My wedding flowers were one of my absolute favorite parts of the day. Urban Contessa created the most beautiful arch and brought our floral vision to life in the most magical way. ...
I'm so glad we chose them—it truly felt special. The communication and planning process was seamless, and they absolutely nailed what I had envisioned.

king our day extra special. My bridal bouquet, the ceremony arrangements - WOW!!!, and our reception decor was so spectacular. Our guests were awe-struck and could not say enough amazing things about the floral and reception decor. Olivia and Asia worked with us on creating two super special pieces for our ceremony, a beautiful installation piece for a phone booth, table decor with roses and candles, wristlets for family and more. Every.Single.Piece was stunning! We also have to say a very appreciative “thank you” for being willing to work with an absolute curve ball in a moments notice that made us certain we hired one of the kindest vendors available to us in the Indy market. Thank you for being willing to “make it happen.” We could not recommend Urban Contessa enough. Please hire them, you will be blown away! We appreciate you both so much! Thank you for everything!
I worked with Olivia at Urban Contessa for my May 2024 wedding at Tinker House. I had such a hard time articulating what I wanted for my wedding florals and she was so helpful doin...
g multiple intake calls and creating vision boards we would review together. I gave her a few Pinterest ideas and she brought my mainly greenery and limited florals to life. My favorite thing was her incorporating my favorite flower, tulips, where she could. I am not a huge rose fan and that did not deter her. She was responsive and brought my bouquets to the hotel before going to the venue to setup. She assisted in flipping the room during cocktail hour and then came back to clean up. The convenience was so worth it and I would absolutely recommend them!
I gave little restriction on the reception tables and Urban Contessa did a beautiful job. With the stress of planning, I didnt want to put too much effort into the table setting wh...
en there are experts that know what to do. With the package I chose, the team utilized their own candle holders and table runners to decorate the tables. The corsage and boutonnieres turned out lovely but my one disappointment was the flowers falling off during family formal shots. Just be sure to talk to them about options on the corsage bands.
We chose Urban Contessa florist for our wedding and reception. Olivia was so accommodating and responsive when we had adjustments and changes. The bridal party flowers, the flowers...
at the church and at the reception were all so beautiful. We received so many compliments on the venue decor which was a big part of what Olivia did. She did all the set up which was beautiful but at the end of the evening she was also there to tear down and pack things up. We will not hesitate to recommend Urban Contessa and Olivia to anyone looking for a florist!

ng was incredible and Olivia and the team were so kind and helpful every step of the way.
Urban Contessa Florals were great to work with! I gave general guidelines to the look I wanted, and all communication was fast and reliable, even during their busiest time of year....
I never actually met Olivia in person, but I was very pleased with our floral arrangements. She was even able to add greenery to my order last minute.
Olivia and the Urban Contessa team were an absolute dream to work with. I went into wedding planning without a clear vision of what I wanted or even needed, but Olivia was so great...
at asking me about all the little details and helping me find my floral dream. Even when my colors and ideas changed, she was so great at switching gears and coming up with something absolutely amazing. She and the team made the process so simple and delivered/set up all the florals seamlessly on our wedding day. Our florals were stunning - truly better than anything I could have imagined. I highly recommend Urban Contessa to anyone looking for florals for their event.
