We could not be happier with how perfect our daughter's wedding reception was at UCC! The set up was beautiful. The menu we selected was fabulous! We are still receiving complimen...ts on how delicious all the food was. Lee was so great to work with throughout the planning process and his staff is top notch. The setting was perfect on a perfect fall day. Our guests were able to take advantage of the weather and enjoy the outdoor deck area as well. There was no stoned left unturned. We would recommend UCC to anyone looking for a perfect setting for a reception or any other special gathering.
