Under The Sun Photography

tantly knew she would be a perfect fit for us and our event. Our wedding photos came out AMAZING, and Jessica was a doll the entire day. She did more than I could have ever imagined and I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends as they get married.

to work with since day one and she made the engagement session so fun and light hearted. We absolutely cannot wait for our Welcome Party and Wedding Day…we love her that much, that we have her booked for BOTH events. She’s truly a talented and spectacular photographer.

de us feel so comfortable and she did an excellent job capturing the love we have for one another. We are excited to have her photographing our wedding!

y wedding photos. She captured the day so perfectly and they are pictures I will cherish forever.

so with our engagement photos we were fairly self-conscious. Jessica helped ease us into the different poses and found ways for us to ease tension, look natural, and actually enjoy the process. At the wedding, she had a great knack for getting intimate shots without ever feeling like she or her staff were in the way. I love how genuine all of the shots turned out! I am so grateful that we chose Under the Sun Photography and would recommend them to anyone.

her she is just so amazing" and the day of my wedding she was so great and she brought Becca with her and I just loved both of them so much because even tho I barely knew them I felt like I've known them forever! and trust me that is what you want as a photographer not someone who feels like a stranger. I would remarry my husband all over again just to see these two again ! 💚

and that catastrophe was absolutely, 100% a blessing in disguise. Jessica is legitimately one of the nicest people I have ever met and her photos are amazing! We did an engagement session with her and she shot our wedding. She is such a joy and makes the photo sessions fun and comfortable - even for my camera-shy hubby! The photos were better than I could have imagined and she had an incredibly fast turnaround with getting us the final photos after the wedding. She went above and beyond for us and I can not thank (or recommend) her enough!! I can not wait to book more family sessions with her!! <3

ause you only get 1 chance! How did she make us look so good and not awkward? She's truly great at what she does and I will never pick anyone else after the experience we had.

wered all our questions along the way making all the necessary changes effortlessly. Jess captured our engagement, bridal and wedding day photos each every photo is absolutely amazing. We have the most beautiful moments of our lives captured so beautifully because of Jess.

ought it was broke. She is so much fun and will get anyone to join in on the fun. So thankful to have picked the worlds greatest photographer!!

n down a timeline for the day of the ceremony so everything would run smoothly. Her work period is absolutely beautiful. Her vision is just what we were looking for. We also officially have a family photographer.

ughing the entire time and our pictures were perfect!! So worth every penny!

d to always make sure and turn my so I was at "my good angle" (my words not hers, shed tell you every angle is your best because youre beautiful!) so I seriously looked stunning and thin in every picture! (And trust me ladies- after the COVID 19 that was not the case from all angles!) She does everything she can to goof around and smile and make sure youre having a FUN time while capturing your memories! She is always reachable and helped and was informative EVERY step of the way! You will regret not choosing Under the Sun!!

he also has a heart of GOLD. As a fellow vendor in the industry I get to see her incredible work in the industry time and time again. Her professionalism and personality is just one of a kind. When it came to taking our own announcement photos, there was no one else I could think of that I'd rather have shoot such an exciting moment. Though I didn't have the pleasure of meeting/ knowing Jessica back when my husband and I got married, I can tell you she is the one you want for any occasion. Whether it's wedding day, engagements, announcements, mini's, etc. this is your girl!

at can never be duplicated or replaced. We waited almost 30 years to be married, and so happy that Jessica was there!

taken, she has been so sweet, kind, and helpful every step of the way. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, so work with people who have your best interests in mind and are doing it because it’s what they love. There is no doubt about that here. I can not brag about our experience enough :)

exceeds any bride's high expectations - all with a smile on her face. It is impossible to feel uncomfortable around her, she is goofy and will constantly keep you laughing. She does anything for her Bride and Groom and will not stop until you are satisfied. Do. Not. Hesitate. to book this wonderful human being! Me and my husband absolutley love all of the work she has done for us!

