Our wedding on November 1, 2025, was truly the best day ever, thanks to Emily, Kritzie, Robert, and Gen, who were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was exceptiona...
l—even beginning three months out, they took care of vendor communication, the timeline and every little detail, so we never had to think twice. They were always available by email, text, or call whenever we needed them, and on the day of, everything ran perfectly. Even when unexpected issues came up like our limo breaking down, Emily had an immediate solution and handled it with total ease. They were wonderful with our families as well, making sure everyone felt calm, supported, and stress-free. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our experience. If you are looking for the best coordinators, look no further!
My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding, and we are eternally grateful to Kritzie and the whole team at Unruffled for their extraordinary work to make our big day so speci...
al. Our celebration had 100 guests coming to Westchester, NY from all over the world, with a ceremony at the historic Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow and the reception at Windrose-on-Hudson. Featuring a blend of different cultural traditions and fully bilingual events, this wedding had a lot of moving parts!
With Unruffled as our Month-Of Coordinators, everything came off perfectly. We had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Kritzie in our planning sessions. Kritzie, Genesis, and Robert took care of us on the big day.
The Unruffled team could not have been more thoughtful, patient, accommodating, and attentive. From the welcome questionnaire to the planning meetings to the site visits to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, they were not only organized and helpful, but a very calming presence. Their deep attention to detail allowed us to trust that everything big and small would get taken care of, and everything indeed came out perfectly.
Because Kritzie and Emily really took the time to get to know us, they were able to make many helpful suggestions throughout the planning process (and during the wedding day itself) that perfectly aligned with and complemented our vision for the event. Kritzie did a great job working with our other vendors, including our reception venue, where we were the first wedding they ever held.
On the wedding day, Kritzie and Genesis kept everything moving smoothly without being intrusive at all. We were able to really enjoy our wedding because we knew they had everything well in hand. Robert took amazing video of our private Tea Ceremony (before the professional videographer arrived), and was on top of troubleshooting any minor hiccups throughout the day (clutch job quickly fixing the cocktail hour speaker!).
Our families, the church, the reception venue, and our vendors also uniformly (and completely unprompted!) told us that Kritzie and the whole team were the best wedding coordinators that they had ever worked with - high praise indeed!
We consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Kritzie, Emily, Genesis, and Robert. I can't stop thinking about how spectacular and perfect and fun our wedding was, and that was in no small part due to their help! We are very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you! <3

sh, Emily and her team were nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing them was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.
From the moment Emily arrived, she took charge with such grace and professionalism. She made sure everything was perfectly on schedule, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and every detail we had planned came to life flawlessly. What truly stood out to us was how attentive she was . Emely ensured that everyone felt cared for.
There was even a moment right after our church ceremony when it looked like it might rain. I started to panic, but Emily immediately stepped in — calm, reassuring, and so composed. She told me rain was a sign of good luck and helped me see things in a more positive way. She reminded me to stay in the moment, to breathe, and to enjoy the day we had worked so hard to planned
We were really impressed with Emily and her team — their professionalism, warmth, and how smoothly they managed every single detail. They made sure my husband and I could truly enjoy every minute of our day without worry.
Now that we’ve received our wedding photos, I can’t help but relive each magical moment — and it’s all thanks to the calm, organized, and loving energy that Emily and her team brought to our day.
To anyone planning a wedding — don’t hesitate. Hire Unruffled. They are everything you could ever hope for and more. Emily and her team made our dream day possible, and for that, we will forever be grateful.
Wishing the Unruffled team continued success — you deserve it all and more
Unfortunately, our experience with these wedding planners was very disappointing. From the start, they appeared unorganized and often confused, which only added unnecessary stress ...
to our big day. Despite clear communication and specific requests, they frequently did the opposite of what we asked and failed to follow through on important details. It felt as it was their first wedding.
We felt like we couldn’t rely on them for anything meaningful — they were not helpful to us as brides and did not take initiative when it mattered most. For example, they didn’t greet or direct guests as we had planned, leaving people unsure of where to go. Several items and setups we had specifically requested were either missing or not prepared, which was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, we felt let down by the lack of professionalism and follow-through. We cannot recommend this planners based on our experience.

l was thoughtfully planned and executed—from the stunning decor to the seamless timeline—and the day felt completely stress-free because of them and their incredible work.
Their warmth, positivity, and attention to detail are unmatched. Emily and Kritzie weren’t just organized and professional, but they made us feel genuinely supported every step of the way. While Kritzie worked closely with the venue to ensure every setup detail was perfect, Emily stayed with me and the wedding party, helping steam dresses, answering questions, and making sure everyone was calm, happy, and ready to go.
Their communication with the venue and outside vendors was a game changer and took so much off our plate during the chaos of wedding planning. We were actually able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew everything was being handled with care and expertise.
Our wedding wasn’t just an event; it was an unforgettable experience for us and our guests, and it was all thanks to Emily and Kritzie. They are the best duo you could ask for, and I don’t know what we would have done without them. If you’re looking for planners who are absolute pros and also bring genuine heart and joy to the process, do yourself a favor and hire them. We’re forever grateful—and can’t recommend them enough!

