Where do I start? Well, my wedding was originally scheduled for September 2020, and, well, COVID happened so it was delayed. Not only were the V&E team compassionate to our plight,...
but they also effortlessly coordinated moving our wedding date not once, not twice but three times! They talked with the vendors, kept me up to date, and leading up to the day meticulously planned every detail. Then, the unthinkable happened, and I [the bride] got COVID 2 days before my wedding! They gave me multiple options on how we could proceed, and in the end I chose to do the ceremony solo with my husband and this was played for the wedding guests at the reception which we attended virtually over a projector. The team worked non-stop to coordinate all these last minute changes, and to carry out an absolutely beautiful, albeit unusual wedding. I truly don't know what I would have done without them!
They have the experience to carry out an incredible wedding, they know all the ins and outs of the industry and plan ahead for what could go wrong, so that nothing does! Not only do you get a wedding planner but you get a huge team of them, each with distinct roles!
I truly grew to love the V&E family, and I say family because they really treated me like they cared. Cheryl, Carly, Dani, Cicely, Elise, Hannah, Ryann, we love you guys, thank you for everything, and hope to work with you again, maybe on vow renewals after this whole COVID thing has settled down!
I had a great experience with Carly and Ryann. They are incredible people and the best wedding planners. They are very attentive and try and focus on what your vision is for your w...
edding. There was open communication between us and they worked very hard on my proposals. I really appreciate everything they did for me! Definitely contact them to plan your wedding!
Although we did not end up working with V&E, they were very helpful as we evaluated our options and explored different venues. I would certainly recommend checking them out!
While my fiance and I did not end up selecting a venue with V&E, I wanted to say a major thank you to Cheryl and her team for being so helpful, kind, and patient with us. Cheryl re...
ally took the time to get to know us as a couple and helped formulate a beautiful wedding day vision for us. V&E has the most beautiful estates that are beautiful, serene, and unique- I'm confident that they would be a wonderful service to work with.
Cheryl and her team were absolutely amazing! Our Big Day could not have been in better hands. Melissa, Paige, Carly, and Dani, our month of/day of coordinating team were rock stars...
! They made us feel at ease, so we could truly enjoy our day. Our guests are still talking about how perfect our wedding day was! :)
V&E is the most wonderful set of people to work with for your wedding. Throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding, they were extremely thorough and attentive. There ...
were several different people I worked with for each phase of the wedding such as planning, day-of coordination, upgrades, etc. Cheryl is top notch. Sierra was our day-of coordinator and she is in a caliber all of her own. Sierra and her team are not only extremely professional and precise in everything they do, they are some of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with for any type of event. Weddings can be stressful but the V&E team went so far above and beyond to make sure the bridal party and guests were happy and taken care of. Sierra even helped me find a lose pin (from my dress alterations) that was stuck in my dress so that I wouldn't get poked throughout the night.
I cannot express enough how wonderful V&E is. If you are on the fence, I hope that my review helps you to make the decision to go with V&E for your wedding. They are remarkable; you will not be disappointed.
Had the pleasure of recently attending a V&E wedding and could honestly say that I have never been to a more organized ceremony. Would strongly recommend to anybody on the fence.

the event. Cheryl and Carly are absolute dolls who truly care about making sure the wedding runs perfectly! They are fun and free spirited whilst maintaining a highly professional air! I've never felt more taken care of at a wedding, as they work to meet every need required. I highly recommend choosing V&E as your management company if you want the wedding of your dreams!

My Fiancee and I had the pleasure of working directly with Cheryl and Melissa who were both awesome!! We began working with Venues and Estates for our upcoming wedding for June 2017 - we went through several venues and decided to go with the Romantic Country Club in Orange County which is beautifully setup and exactly what we were hoping for (Plus it was just remodeled!). Cheryl is incredibly dedicated to finding the perfect match and kept the entire process easier than I thought possible - even though my financee and I currently live in Northern California they were able to setup viewings when we came into town, breakdown simple pricing, and setup tastings (we ended up going with TASTE catering - which supplied us with an excellent lunch-time tasting).
I would highly recommend Venues and Estates, it really took away a huge amount of stress and their staff is superb!
