I highly recommend Valleybrook for your wedding venue. Our son was just married there and it was amazing. We were welcomed and felt valued from our very first site visit to all the details in between until the end of the wedding. The staff there are amazing. They stayed in contact with us leading up to the wedding to make sure no detail was left untouched. They took care of every detail so we didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The day of event staff worked tirelessly and seamlessly to make sure everything ran smoothly. The outside ceremony space was lovely and cocktail hour space and ballroom were as well. Guests enjoyed having an outside area to go with firepit and activities. The just married golf cart was a nice touch for the bride and groom. We received nothing but compliments from our guests. The service and food were exceptional. Their rates were very reasonable in comparison to other local venues. Can't recommend enough.

Valleybrook was absolutely everything we dreamed of for our wedding day! Both Nicole and Lena were so incredibly attentive during the entire planning process and never made us feel like we were pestering them with questions (even though we were!) They put so much care into making sure that our day went according to our plan and they couldn’t have been kinder. From honoring our private cocktail hour and late night snack to being the last one I saw before I walked down the aisle, they were extremely supportive and definitely became a comfort on the most exciting but most nerve wracking day of our lives. I cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them enough. Our day-of concierges (Jessie and Alaysia-apologies if either of those are spelled wrong!) made sure they checked in several times during getting ready and for the entirety of the evening. The bartenders did a phenomenal job at keeping not only myself and my groom hydrated, but every guest had nothing but great things to say about the service. Everyone worked together to truly brought our vision to life and I hope they know how much of a role they played in making our day so special. Thank you to all of the Valleybrook staff from the bottom of our hearts!

the entire process was outstanding. Lena and Nicole were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day. Their kindness and organization gave us such peace of mind, and we always felt fully supported every step of the way. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. When we traveled in to make our final payment, the Manager Tom was kind enough to treat us to lunch, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel so welcomed. Our wedding day was truly flawless! The team brought our vision to life by setting up every detail of our decor exactly how we imagined it. The food was incredible, our guests are still talking about it! And the way the staff seamlessly coordinated everything with our vendors made the whole day flow perfectly. The day of concierge was super sweet, helpful and understanding. She worked hard keeping myself and the rest of the bridal party on course so we did not stray too far from our schedule. They will for sure need to splurge for a new ladder, as the one offered to us to decorate the outdoor archway collapsed, but aside from that the day was absolutely perfect! I will definitely be recommending this venue.

From the contract signing to the detail meeting to the day of the event. This is a 5-month late review, but I still have guests talking about this dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough for its modern rustic elegance inside to the beautiful views outside. The adorable bridal lounge was located downstairs away from guests if you needed to catch a breath and freshen up, which was helpful. There are numerous locations to take photos, and although we didn't partake, they have this cute quaint area for firepits outside. The pricing is very reasonable, and you receive 5-star service!

h! We were a long distance couple after engagement so we were looking for an all inclusive venue that would fit within our budget. The budget was very reasonable and the venue included the ceremony, food and drinks, cake, a team to set up all your decorations, and decor you can also borrow for free. Overall the day was very stress free. Tracey has been working at Valleybrook for years so we really relied on her and trusted her throughout the entire process, she was very accommodating. When we did not like the salad options on one of the packages she said we would be able to choose one of the other options they had available. Since my husband was not in town during the group tasting, Tracey was kind enough to set up a private tasting for us so my husband could try the food too. The only thing that was not perfect was when we went to tour the place for the first time, we ended up having to wait almost an hour for the tour because the woman giving the tour ran into car issues. Other than that not so great first impression, we were impressed by the place and it met our expectations! All the staff were wonderful to work with.

We were also lucky as the Grace Ballroom ceilings had just been renovated and looked beautiful on our wedding day. We’ve received so much positive feedback from our guests: the food and drinks were delicious, the decor was beautiful, and the wedding overall was a great time. We absolutely loved our Chocolate Lounge too! Our bartenders did an amazing job taking care of our guests as we did a six hour open bar. It’s worth the upgrade! Drinks, food, cake, table linens, tables, easels, décor, table signs, card box, and a golf cart are all available! The food here is amazing (tasting, rehearsal dinner, and cocktail/reception). We’ve had multiple people reach out to us on food compliments. The staff are the most helpful and nicest people (Tracey, Dominique, and Nicole). They all helped with any questions we had and made sure everything looked and turned out perfect! They really make sure you and your family are happy all through the day. The bridal suite is available all day and there is a place for the men to hangout while waiting as well. They have multiple options for the ceremony as well. We chose Magnolia Lane, but they also have a large, beautiful tree, and the ballroom option. They also have a lot of photo opportunities with the landscape and neon signs. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place or the people.

The mac and cheese bar during cocktail hour and waffles/ice cream station during dessert were a huge hit with our guests. The experience at Valleybrook from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Tracey, Allison, and the rest of team made the entire planning process easy from start to finish and our wedding day was more perfect than we ever could have imagined.