There are truly no words that can fully capture how grateful we are for everything you did to make our wedding day the most seamless, joy-filled experience o...
f our lives.
From the very beginning, your thoughtfulness, care, and calm guidance were exactly what we needed. You stood by us for months leading up to the big day — helping us navigate tough decisions, creating a flawless timeline, coordinating every vendor, and making sure every detail was aligned so we could focus on what mattered most.
Your dedication and heart were felt in every part of the process. You made what could have been stressful feel smooth and even fun. On the day itself, everything was truly unruffled — and it’s all thanks to your hard work, clear communication, and genuine passion for what you do.
Thank you for showing up so fully, for caring so deeply, and for giving us the gift of being fully present on the best day of our lives. We will forever be grateful.
With love and appreciation,
Ashley & Brad
Hiring Unruffled was the best decision we did during our wedding planning process. Kritzie and Emily are experts in their field. They run their business with dedication and class. ...
You can tell how passionate the two of them are. They were both so easy to communicate with. Unruffled created a full timeline of the day, handled all our vendor communication a month prior to the wedding (we utilized their day of coordination services), and even provided suggestions like finding a decor wall for our dream limoncello seating chart. Their services put us at ease leading up to the wedding and were incredibly helpful the day of. Because of Kritzie and Emily, my husband and I were able to feel like an actual guest at our wedding. The two of them handled everything behind the scenes and made sure everything aligned with their timeline. We worried about absolutely nothing the day of! Besides being good at what they do, Kritzie and Emily are both so personable and kind. We felt so comfortable with them since day 1 and it was so sad having our final debrief meeting after the wedding because we felt like they became friends through the process instead of just a one time vendor. Their day of efforts were beyond our expectations and even our family and friends at our wedding recognized their amazing work and attention to detail the day of. You won’t regret hiring Unruffled, I promise you!

ne, they took charge and made everything so much easier for Kassie and me. They handled all of the vendors—contacting them with our questions, managing contracts, and even getting copies of insurance and sending all of that to the venue towards the end. They also gave us great suggestions on where to buy certain items we wanted to include in our wedding. They stayed on top of every detail and were with us every step of the way.
Their passion for what they do is obvious, and it reflects in the quality of their work. On our wedding day, they were right there, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing because they had it all under control.
Kritzie and Emily, you both have an amazing work ethic, and it’s clear that wedding planning is your calling. Our guests were blown away by how perfect everything was, and we know that’s largely because of you two.
Thank you so much for making our wedding day unforgettable. You guys are the best, and we couldn’t have asked for better planners!
I cannot speak highly enough about our wedding planners who exceeded every expectation we had. From our very first meeting to the last dance of the evening (and after party), they ...
demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication and creativity. They not only understood our vision but enhanced it with their expert suggestions, transforming our ideas into a reality that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Their meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our special day.
On the day of the wedding, their hard work and commitment were nothing short of extraordinary. They managed every aspect with grace and efficiency, seamlessly handling any challenges that arose and ensuring that everything was perfect. Their tireless efforts and unwavering professionalism were evident throughout the event, and we received countless compliments on how well everything was executed. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly exceptional wedding planning experience.
Emily, Kritzie and the entire Unruffled team were immeasurably helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding and organizing a thoughtful timeline and coordination with all vendors...
. I was most impressed, however, with how they took care of us on the wedding day. I've never felt so supported and taken care of. The team helped everything run so smoothly. But mostly, the team was so thoughtful (for example, bringing us a sampling of all apps at the cocktail hour since we weren't able to circulate easily). I can't think of a single thing I wish had gone differently!

day went smoothly. It was hands down the best decision I made for the whole wedding. No matter how much you plan ahead, the last month before your wedding is always chaotic dealing with your vendors and finalizing details. Veronica handles and organizes all that for you and makes it manageable. On the day of, she and her team coordinate everything so you don't have to be worried if any of your vendors are running behind. She makes sure your vision comes to life and it is SUCH a load off on a day that you should really be focused on having fun versus stressing over details. Also, Emily on Veronica's team was my BFF the whole night. She works at an atelier and is so knowledgeable about dresses. She was with me every step of the way, helping me with my dress, and making sure I didn't stumble. The whole team made my wedding day the best it could have been and I'm so grateful!