lete breeze. She will have you belly laughing and your personalities will shine through naturally in portraits. She is great with communication and very organized throughout the planning process. Highly recommend!

and groom, making for a really amazing experience! Honestly felt like it was one of our best friends taking these photos!

ore our destination wedding in Mexico. I was originally planning on using the photographer that came with our "package", but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted a truly personal touch. Someone who actually knew me and Derik and someone who could really capture the VERY special day we had been planning for quite some time. Jessica came to our house and really got to know us and what our vision for our wedding was. She flew into Mexico before everyone else to really get the lay of the land and the BEST photo ops. During our planning meeting, we asked Jessica to do some candid photos at the pools because we had friends/family we hadn't seen it quite some time. She texted me on Thursday after we arrived and said, "let me know when you want to take some photos". We worked out a time and she was right there snapping some awesome pictures and having a great time with us! Friday, she did a mini-engagement session on the beach that is nothing shy of SPECTACULAR! Saturday rolled around - the day of the wedding! Jessica was right there with us getting ready and capturing some very sweet and intimate photos that I know we will forever treasure. She knows exactly what to say and when to say it to get that best smile out of a very nervous bride! We had a perfect ceremony and I've seen a sneak peek of my wedding photos and am just speechless. I can't wait to see more! Jessica was with us for our entire FIVE hour reception and was the perfect combination of photographer and dance partner! Jessica very quickly became a guest favorite and a family member for life! I would have her as my photographer and friend 100 times over! I will never be able to thank Jessica enough for making my day even more special. One of a kind, you are!!

a took the time to genuinely get to know us prior to our wedding day so that she knew how to capture our big day best. We have such amazing photographs that we get to cherish for the rest of our lives all thanks to Under the Sun Photography! We highly recommend using them for any special occasion you want to cherish!

ch a joy and I highly recommend her.

like you have known her forever. She starts cracking jokes and acting goofy so you and your fiancé feel comfortable being yourself in front of the camera. Jessica also helps take all the stress away the day of by springing into action and taking control when needed to make sure you’re day ends up to be everything you ever imagined. Then when you get the pictures back you will be in shock of how amazing they are because they capture your happiness and who you really are. She has an eye for capturing the perfect moments. I highly recommend Jessica Rackowitz if you want a wedding you will never forget and wedding pictures that you can cherish forever.

She’s efficient, makes the whole family relax and smile, and has on multiple occasions been able to replicate a pose I found on Pinterest! I have recommended Jessica to all of my friends and have been a bridesmaid twice with her as the photographer! She is really passionate about what she does and it shows!

she does and actually cares about her clients. I’ve had the honor of referring her to all of my friends and family and will continue for years to come!

er. It was important to me for me to actually LIKE my photographer because you really do spend a lot of time with them on one of the most important days in your life. The reason it is so important to be comfortable around them is because IT WILL show in your face if you’re not. My husband and I really enjoyed our photoshoots with Jessica. It can be kinda awkward to take a lot of photos but she is so funny and goofy that she kept both of us laughing and relaxed. As for the photos, they are BEAUTIFUL. Seriously, these are the nicest pictures anyone has taken of me. The pictures are light, bright, and airy. I feel like a beautiful bride when I look at them. They are so nice in fact, that the company that made my wedding dress, Jasmine Bridal, has featured my photos several times! Jessica is also a really creative person and will find ways to make your photos look amazing. During our wedding reception, I was kinda tired after a LONG day but she had a great idea to do these romantic night time shots. I am SO GLAD I decided to do them. They are absolutely gorgeous. It’s hard to believe it's me and my husband! Like, that’s us?? She made us look SO GOOD! And really, that’s all you want. You want to love your pictures and be happy with them because they are an investment. I know that I’ll look at these photos many years from now and still enjoy them - that’s how happy I am with them.

of photos and she was able to capture his true smile on camera. I would highly recommend her for all your photo needs. She’s taking our maternity photos in December.
