There are not enough positive words to express my LOVE for Uptown! This amazingly cute, perfectly decorated, and charming dress shop is seriously one of the happiest places on Eart...
h. I swear it is the Disneyland of all wedding dress shops! Choosing Uptown to purchase my wedding dress from was the BEST decision I could have made!
I don't want to give away too many secrets, but I will say the personal touches they incorporate into your appointments are out of this world and so memorable! I have the most beautiful memories of being surrounded by my favorite people at my appointment having the best day. We were being spoiled with yummy treats and drinks by the wonderful ladies of Uptown. Jess was my consultant for my initial 3 hour appointment and pick-up appointment and I couldn't be more thankful for her! She was patient, attentive, and so personable! It was so nice to have such a personalized experience with the whole store to myself. Any question, request, or clarification- someone from Uptown was always ready and eager to help.
Planning a wedding can be a roller coaster of emotions with many ups and downs, but I knew that I was in good hands with choosing Uptown. I received countless compliments about my dress on my wedding day and I credit Uptown for their patience in helping me along every step of the way. I looked forward to any reason to stop by Uptown - whether it was to pick-up my dress, pick-up my veil...you name it- I was always excited to take a trip there!
My experience at Uptown is something I will definitely cherish forever. They go the extra mile, they take the time to listen, and at the end of the day, what is truly most important to them is that you are genuinely happy. That's what stood out to me the most.
I would recommend Uptown to anyone and everyone! To everyone at Uptown- thank you for your kindness and for bringing me so much joy & memories to last a lifetime!

ly just want to relive it every day because it was such a breathtaking experience. The boutique is just stunning! I wish I could work there so I could relish in all that bridal magic every day, but also because I would love to make others feel as happy as they made me feel at my appointment. I am so grateful for the day they created for me. The ladies there are simply the sweetest, kindest women that made my day so special. Everything was personalized to me - from the music, to the drinks & treats, to the photos of me and my fiancé around the boutique, to the gorgeous bouquet flowers! They even took professional photos the entire time and also worked with my fiancé to give me an extra special surprise when I said yes to the dress! Let’s just say there were a lot of happy tears. Jess was my consultant and she helped me find my dream dress, she was so wonderful! I am so obsessed with the dress I chose and I can’t stop looking at all the gorgeous photos they took to capture the beautiful moments from my appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful day that I will cherish forever.

As soon as you get engaged, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Uptown Bridal. It was the best part about the wedding planning experience and I highly recommend every ...
bride to experience it. You will not regret it! When you get married, everyone wants a little piece of the experience, and uptown bridal, really gives you the magical feeling that a bride (and her family) should feel when they are picking out the dream wedding dress. I will leave all the details out on what they do in your appointment (because each bride should experience it themselves), but let me just say, I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Hands down, I have never experienced better customer service, from the beginning, when you're booking the appointment, to the appointment, even to the end when I had my dress preserved through them. Stop reading my review, and go book with them! Its the only place brides should go!

ing experience feel so special and one of a kind. I went in with an idea of the dress style I wanted, and after trying on several of those, Nicole recommended a style that was completely different and that dress ended up being the one. They are ahead of the game every step of the way. Impeccable service, attention to detail, and gorgeous dresses of course!

If you are thinking of shopping anywhere else, don't! You will treasure your dress shopping experience here and remember it forever (especially since they give you beautifully edited photos of your whole day). dress. After reading all the amazing reviews I booked my appointment with the lovely ladies here. From the first moment on the phone until the last moment of my appointment they made me feel like a VIP bride. They cater the day to your needs and the boutique is all yours while you shop. There are amazing treat and drinks and they were able to accommodate my diet restrictions. Everything about this day was amazing and was one of my most memorable experience with all my family and friends. Everyone who went with me could not stop talking about how amazing the whole experience was from all the lovely pink decorations to the special surprises they add along the way. I have not been able to stop raving to everyone I know about Uptown. If you are looking for a place to find a dress and have a whole bridal experience then look no further this is the place you need to go! The ladies at Uptown are so friendly, so thoughtful and amazing! I could not have asked for a better day, it will truly be a day I remember forever.

nt is well worth it, especially if you end up finding the dress because it goes towards it. They personalize the appointment to you and your significant other and add special touches around every corner. They do an amazing job of helping you narrow down the best options for you and that helped a lot as I am a very indecisive person. I found my dress and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I meet forever!

edding dress. They tailor every consultation not only to each bride, but also to the love they have with their fiancé and the girls they bring with them to help select. I laughed, I cried and I found the dress of my dreams. The deposit is worth every penny, even if I didn’t find my perfect dress (which I did), the experience is unlike anything else. Then they went over and beyond when my sister, who lives out of state and missed my selection day, wanted to surprise me at my fitting. I wouldn’t even call it customer service, because the gals that run this store, they feel more like your friend by the end of the day, they are truly amazing people. Trust me, this is an experience you want apart of your wedding.
Uptown Bridal made me feel like a queen! I could not have asked for a better experience getting my dress from beginning to the actual wedding day. All of the women that work there...
are super kind. It was so easy to make an appointment and the whole process was explained to me prior to the day. There were so professional and never felt pressured to purchase a gown. I tried on a ton of gorgeous dresses over the 3-hour appointment and finally picked my dream dress. After my dress came in, they called me right away and were able to schedule me an appointment that week to try on the dress. They gave suggestions for alterations based on fit and recommended the sweetest woman to alter the dress. This is truly a one-stop shop, as they offered drop-off for steaming and cleaning services and I was also able to purchase beautiful Lovebird jewelry. This group of women is truly amazing, and you should look no further for your dress shopping experience. Thank you Uptown Bridal!!

