the wedding Vangie does not stress and makes sure everything is running smoothly. I feel like if I didn’t have her by my side every step of the way I wouldn’t have enjoyed my special day as much. Thank you Vangie for being so organized and making this day unforgettable for us ♥️