ad on all communication with them. My favorite part was seeing her incredibly detailed timeline, which not only gave me a sneak peek into the day, but put me at ease that everything was in order and would go smoothly. Veronica lead us through our rehearsal the evening before, the ceremony and made sure everything throughout the reception went smoothly. Props to her for making our day incredibly seamless and UNFORGETTABLE.
She was able to smoothly gather all of my family members for photos, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. We are incredibly grateful for her services and can look back on our special day knowing that everything went absolutely perfectly.
Thank you for everything, Veronica!!
If you're contemplating having a coordinator for your big day -- DO IT... & make sure to hire Veronica because she is a professional at what she does and you'll have no regrets!!
Leading up to our wedding Veronica was the best! She was on top of every meeting and every detail. We were unsure if we needed a month-of coordinator at first, but we are so glad w...
e did!! On the day of our wedding everything went so smoothly! Veronica and her team had everything timed down to the minute. Having someone who knows exactly how to build a timeline, making time for the things we didn’t even think of was a game changer. We were actually able to enjoy our day without being rushed and without having to think about all the little details because we knew Veronica had them covered.
At the end of the night she made sure all out keepsakes were packed in our car, everyone got on their hotel shuttles. 100% would recommend!!
Hiring Veronica for our wedding as our Day of Coordinator was the best decision that we made during the 27-month wedding planning process. From the moment I spoke with her, I could...
tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn’t find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues – such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time – and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding – that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our ‘vision’, since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn’t think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn’t see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d’, and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable – and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn’t have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does – which is making sure your day is amazing. She is professional, great at communication, and she makes you feel safe. You can trust her completely, and know that your day will be in the best hands possible.

LAWLESS and seamless because of her and her amazing assistant. For someone like that me is super type-A personality, it was hard to give over my ideas and plans for execution but Veronica was incredible and am I SO glad I did!!

te details of the actual day of the event. Veronica stepped in about a month before and confirmed everything with my vendors, made suggestions (all of which I took - she knows her stuff!) and coordinated the day so well, including some hiccups. My husband and I had the absolute perfect day and Veronica and her assistant were a huge part of that! Would recommend her services for Day-Of to full planning for any future wedding.

blems I didn’t know about them because Veronica handled them. She kept in contact with all of my vendors, made my timeline and made sure we were on time for all events. She was very responsive, offered suggestions and talked me off a ledge more than once lol. Highly recommend her.
I cannot recommend Veronica enough! She was on top of everything from the beginning. She answered all our emails and all our texts and all of our phone calls. We had a large bridal...
party and an extensive shot list and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. She was truly my favorite vendor to work with from start to finish. My cousin is getting married in 2023 and saw her working and immediately asked me for her info that’s how great she was throughout the day. If you haven’t booked Veronica yet you need to ASAP! My husband was not for the idea of a day of coordinator when we first hired her but quickly came around and after the wedding said she was the best investment for the wedding. We truly cannot thank Veronica enough for everything that she said and all that we put her through! Run (do not walk) to book her!!
Veronica is simply amazing!! She went above and beyond for me. From dress fittings to floral mock ups and postponements. Veronica was there every step of the way. If you are even ...
considering hiring someone, Unruffled is the way to go. I cannot wait for the next party, so I can work with her again.
The best decision I ever made for our wedding was hiring Veronica. We booked with Unruffled way before the pandemic for our March 2020 wedding. I would have given her 5 stars then...
and I wish I could give her 10 stars now. The way she helped me re-book all my vendors for our rescheduled date of Nov 2020 AND THEN helped us pull off our covid friendly ceremony while re-booking our reception a second time for 2022 was seriously remarkable. I could not have survived the day without her. If you were ever on the fence about booking a wedding planner, do it!
We had a micro-wedding at a restaurant on LI so the event was “low key” for a wedding. Looking back, I keep describing the day as chill and that was thanks to the help from Veronic...
a. We needed someone to help with logistics and GSD and Veronica did exactly that. I didn’t expect we would find a coordinator so last min who could pick up the entire vibe of the wedding but that’s exactly what happened. Veronica was able to get our vibe within the first 5 mins of meeting with us and that's exactly what I needed that day.