a private experience just for the bride and her guests. Uptown Bridal personalizes the whole experience based on the answers you gave on the questionnaire such as wedding colors and song preferences. First you start off in the living room area where you sit, relax, drink and talk with your guests. They provide snacks and drinks and you are able to bring your own wine or champagne. Then the guests move into the main room where the bride comes out to show off the dresses she tries on. During the entire time, there is someone who takes pictures and they send the photos to you at the end of the day. My bridesmaids had a great time and I highly recommend this place to all future brides looking for a wedding dress.

xperience I’ve ever had. From the music they play for you, to the private suite. It’s an experience I’ll never forget. I was able to try on all the sample dresses and I fell in love with a veil and dress and was able to walk out that day with everything i needed for my special day. I would recommend every woman go just for the experience alone. I was nervous i would t be able to find what i needed but I was so happy when i said yes to my dress! If i could give them more stars i would. Thank you ladies ;)

nother store before that, I realized I was dead wrong. Having the whole place to ourselves was so special, and they had all kinds of treats ready for us along with a robe for me to wear. They even had some special touches for me and a surprise from my fiance when I said “yes” to the dress! I’ll always remember that day so fondly, and it was largely due to the experience from Uptown. My now-husband was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle, and after our ceremony all he could say was, “Wow. That dress.”

beyond! I went to a salon before which was the normal 1.5 hour appointment and by the time I got to Uptown, I was tired and faint due to the jumping in and out of dresses and not even having time to drink water at the prior appointment. However, this appointment is 3 hours and they made sure to give me time (and donuts and water) to just sit in the room and rest and made sure I knew I wasn't rushed at all. We showed them a dress I liked at the previous store and without me even looking through dresses, they brought me the most perfect dress! They helped me find my DREAM dress along with an amazing veil and headpiece. They were truly there for me in all senses. They are so sweet, professional, and provide the most amazing overall experience. Nothing will top this experience!

ilor the dress buying experience to each guest. They will make you feel so special (and not pressured) as you try on gowns, snack on treats, and make memories with your closest friends and family. They will help you choose your gown and all the small details such as jewelry. I also had them dry-clean and preserve my gown and shoes after the wedding. The entire experience with them was amazing, they are so kind and passionate about the work that they do.
My wedding dress experience has been the most amazing experience I’ve had during the wedding planning process. I owe it all to Uptown Bridal and their lovely staff. My sister-n-law...
told me about this boutique and said she had heard nothing but good things about it. I can vouch for that now. I made my appointment in August 2017, and the wait for January was agonizing . The next five months were a roller coaster of emotions; nervousness, excitement and insomniac. During those five months, I also saw countless episodes of TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, bawling my eyes out and impatiently waited for my appointment.
Uptown Bridal gave me some homework: a questionnaire and to go into their Pinterest and pin the dresses I wanted to try on.
Fast forward to the day of my appointment. My mom, two sister-n-laws, step mother-n-law and my fiance's sister met at my house at 0600 to drive a few hours to Chandler. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked into the Boutique. I mean EVERYTHING. The building was the cutest thing ever, they had donuts for us, coffee, macaroons, and sparkling non-alcoholic champagne. It was very personal, they had pictures of Justin and I all over the place. The room where I was going to be trying on dresses was filled with dresses I had pinned. I also had the option to pick out any others I wanted to try. My step mother-n-law picked one out for me (which ended up being "The One")!
I had never tried wedding gowns on so I was nervous. The first one I tried on ended up being MY DRESS!!!! I wont give any more spoilers about how amazing it is. Just call Uptown Bridal, make an appointment and live the experience yourself. You will NOT regret it!
I tell all my friends they HAVE to get their wedding dress from here! The bridal shop is in an old house that has been renovated and it seriously creates such a charm about it. The...

8 years ago at the recommendation of her close friend who also got her dress from here a year or 2 prior. It was no question where I'd be going to find my perfect dress and oh boy! did I find it! Uptown Bridal & Boutique is not just about finding a dress but it's a whole experience that my family, friends, and I loved and will never forget. They care so much and the little touches/surprises that they do just makes the whole experience an unforgettable one. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress!

eduled my celebration consultation there. I was literally counting down the days. To say my morning at Uptown was amazing is a complete understatement. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I truly had a magical day. I felt comfortable and special, it was like sene out of a movie (which was captured perfectly through the photographs they took). The Uptown girls have a keen eye for detail making sure every thing was all about me- from the music playing to the pillows on the couch matching my wedding colors! If I could make everyone go here I certainly would. Their knowledge and personable mannerisms are outstanding. Not forgetting to mention the dress selection is dreamy. Thank you Uptown for all you do to make this experience special and stress free. Definitely the best ever!

d’s Bridal or a big chain store, and I came across Uptown Bridal.
They require an appointment and a deposit, which goes towards your dress if you decide to buy one, but even if you don’t, the experience itself is worth every penny!
I was amazed on the day of my appointment how detail oriented the staff was and how magical the shop felt the second I walked in.
I had my mind set on a strapless mermaid dress. I tried on numerous dresses and didn’t seem to fall in love with any of the ones I had picked out, so they picked out a few of their choices for me. The first one I tried on that they chose for me ended up being my dream dress, and to my surprise it wasn’t strapless!
On my wedding day I received so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding dress was and all my guests loved how it wasn’t your typical strapless dress.
I highly recommend Uptown Bridal!
