On the day of our wedding, we had a torrential downpour during the ceremony - something that would have caused me a lot of stress, but because of Jenna's expertise and assistance, the ceremony was even more magical than I could have expected. She curated the entire experience, including: • A beautiful Saturday family picnic at Royal Farms complete with apple-picking and corn mazes. (because why shouldn’t my guests feel like extras in a wholesome Hallmark movie?) • Thoughtfully designed welcome bags for all our guests • A warm, intimate dinner at The Weathervane • A wedding-morning brunch that made our guests feel celebrated • And every vendor, contact, and creative partner we needed — she knew exactly who to call and trusted exactly the right people And then… the wedding day. My ceremony and reception at Castle Farms were nothing short of enchanting. A horse-drawn carriage delivered me to the aisle, my reception space took everyone’s breath away, and the florals were so exquisite they felt like they were grown straight out of a storybook. She didn’t just design my wedding — she designed the world that existed in my imagination. Now, let’s talk about Jenna. This woman is calm in the storms I personally created, LOL! I had a few meltdowns (don’t judge me), and she handled each one with empathy, grace, and the kind of efficiency that made me wonder if she has superpowers. She listened to every thought in my head and turned them into reality without ever making me feel extra… even when I absolutely was! Our ceremony rehearsal was a fun experience, Jenna and her team organized that portion of our wedding day to every detail and our family and friends commented on how well organized our ceremony rehearsal was.It is worth mentioning that Jenna is so beautifully patient which is such a helpful characteristic during such a stressful time! I felt confident in handing all of the details off to Up North Events and we had a wonderful, memorable wedding.

whole day. I was able to rent some of her wedding items, which was amazing because I was flying to my wedding, and we emailed and spoke on the phone about my wedding details. On the wedding weekend, she ran our rehearsal, finalized details with all of my vendors, and made sure everything was perfect and running on time on the wedding day. I would recommend Jenna as a planner or coordinator to anyone - she was warm, organized, friendly, and was able to keep everything moving at the wedding when I was greeting guests/dancing, etc. If you are on the fence about having a planner/coordinator, do it! Jenna did so many things that I don't even know who would have done these things...she put the cake plate out for our cake cutting, had our marriage license ready to sign with a pen, moved our guests to cocktail hour, signaled for the music to start when I walked down the aisle, and I am sure about a million other things that I didn't even notice. I cannot thank her enough.

. We were stressed about switching our plans so close to the wedding date, especially to an area where we knew very little about the local vendors. From our initial call, it was clear Jenna was the woman for the job. She was able to fit her services to our needs and budget and found several vendors that were still available on short notice AND within our budget. She responded quickly to our questions, provided updates during her search, and gave detailed overviews on the vendors to help us choose our best fit. We would have been lost without Jenna's help. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

What was most helpful to us was her ability "on the fly" to contact all the vendors the night before the wedding to move up our ceremony and wedding dinner by an hour, and it all came off perfectly.

I originally did not plan on having any one. I was under the impression that I could plan my wedding myself and family/friends would be there the day of to help out. However, on your wedding day and days leading up everything is complete chaos and having someone there who’s only job is to help you with whatever detail needs attending to is a complete must. There’s absolutely no way my wedding would have run smoothly without her help. She was extremely organized, had all my details written down, and was there from start to finish. I had an outdoor ceremony and it stormed just as we were about to walk down the isle. Only 45 minutes later the rain stopped and Jenna had every chair dried and guests back in there sheets and I still had my dream wedding. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