ot go as planned. I am an EXTREMELY organized person who had every thing planned out for our Plan A very far in advance. When Plan B hit 30 days before our wedding, I was pulling at every thread I could. We made the call to hire a wedding planning (month of coordinator) and it was amazing. Veronica was readily available, lead contact to all of our vendors, timeline extraordinaire, and saving grace. I had sent her pictures of how I wanted a lot of the decor for our new venue (a glorified backyard wedding), and she was able to really put my plan in action. I trusted her to rearrange things as needed based on her professional opinion. She was able to coordinate all of the vendors getting there on time, give suggestions on how much alcohol/drinks we should purchase, give feedback on things we thought would work (and based on her experience were typically not great ideas), etc. Being the type A bride that I was, I was so incredibly nervous I would be worrying all day and night about what needed to be done and if something was wrong. Veronica assured me everything was great, and even texted me the day before the wedding to tell me to start relaxing. Having Veronica and her assistant there was amazing. Things didn't always go as planned (which is going to happen regardless of the day), and I honestly had no clue about it until after the night was over. Veronica was able to handle everything flawlessly and without issue. While my husband and I were doing our first dance, the band was supposed to transition into an anniversary dance for my grandparents. It wasn't going as planned, and just as my husband and I realized, I saw Veronica sneaking over to the band to correct it without anyone even noticing. My friends and family had nothing but amazing thing to say about her, and a few are now inquiring about her services for their upcoming weddings. Our vendors loved working with her and said it was nothing but flawless. Our florist, who verbalized that he wasn't a fan of wedding planners, raved about her and enjoyed their experience working together. Bonus: she came to our rehearsal dinner, met the bridal party and did a run through! Overall, it was such a pleasure working with Veronica during this extremely stressful time of being a COVID bride. She was perfect in all forms of the word. I HIGHLY recommend her for any and all of your planning needs!!

ica instantly put us at ease. She understood every detail of our vision and made sure that it came to life the exact way I had it in my mind.
I could give 100 examples of how thoughtful and attentive Veronica was, but I’ll leave you with just one. My fiancé is 4 years in recovery, and I had mentioned this to make sure none of his drinks got mixed up with anyone’s alcoholic ones. Veronica made sure that Stephen had a red bull (his “party drink”) in his hands at all time so that he didn’t even have to be at the bar or think twice about his drink being non-alcoholic.
She truly made our day amazing. I am so grateful for her role in our day.

mazing hands. Our day flowed so perfectly and we truly got to enjoy our day and be present in the moment. Having her there gave us such peace of mind. She was constantly checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Trust me, you want and need a day of coordinator. She helped make our dream day come true!

Leading up to the wedding she made sure I did everything I was supposed to do, helped me make decisions, answered every email and text from me immediately, helped me plan out all the logistics of a huge wedding with a lot of vendors, made myself and my bridal party an easy to follow day of timeline, made sure my bridal party stayed on schedule. She managed my huge family and wedding party easily. Honestly she was the only reason I wasn't late to my own wedding!!
She made my wedding run so smoothly, even when my MOH ripped her dress and I got a grass stain on mine! If there were any problems I didn't even know about them because Veronica took care of it.
I didn't have to worry about anything at all on my wedding day! My husband(OMG!!) and I were able to just relax and enjoy the day thanks to Veronica.

something non-traditional. Talk about a challenge! She found us the perfect venue which was EXACTLY what we wanted. She helped us with many things along the way such as hair/makeup, the dress, site visits, tastings, quotes for different vendors and much more. For us one of the most important things was getting everything done in time and Veronica was a huge help with that. She sent us reminders and made sure we had everything taken care of in time for the wedding. Her attention to detail is on point! I highly recommend Veronica for wedding planning and day-of coordinating.

veryone way paid, she emailed back and forth several times to make sure everyone was on the same page, made a day of time down to the minute! she also offered to come to my last dress fitting and learn my bustle! the night before she was at our rehearsal so everyone knew exactly where, how and what order to walk down the aisle! she set up the card table, cake table and made sure everything at our venue was perfect! veronica is so professional in how she acts and speaks, I had several people.l come up to me during the reception and say how good she was, oh and she also made sure my husband and I always had a drink lol ! I would recommend her 1000 times over!!
Veronica was great! I hired her for day of coordination and she did much more than “day of”. Before the wedding she called and kept in contact with vendors and adjusted timelines. ...
The day of she moved things along smoothly and took complete care of transportation (which was what I was stressing out over the most). She was always positive and reassuring before the wedding and during. She always double checked that everything that was going on was what I wanted and how I wanted it. Prior to the wedding she called, texted, or emailed with questions regarding EVERY detail (even ones I wouldn’t have thought of!). That day she collected all tips from me and handed them out so I didn’t have to worry about that. She was so professional and kind and always had a smile on her face. She was right there whenever I needed anything. She saw we didn’t have drinks in our hands and asked us if we wanted anything and she would go get it. All in all a pleasure to work with her. If you’re looking for someone who is on top of their stuff then you should definitely go with unruffled!

g to show up that day and just do whatever needed doing. I was pleasantly surprised - she went ABOVE and beyond my expectations. Pre-coordinating with all my venues and vendors, calls, meetings, site(s) reviews, etc. I thought I was a detailed and organized person, but she is on another level. At first it was hard for me to let control of some things go but eventually I was grateful to have someone who cared about the flow and success of my day as much as I did. I've already recommended her to friends and I hope they use her!
